What a great company and mechanic overall. Fuel leak, and a brake job. From the first time I called - I knew i was dealing with not only experienced/intelligent individuals - but it was my perspective they had in mind, and not what was in my wallet. The front desk lady knew more then the BMW dealership I had gone too, and the mechanic takes pride in his work - is fast, honest, and extremely knowledgeable.

Bryan is a great experienced and passionate BMW technician with years of experience, he guides you through everything and explains the entire process in depth without having any financial gains in mind! They made the customer service and their honesty, the essential part of their business. I was referred there by my mechanic who suggested to go there for my X5 and the couple of occasions that I was there my experience was nothing short of outstanding exemplary superb.Bryan and the team there are very committed and passionate professionals.On my second visit had occasional issues with car not starting which Bryan detected despite the computer showing everything was fine, what the computer failed to detect was right away diagnosed with him and he ordered the sensor and just charged me for the sensor !!! Something a dealership or many other shop would take advantage and charge you exorbitant amounts ...Highly recommended for anyone with any type of BMW.

Former big dealer BMW Master Technician. They are transparent, honest and do not mark parts, service and repairs up 200% or 2-3x over average like the big dealers they came from. True,coutstanding customer service. Its no fancy place but thats just it, the vehicle is what its about, not fancy waiting lounges that make you feel like your at a red carpet event. Theyre not a big outfit but if the word of mouth continues, they will need a bigger shop. Note: Ive been to German Auto service in downtown on 7th st and while theyre still fairly good with work, theyre slow, make more mistakes and charge 25% more than here, and a little less to nearly the same cost as a big dealer. This is the one-stop BMW facility for all work. They do fluids and diagnostics.

Oh my gosh what a great experience !Long time Beemer owner here,on my second one now, a 745i.I have been to several shops in mytime, and Arizona Beemer Repair is farand above what I’m used to.This is the place to go !Trinity and Brian know their stuff /and explain it in terms I can understand.Good ole fashion service :)The quote and the bill matched -they did what they said they weregoing to do and at the price quoted.That price was excellent and so was the work.Just so nice to feel you can trustpeople, in a businessnot known for building trust.5 star treatment from gold hearted people !

Went to them to get my 10K mile maintenance done. They are very pleasant to work with, and most importantly, they are very honest. Unlike most other mechanics Ive been to, who always tell me services that i dont need (at a real bad place in California, I had been asked to do engine flush for a car that I took into the same shop a few months earlier, and allegedly, an engine flush was done at the same location and charged...).

I have Mercedes-Benz Van it very hard to fined a mechanic that knows how to work on them and does’t afraid of challenges. Since I had multiple issue with my car It took him several times to complete the repair and he was able to resolve it all in the most efficient way.Arizona Beemer Repair by far the best mechanic I have ever worked with. Brian is honest, intelligent, and totally interested in working with the customer to safely repair cars while not spending astronomical amounts of money. He is always out to help the customer out, is fast and efficient in service and communication, and I am so relieved I found him.I would definitely recommend Arizona Beemer Repair to all of my friends and family members.

Where do I start? Picked up my first BMW 2 weeks ago. It had a few issues that needed to be addressed immediately. Googled BMW repair shops and decided to stop in based on past reviews. Well they certainly didn’t disappoint! Bryan and Trinity are very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and best of all very patient while I asked a million questions since this is my first BMW! I cant say enough good things about Arizona Beemer Repair! Bryan and Trinity are professional, knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. Ive been taking my 2002 530i to them for years now and Bryan has ALWAYS been able to pinpoint the exact problem and fix it right the first time. People say dont buy a BMW because of the expensive repair costs, this has not been my experience at all thanks to ABR, the bill has always been more than reasonable. These people are total angels! We bought a used BMW in California while moving to the Midwest. We pulled into Phoenix and it broke down immediately. Unfortunately the car was a lemon and had been tampered with beyond repair leaving us stranded here with all our stuff, no car, a dog and a baby. The people at Arizona Beemer Repair were so kind and helpful. They helped us make price-conscious choices about the car - we were ready to get a bunch of work done that made no sense. They really value honesty. We owe them big!

These guys rock. Trinity and Brian are honest, down to earth BMW techs who definitely have a great feel for their customers. A lot of BMW mechanics have this attitude that everything BMW related is going to cost you a fortune. Its such a breathe of fresh air that these guys arent just trying to rob you blind. Granted, BMW parts do cost a lot compared to others brands so theres not much to do about parts but Brian and Trinity will jump through hoops do to a whole lot before they charge their shop fees. Im the kind of customer who tries to save a few bucks doing a few repairs myself, and these guys read out my code for me and basically diagnosed a few issues I had without charging. I finally brought my car by after I was left stranded, and this shop absolutely came through. I really appreciate their help and hope these guys keep their doors open for a while because Phoenix needs more reliable, honest mechanics especially for a European luxury car.

Trust them with my E93 M3. Went to the dealer and they said I needed $6000 worth of repairs. AZ Beemer Repair looked at it and did everything including parts/labor for $800. Some of the stuff they said it needed, it didnt need at all. I like these folks.
