Absolutely amazed at what this office is capable of. The team here at Camelback Pediatric / Orthodontic Dentistry is wonderful. No matter what kind of day my family is having I know if we visit, We are deemed to smile! The girls love the theme of the office and enjoy every time we go! We are fairly new to this practice, but I can’t say enough about their staff and their ability to squeeze my daughter in early! Her school is super close so we try to get her back to class as soon as we can and they are very accommodating. Highly recommend this practice.

Great office, great staff and great doctors. Dr Rob is always high energy but still stresses the importance of their teeth care. Dr Stephanie helped my daughter through a traumetic experience (due to the anethesia not the dentist) and was very careful and caring with her next experience so that she could feel safe.

Made our kids and us feel comfortable with the service they provide, went for a cleaning and they would not proceed with anything until my son would agree to do what needed to be next.. he was scheduled for cavity procedure and the assistant and Drs made him and me feel relaxed for the treatment.. highly recommend their practice to anyone with children..

Sorry I’m new to this review stuff but I had the same experience last week my wife called asked them if they will take AHCCS we all ready had a appointment they lady my wife talk to stated that they don’t take AHCCS so my wife told her that’s fine will pay out of pocket it’s was a check up so the lady told my wife don’t bother showing up I’m canceling your Appointment and hung up.. very disappointed because everyone in the back are really good people very positive and my daughter loves going to the dentist because she loved playing with lucci the dog.I had called this office to schedule a consultation for my son and once I had told the lady my son had AHCCCS which I told her I know it doesn’t cover braces so I would be paying out of pocket she quickly placed me on hold and came back on line and told me she’s sorry but she can’t make me an appointment because they supposedly have a contact with AHCCCS that doesn’t allow them to take money from patients, Ummm yeah okay!

I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone! All of the staff members here are literally the best I’ve come in contact with. My daughter had to have 2 of her teeth removed and the Doctors were so awesome with my girl. They really helped me in a time of need which I am truly grateful for. My daughter really likes them there. She’s no longer afraid of going to the dentist. I drive more than 20 miles just to take her there. A very pleasant atmosphere.

This was our first time at Camelback Pediatric Dentistry. We ran in with three kids under 7 & ran out with in an hour. Incredible service, made our entire family feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend.

My daughter had a horrible previous dental experience in the past, she was so afraid of the dentist, yet alone step foot in another dentist office. After long weeks of prepping her myself, we both thought she was ready however she wasn’t and broke down. I thought there’s no way this appointment will continue, I was so wrong, this dentist office has thee best staff! Hands down, they’re are so patient , caring and truly shows their passion for the kids more so, making sure all the kids have a great experience! Thank you , you made my daughter and son feel comfortable and more importantly safe in your hands.

They were able to get my son in the very next day to check out his toothache. Even during limited office hours due to COVID-19. The staff is extremely friendly and everyone explained what they were doing to my son which really helped put him at ease.

Today was our first appointment here. My kids had a blast waiting for our turn to go to the back. They have games and puzzles for kids to keep them entertained. Everyone there was so friendly! My kids felt comfortable with them. Every step was explained to them about what to expect. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We absolutely love Camelback Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics! Been bringing my daughters here since 2009. Love the staff and the high quality of care. Both of my girls are in braces and I am extremely pleased with the result. My older daughter has a tough case that took 3 years and her smile is gorgeous. She was comfortable and informed the entire time and grew to love the team. We are always greeted by name and have never had to wait.I want to respond to the post that my former husband made about the $1000 insurance refund. He is well aware that I instructed the balance of our older daughters account be applied to our younger daughters account. We have never had a billing issue - or ANY issue - with this dentist. This issue is more appropriately handled in family court.Pleased with our decision to use this practice and would make the same choice again.

I tried 3 other pediatric dentist offices before I found Dr. Rob at Camelback Pediatric Dentistry. I immediately felt like I could trust him completely regarding my sons dental issues. I had been very stressed about procedures other dentists had told me needed to be done immediately, but Dr. Rob worked with me to get the dental work done when it would be more comfortable for my young child. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt completely at ease as the procedure was going on and even got to be in the room. The staff was really patient with my child since it wasnt easy for him to stay still through all of the work. Everything went so smoothly and my son actually enjoyed the experience! The staff clearly love children and make the office environment a fun place to be. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Rob Mirabelli and Camelback Pediatric Dentistry.

This is a wonderful place. Great office staff and great dental assistants. Dr Jen is excellent. She is very skilled at what she does and my oldest son loved having her. I cant wait until my youngest can go to get started on braces. Dr Rob is very skilled as well and does a terrific job with his patients.

I just came back from our appointment with my 4 year old daughter. Wow! What a great experience we have had. Everyone has been so helpful and so patient with my daughter. Great place with lots of activities for the kids to occupy their anxiety while they wait. My daughter was a little worried but she enjoyed each and every single moment around that dentistry. Dr. Stephanie and her team were so kind and patient and gentle with my daughter that’s very nervous about dental visits due to previous bad experience. The whole experience was so comforting! Exactly what my family needed! I have no idea why you would overpay at other Orthodontist offices.. Dr. Jen was honest, the staff was always great, we were never pressured or sold and my sons teeth are now perfectly straight. Great results, fair price and never felt uncomfortable in the office. 5-stars.

I have been taking my 9 year old daughter to CPDO for over 5 years and will continue to take her as long as I can! I now have 2 other daughters (3 and 1) that I also take here. The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. They always greet and send us away with a beautiful smile. The doctors and hygienists are all AMAZING!!!! Dr. Jen and Dr. Rob are amazing human beings and extremely skilled clinicians, and the family atmosphere that they have created in their office is second to none. The people of the Phoenix area are lucky to them to take care of their Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental needs!

I LOVE this place so much. The people are so nice and it is a fun place to be around. They help with all questions. In the lobby area they always have a different movie playing. Again. I love this place and definitely reccomend it.

Dr. Jen Mirabelli and her staff are a pleasure. Both my boys currently have braces so we are at her office on a regular basis. The remodeled office is spacious and comfortable. It is always easy to get an appointment for the preferred day/time.

Integrity is the very first thing that comes to mind when I think of my experience with Dr. Jen and her strategy for putting braces on my son. We see Dr. Rob and Dr. Stephanie for dental care (both are fantastic!), so asking about potential orthodontic needs was easy and met my expectations from this office. What struck me most was Dr. Jens honesty about waiting and not needing to do anything when we first asked about braces. She could have put braces on my son right away and I wouldnt have known better. Ive heard horror stories about friends feeling nickled and dimed to death with many area orthodontists, and Dr. Jen just isnt that way. She is, however, a perfectionist, and will know if the patient isnt doing what he/she should be at home (brushing regularly, wearing rubber bands, etc...), but you will feel like she is your partner and biggest cheerleader in achieving straight and beautiful teeth. Bottom line - you wont feel like youre just a payday for Dr. Jen, you will feel like you and your teeth are her top priority. The night that my son had his braces removed, he kept looking in the mirror and saying I cant believe how great my teeth look!, and you could see he was filled with confidence.Do yourself a favor and consult with Dr. Jen before you go anywhere else - you wont be disappointed!

I absolutely love this office! Their staff is always friendly and professional, the office is very clean and looks amazing! Dr. Rob Mirabelli and Dr. Stephanie Hourani are so good with my boys. My youngest son was born with a heart defect and when he needs dental work that requires him to have it done at PCH, Dr. Rob Mirabelli is the only Dentist I will use and recommend!

Dr Jen did a great job with Invisalign. I am very pleased with my results, the staff is great and their office is very nice.

I just brought my 23 month old there for his first dentist visit and to say I had anxiety about it all before going in would be an understatement lol. I just knew it was going to be not very fun for me son as he is very shy and usually cries our entire dr office visit. The denatal assistant was SO friendly and knew just how to approach the situation!! I have never had better customer service in my life. The dentist was patience and thorough as well as super friendly! We will never go to another dentist! Thank you so much to all of the staff!

Dr. Stephanie was wonderful, friendly and professional with my son. I was not however impressed by the office staff. Many interactions were rude, short and unhelpful.
