Had an amazing experience at this office. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The assistant Alix was so sweet and able to help me set up a payment plan that was flexible for my treatment I needed. Dr. Copple was so nice and made my experience at the dentist feel good.

Had wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr. Groneman did not feel any pain. Dr and staff did an excellent job. Kudos to this place!!

They were great from first phone call to see if they accept my insurance to the next day after my daughter got her fillings. They answered phone in professional, friendly and efficient way. Very clean and keeping with covid precautions, ask to wash your hands in bathroom and wear a mask. Makes sense because of such close contact with dentist and assistants. Dental assistants are very professional, polite, and friendly. Dentist was also friendly and professional. Answered all my questions in clear way. My daughter got basic cleaning and 4 fillings☹️ done here. The next morning they called to see if my daughter was feeling ok. Of course she was, but was a nice touch to experience at this dentists office. Would highly recommend.

I arrived at 7 am for the Labor of Love event. Basically Risas on Labor Day grants free ✔up and cleaning as well as LIGHT dental. I took a advantage of this years ago and decided to do so again. Lol is walk-in this year. I recommend people come next year if you cant get in today. The staff is nice and friendly and place clean and professional. I dont know what else to say.

I’m not one to write a review but I feel like this location is the best. I have had so many broken brackets throughout the year and they have worked with me with all my difficulties when it comes to my oral health plan. The doctors are so nice and so helpful and actually Converse with you when they come in the room. They are by far the best Braces company I’ve worked with. Even the assistant at the front desk are so nice. Thanks Janai for help with the schedule all my appointments and updating my files that is really appreciate it.

I recently became a new patient to Risas and Dr.Groneman was my dentist who did my cleaning and was super nice and welcoming as well as my orthodontist Dr.Smith.Both doctors were very nice and explained everything to me along the way and answered all of my questions I had. Each assistant was very kind and helpful to me, from the front office to the back I was very satisfied with their services. Definitely recommend!

Sorry the only reason i would give this a 1 star is because my mom had her wisdom teeth removed and told her if she had pain to come back we call cuse thats what happend and they told us ,u have to come in before we close well when we got there they told her she had to wait there for 2 hourse to see if a doctor could see her. 2 hours?Even if we call?? Wow my mom was in pain and so disappointed cuse they made her go and told her well u have to wait 2 hours cuse ur doctor is not here. Smh !!

I have come for two appointments here and both were exceptional experiences. One was for my daughter and one for myself. They made us feel welcomed and at ease with concise explanations of the steps they were going to take making it a quick visit. The staff is extremely friendly and I felt they all really enjoy working here and were able to answer every question.We were in and out fast with no long waiting room periods like normal, I hate dentist offices but would not mind coming back here for all my needs.Great place and great people you will not go wrong coming here.

Awesome practice! I was in excruciating pain. I was able to make an appointment online for the very next day. I was taken care of quickly and everyone was so friendly and professional. It was clean and I felt safe when it came to there precautions. The Doctor was friendly, fast and explained things clearly. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I like that. I feel so much better and will definitely be going there for me and my family from now on!

The woman in the front desk were super rude to me, she was short and looked young. The orthodontist himself was very uptight and was not very welcoming. I only went for a consultation and I was just not happy with their customer service. The girl in the front, has 0 customer service skills. You dont go to work upset and take your anger out on people you dont even know. She practically threw the papers and pen at me, didnt look me in the eyes and when I wanted to ask her something she looked incredibly annoyed. Wont be going back to this location. I know they dont care but just wanted to leave the review for anyone thinking about going.

This place is terrible listen to the bad reviews they will finesse your money and not refund you they will not give you the services you paid for definitely not coming back not recommending bad services

Four stars because no one is perfect. But this dental office is close.Dr. Callan is who Ive been working with and hes solid. He knows what hes doing, is very knowledgeable and makes sure youre okay throughout the visit, unlike some other places Ive been. I do like that he tells you what hes about to do especially since you cant really ask what the process is or whats next.Their ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable as well and can proviede an answer, or quickly get one, to any question. Theyre also efficient in their scheduling. I dont have a lot of wiggle room for when I can come in but Janai quickly found me a day/time that isnt uneasonably far in the future that works for me.All of their dental assistants have been awesome. I dont know all of their names but Karina was there for my last visit. Might have been for my previous visit too, Im not sure.I do have to say, they seem like they are a very busy location but that doesnt bother me and I havent had any issues so far.I definitely recommend them. I havent found a dental office that I actually liked except here. Their payment plans are a huge help as well.

These guys are awesome! Dentist Groneman is super professional and worked very hard on my teeth, you can tell he cares about his profession and his patients. Every assistant is very kind and helpful and they make the process of making appointments, paying or any general questions very easy. I am glad that I found a great Dentist Office.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Janai Torres!! She was amazing helped me get checked in and made me feel comfortable !! I went to get a Fill in for a tooth that was bothering me for a few years! & turns out that the dentist did two fillings DR. GRONEMAN did an awesome job ! Didn’t even feel a thing and very fast. I have not been to the dentist in about a year. This was my first visit. They were so nice, clean and patient. They check your temperature and make sure everything is ready for you. The receptionist at the font was super kind.I finally met with Dr. Copple, who was very sweet and explained everything to me. He was very careful with my health condition. I am going back soon. I am so glad i found a great dentist office.

Have been coming here for about two years now . Dr. Copple and his assistant Kim are SO AMAZING!! As a 49 year old with a lifelong history of cavities, Dr Copple is the only dentist I’ve ever had , where I have felt no pain at all. Not a single bit. When I need to go to the dentist now, I look at it as a positive experience instead of a scary one. Always look for to seeing Dr. Brad Copple , Kim and the rest of the staff there. Dr. Coppel, Alondra, and Esther helped me today and they are always making good conversation and asking how Ive been and just really nice and make me feel comfortable, happy and truly care about their patients. They always have a great vibe.Dr.copple is really nice and explains everything good and is kind and I appreciate everything! Alondra has helped me a couple times to talk through the payments and any questions I have and always makes me feel welcomed.she is great! Esther is really nice, funny, and makes me feel welcome and comfortable shes awesome!

Awesome experience from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We were created and our temperatures were taken right away , they asked us to wash our hands (which I thought was amazing with COVID and all)We were taken back right away and Dr was very nice and diagnosed me and my husbands treatment very thoroughly . His assistant Vanessa explained all the treatment and was very patient with all our questions . She even helped us figure out our budget and was able to come up with a plan for me and my husband to start treatment .Overall great experience. I would recommend this place if you need good care with great people .

This place is amazing !They are very clean and are organized. They have social distancing stickers and are taking temperatures on every patient . My son gets his braces here and they are also so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend everyone to this office .

Always love coming to my orthodontic appointment the girls in the front office are always so nice and with the best attitude. Maritza was the dental assistant when I went and she was very sweet and comforting, she even brought me a blanket when it was cold in the exam room. I came here for some dental work and Dentures, I had the pleasure of having Dr. Nicholas Groneman do the work, he is fantastic! personable, professional, compassionate and does amazing work. All the staff at this location are outstanding and my Dentures look natural. They took the time to make sure I was happy with the look and feel of them and their prices are fair. They have later hour and Saturday appts.

So I went in to get my braces tightened today, and I had a great and entertaining experience with Dr. Larry and the Assistant Andrea! She was very gentle with removing my wires and was very quick to fix a bracket that broke in the process (old bracket which was my fault of breaking, not hers). Probably the best experience I’ve had here and that’s a lot to say since everyone here is always so nice and quick with their work 😁

Okay, they say they get you in quickly. No they dont that is a lie, I called all of the Risas to get an appointment for Friday and it all goes to the same dispatcher. Which asks you what location are you looking to get an appointment, so I tell her what location and ask her if they have an appointment. She says no so I call another Risas little did I know to my surprise its the same dispatcher.. So I ask her do any locations have an appointment for this she said for which location I told her any of the locations and she just hung up. So definitely not recommending to anyone. Friday
