I was referred to Dr Daniel who was to be very good & detailed about finding the correct contacts when you are having problems finding something that works. He takes baby steps with different contacts allowing me to try multiple kinds & strength to find what works for me. He is very confident in his work and wants to help you find what is best for you. He has late hours and weekend hours which is great since I can not take off of work. The ladies at the office are very kind and you cam get in & get out off the office quickly.Janie

I love Dr. O! He always reviews all the findings of my eye exam with me, including the retinal exam. I see him annually for an eye exam. I trust him to take care of my eyes. I work on a computer all day. He has tailored my prescription to optimize my vision for my workplace. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. Easy to make an appointment. Had to cancel a couple of times, but they were more than pleasant to reschedule. Everyone in reception was very friendly and professional. My son was called in on time. The examination was fast and efficient. The doctor was pleasant and answered our questions with patience. It was great to walk only a few steps to pick out glasses. My insurance was accepted and we got a fair deal all they way around. A rare, positive health care experience in this day and age!

Great up until they decided to close the doors on the fashion square location and not tell anyone. I called for an appt and to order more contacts and they’re no longer seeing their patients. Wow it’s the holidays maybe would have be nice to receive a call warning your patients. I mean you’re not a nail salon you do have some obligation to the people relying on you every few months to be able to see!!! Now I have to find a new doctor within a couple weeks right before Christmas. Thanks a lot

Couldnt be more thrilled with my experience with Dr. ODaniel and his wonderful staff at this Lenscrafters location. I was in and out of there in just about thirty minutes, with another pair of contacts, free trial for a week, and a three month supply ordered along with all the usual tests and checkup. The doctor had great communication, very clear and helpful. The staff was sweet, considerate and best of all? THOROUGH! They even suggested that I take a picture of my prescription in case I am traveling and lose my contacts or lenses - including a photo of the signature. For someone who pays attention to details those things really matter. Loved my visit, will certainly come back again and in the future.

The service here was quick and easy. The associates had friendly faces and were able to assist me as needed. I was able to get in and out of my appointment within my lunch hour, which was a plus. I felt comfortable and at ease in the waiting and exam rooms. No issues here :) I will definitely make this my go to for eye exams.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to make my 12 yr old daughter feel comfortable with the exam. I was so impressed, the minute we walked out of the exam a sweet lady was waiting to take my daughter to pick out frames. They even take a picture of her face so she can see what she looks like with each pair of glasses she tries on. This place does it right!!

I went in for an eye exam and prescriptions. Service was prompt and courteous. (The WiFi doesnt work in the waiting room, so Im glad I didnt have to wait more than a couple of minutes.) The technician and doctor explained everything clearly and succinctly. The sample contact lenses they provided are working out great. And there were no high pressure sales tactics to buy lenses (I use disposables) from them without comparison shopping for prices. Indeed, they admitted I would probably find a better price from my usual source, and gave me a rebate coupon to use whether I buy from them or another vendor. All in all it was pleasant and quick.
