I will be honest I started off loving this location but after today I want nothing to do with the dentist or the office at all! We schedule both kids at the same time, however they really weren’t, the last 3 visit we’ve had it’s been 4hours sitting in this office BS. Dr is not professional, kicked me out because I was question his stupid question… we can leave the cavities or fill them what would you like to do?

This is the best dentist around the valley. Been bringing my grandsons here for last 15 yes. Every 6 months.They have never been afraid to go to the dentist.All the employees are so gentle and polite, they know how to make kids feel comfortable. I highly recommend this Dentist to everyone.

I absolutely love this place. I am from Alaska and moving here and trying to find a good dentist for my 3 children. It felt like home, The doctors are awesome and explain everything to me to where I fully understand what my child needs done.Very clean, amazing staff. Very patient with the kiddos...Hehehe and they play good Disney Movies too.

My kids have been going to Phoenix Pediatric Dental for years and they do an absolute great job. My 3rd kiddo is 20 and she still goes there until she turns 21...lol... we love the friendly workers and Dentists. Highly recommend 👍🏻😊

My daughter has special needs and the staff at Phoenix Pediatric Dental always make her feel comfortable! She has oral sensory sensitivity and doesnt let anyone in her mouth, however the staff and dentists always find a way to communicate with her to work with her needs. Other places have been inpatient and forceful with her. Shes also non-verbal and love that they let me go in the room with her so that I know shes being cared for properly. I absolutely recommend this dental office, especially if you have a child with special needs.

The staff here are always nice. The dental assistants are great with kids, they are really patience I admire them!Doctors are nice to the kids and parents. Nice and always clean. I recommend them for the dental needs of your little ones.

Dr. Hull wouldn’t listen to my daughters concerns over how nitrous and sedation makes her feel and she felt bullied that Dr. Hull kept pushing it even after mentioning multiple times that she didn’t want it and preferred to be numb.(Child is 11). When she asked to be numbed instead, Dr. Hull treated her like she was making poor decisions instead of speaking up for what was right for herself. Dr. Hull has poor bedside manner. Instead of leaving the room in a huff she should have listened to her patients concerns instead of pushing her own agenda.The only thing that made this worth one star was the office manager Crystal made it able for us see another dentist right away who numbed the area, removed the infected baby tooth in a matter of minutes and we were on our way.

The dentists,dental hygienists and office staff are always amazing and helpful. My son is autistic and they make him feel so comfortable there.

Friendly staff good Answering all my questions and easy booking a Apt Kid have fun going they have toys for Kids to keep them entertained my kids get Dental Supplies kids interact one on one with the dentist which pretty fun and friendly they can watch cartoons while getting the dental procedure done kids and as usually I dont have to wait that long I am very satisfied with my dental office I havent changed it ever since I first went in there with my kids mainly because I am so comfortable and that all the staff is very helpful and very happy theyre really nice with the kids too my daughter had a dental procedure done also and shes like 4 years old and it was pretty smooth it went well I was pretty happy and satisfied with the outcome of her teeth getting done so that put me at ease also I highly recommend.💯

Honestly the worst communication a dentist clinic can have. I have tried to reach out to reschedule my daughters appointment . My husband had brought her in and I was told my daughter was moving too much and I needed to reschedule under general anesthesia . Waste of time taken off work for the first appointment . I rescheduled . On the day of the appointment my daughter woke up with a fever , cough, and runny nose . I reached out and they told me to STILL bring her in so they can see if they can proceed with the procedure under general anesthesia. Even with a pandemic going on….. ever since I been trying to reschedule emailing Olivia and calling at least 5 times and it’s clear they don’t want to provide the treatment for my daughter . I will be taking her else where but I wanted to provide this review of my horrible experience with this facility.

I use to go to their other facility on 19th Ave and Glendale but moved closer to this office and i love it!! Their really nice, its clean. I definitely recommend it. My kids love it and wouldnt change to go anywhere else.

My son has been a patient here for over ten years. Unfortunately, our latest visit rubbed me the wrong way. They only spoke to me about the importance of brushing, which I already know, and didn’t speak to my son who has autism about the importance of brushing his teeth. I asked them to speak to him directly. I guess they forgot his level of understanding?I still love this dental office though. I gave it three stars because of them not addressing my son.

I brought my son in earlier this week for some cavities to be worked on and he was put under general anesthesia, Dr. Sorensen and the anesthesiologist Dr.Phan were great to work with! They explained everything before the procedure and answered all our questions. Everything went very smooth and his teeth look great!

My 7 year old daughter has the worst teeth due to her love of sugar but we try to keep up with brushing after sweets to keep the cavities at bay as long as we can. The staff at Phoenix pediatric dental treats her and I with respect, does not judge us no matter how bad her teeth get and we always leave their office with smiles.

Love this place. Got my granddaughter braces there as well. Usually just great.This time too many kids.We have my daughter sick at home after a transplant and a stroke. We were told one patient one parent.One lady had 4 unruly children. One little girl roared in the faces of strangers in the waiting room, and no one reprimands her?It wouldnt have been so bad but we waited over a half hour with them waiting to be called.The women later takes them all back and the older teen boy goes up and down the hall mask down. Lots of running round.There are places where someone has to have the courage to say hey no, put up your mask, if there are 4 kids? Three wait in the car with an adult.We are all working through how things should be now a days. But we have been so very careful to be in a room that full was uncomfortable.The people at PPDO are really good, and professional. But they need someone in charge of, CALM YOUR CHILDREN DOWN, DO NOT LET LITTLE ONES ROAR AT STRANGERS.

I love this office. The only reason I did not give 5 starts was because I thought the exam was complimentary since their website states complimentary second opinion exams which is what my kids and I went there for so I was unprepared to have any out of pocket expenses for the initial appointment. I saw that they also do complimentary exams for babies 12-18 months but I thought the two were completely different but was told otherwise. Communication is awesome especially because of the ability to text. It makes it convenient since I work and can’t call in as easily. The office is amazing and you can tell their goal of making the experience comfortable for the kids was exceeded. The dental assistant was super informative and gave us a tour of the office and explained the entire process. The doctor was great she explained everything to us in ways we could understand. Other than the first minor issue this place was great and I would return.

My daughter had her first appointment here. An appointment scheduled to get a four teeth pulled, and when mom showed up they told her she was never scheduled and tried to send her away. Mom stayed because her daughter is in pain and NEEDS a tooth pulled. Instead of helping they tried everything they could to turn mom away giving excuses like, insurance didnt get back to us, our medical billing office is still closed, oh our anesthesiologist isnt here yet to approve or give the medicine.Mom had to call insurance got it approvedcall medical billing it can be paid or covered by insurance,we dont need anesthesiologist there are other options for medicine so shes still taken care ofAND NOW THEY TELL MOM TO WAIT FOR THE OTHERS TO BE SEEN FIRST!even though mom was the first patient to show up on time at 6am even early before the actual appointment time 6:30am..My daughter has had nothing to eat or drink for over 16 hours! Was turned away and asked to wait longer for their mistake!Her first time visit should not have been so complicated and stressful, they were mistreated and her health was neglected!

My daughter has been coming here for years and we are always treated efficiently, kindly, and with great care. My daughter has intellectual and physical disabilities and can be quite anxious and high strung and the dentists, hygienists and staff are always so patient and kind. Only one feedback I can state is the tv in the ship area is loud and can make it difficult to hear other than that- clean and wonderful!

Staff member was inappropriate and made unprofessional comments to my daughter causing her to feel uncomfortable while pushing her in the xray room. Child psychology classes should be mandatory.

Great friendly clean place my kids will be back

I waited an hour past my appointment only to sit in the room for over another hour to be seen. If I wanted to wait around all day I wouldn’t have made an appointment. This office needs to realize people have things to do and stop making appointments if you don’t plan to honor the time frame.

Today was long day and frustrating because we did walk in and waited for 4-5 hours because we dont have appointments and my reason was my son had a toothache, gum swollen and very painful cried all night he couldnt eat. At the office It was irritating because they were not taking my son serious they didnt want to give us a urgent to see the doctor until they see most of their appointments patients; we have to wait for almost 5 hours cuz we were there at 9:30ish am and left at almost 2:15 p.m. and it was about 3-5minutes seen the doctor because the swollen the doctor couldnt do anything for him but only prescribed him antibody to get rid of the swollen and infection. So I dont think its cool to let emergency patience stayed in the lobby not even a nurse checking on patients. Thats very disappointing.

I have taken my two daughters, to Phoenix Pediatrics. And I have never they has never had a bad experience. My youngest actually loves to go to the dentist. Go figure. Thank you Phoenix Pediatrics.

I love bringing my son here. They are super patient with him. He has extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist. They are also super accommodating to his wheelchair and usually can do his treatment without me having to transfer him. They explain everything to him before starting to help ease his nerves.

We love this office! We’ve used them for years and have started our kids with their orthodontists as well. The doctors and techs are so nice and the office staff is helpful. Parking is in the back, and there is a second lot behind that parking lot as well. The waits are usually pretty reasonable, within 10 minutes or so. They have pediatric sedation as well, which is why we were originally referred here 7 years ago because our other dentist wouldn’t sedate under 4 years old. We have had multiple procedures and my only complaint is that sometimes our specific dentist has long wait times for follow-up procedures. It’s not a big deal, and we could use a different dentist at the office, but we really like our dentist so we wait. Really, the office is great!

I really liked the atmosphere. The employees knew what they were doing and the were all very professional. They utilized the time and always asked if there was anything else they were able to help the kidos with. Thank you for being if service.

Dr. B is the best pediatric dentist!! My children are differently-abled. He does their cleanings and is always kind. Dr. B has been my childrens dentist for over 12 years. We are so grateful for him!!

This was my daughters first time here and the Dr. And staff did answer all my questions i had. And were polite and able to provide me with information i needed. And i really liked how they have the facility nice and clean and the way they have set up for the kids to play and feel comfortable and safe. I would recommend my friends and family here.

Dr. Jared Sorenson was great with my son and I. He was patient and listened to my concern and my request. I didnt feel rushed or just another number. He shows passion in his job. His assistant Henna was great too. I felt completely at ease.

This place is always accommodating to my schedule no matter the issues. The dentists are amazing they have taken care of myself and both of my kids and always have a friendly face and do what they can to make our experience always the best!

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!!!! the staff here work in a calm, collective manner....one of the coworkers by the name JOJO had calmed down my oldest who was very nervous and scared to get her teeth done, unlike most places that would just give up and say we cant brush her teeth and just send us home.....I HIGHLY recommend this location, especially how my daughter says she wants to come back here.

Normally we love this place. We Have been going here about 10 years.Loyal to the point where we live in buckeye and still drive out for appointments.I have 2 older children, a younger and twin toddlers.When I called to schedule I knew we needed to work around the 1 Parent policy with that many children and only myself.We decided to make two back to back appointments So that Dad could help with half.They told me it would be ok to put them on the same appointment. Fair enough.When we almost arrived to the dentist office I called to inform them we were running a few mins behind.Front desk then proceeded to tell me that because I hadnt responded to their remind call they canceled our appointment.Without any further communication on the matter.A I was in school during the reminder call.B in the 10 years we have gone that has never been policy.Covid was the reasoning given to me.I asked why that was not told to me while making the appointment or why I never received a message informing me the appointment was canceled.Again covid.My husband took time off of work for this appointment.It takes alot of work getting a big family ready for basic things. Not to mention the amount of driving from buckeye we did only to have to turn right around and go back to home.I was beyond livid. Im very disappointed in you Phoenix Pediatric Dental.We have been loyal to your business for many years but I am now considering a change for my family.The next step would be me taking more time out of my day to call to speak with someone above scheduling.... But a text message poped up in my messaged after our phone call asking me to review.Hopefully I hear back from someone in charge to make this right..

This is the only dentist my girls have seen. Their service changes from visit to visit. The first visit was chaotic. We were told it was because many families tried to fit dentist visits in the summer before trips. The next visit was much better. Weve gone 8 times and half of the visits have been okay. This last visit was rescheduled because they called and said they had an earlier opening. I thought that meant it would be a good visit, but we ended up waiting over half an hour to be seen. Of the 4 computer games they have only 1 works and the play area smelled of urine. I noticed the chair where my girls sat for their cleaning had a rip that has been there for a while because of its staining. Then the doctor pressured me into something I didnt want for my girls. They need to take better care of their office and their clients.

My daughter has been a patient here for 7 years. We are very happy coming here for dental cleanings. We will also be doing braces here since they now see ortho patients Monday thru Friday. PPDO did an amazing job today with my 8 year old freak-out-ish daughter. All doctors were professional and set her mind at ease. Special preparations were made and thankfully everything went smoother and faster than I thought it would go. Her office visit today consisted of 4 front tooth extractions/removals, a full cleaning, and 4 fillings filled within less than an hour. They used general anesthesia and were professional when applying it during the procedure. I’m impressed. We are at home six hours later and she is running around playing like nothing happened.

I have been taking my kids there for a few years now and can honestly say I love all of the staff there. Theyre always so sweet and kind to the little ones and know exactly how to make them feel comfortable. Not to mention the office is painted so colourfully and well kept, its honestly a breath of fresh air. My kids love going to see their dentist! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

She didn’t even know she was getting an injection when it happened because she was distracted by something funny Dr. Robbie had said. Their customer service and bedside manner was top notch!
