I cannot day enough great things about Dr. Deng and Moon Valley Dentistry. We have always been lucky with only ever needing routine cleanings and have always received EXCELLENT care. Last weekend, my son had a skateboarding accident and sustained extensive damage to his teeth and lip. Dr. Deng responded to a text within minutes, on a Saturday, while on vacation! She consulted with an oral surgeon and told us what to do and where to go. She then opened her schedule early Monday morning to see my son first thing. She texted with us throughout the weekend. Again, while on vacation! She is a provider who truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond for them. She and is one of the nicest people I have ever met. And her staff is just as nice and helpful! I highly recommend Moon Valley Dentistry!!!

Im in love with this office! Ive been taking me and my, now 4 year old son, since 2016. Ive referred my boyfriend there and he also says they are very nice. They do make your experience comfortable and you can feel that they really do care about you. My son loves going there and getting a little treasure from the treasure chest. He literally gets excited to go to the dentist because these people make it so comfortable for him. These people are amazing and I would not want to go anywhere else! Thank you for everything! ❤😁

Great staff, friendly and inviting. They make me feel comfortable which is rare for a dentist office. Ill agree with Allison, they wont try to upsell you anything. But if they did mention something I would not hesitate to take their advice. Pretty straight forward and you can just tell they really care. My last visit, I accidentally showed up a day early and they were able to accommodate me due to a cancellation. They could have just told me to come back on my appointment day but they were nice and they took care of me right then. They are genuine here no joke. Thank you!

I like that Dr Dang tells you upfront what the procedure will cost, whether youre there for a cleaning or an emergency. When she put in my new bridge, I was in and out in less than a half hour. She also takes the time to explain why she has to do something. Had my old dentist for years, so was hesitant about a new one. Im very satisfied with the care she and her staff provide.

Great experience. Ive not had the best experience with past dentists and have a bit of fear when going in, even for just a cleaning, but the entire staff at Moon Valley was great. I was a little nervous coming in the first time. I had a root canal done in Wisconsin and now needed two crowns put in. And it was past the point they should have been attended to... If you know what I mean. I wanted a dentist who was in my area and who was fairly priced. I found Moon Valley Dentistry and I have to say Dr Dang did a great job. They were side by side crowns and she spaced them perfectly. Yay! I have a new dentist. I wont wait so long next time. 😊

Honest, knowledgeable, and caring Dentist who didn’t try and sell me anything. The last dentist I went to lied to me and told me I needed 7K of work done or my teeth were going to fall out. The Dentist at Moon Valley calmed my fears and told me the truth; I only needed one thing that insurance fully covered and the rest was a sham. The hygienist gave me the best most meticulous cleaning I’ve ever had in my life with zero pain. The receptionist is super nice and friendly. Every team member I encountered seemed happy to be there and loved their job. Bonus, free coffee in the lobby! This is my new permanent Dentist from now on.

I have had some VERY traumatic past experiences with Dentists and have a fear of them. I had a very bad tooth and found this office after some recommendations. I saw Dr. Dang today and I can say without a doubt she is great not only with patients who have dental anxiety but also who are medically complex. She did not push any additional services and wanted to help me with my immediate situation and then work on my overall dental health once that was addressed. Got me a referral to the oral surgeon the same day. I will absolutely be back to her office and we are going to move our whole family over. Trust me, I am someone who fears dental visits more than anything else and I know I can trust this practice to help me though that.Update: I just wanted to update my review and say that this office, dentist and staff are simply amazing. As someone who has been terrified of dentists for 35 years this office has cured my fears and go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and safe. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been going there for about three years now. The staff and doctor changed over a year ago but never had a problem with them.

I always have a hard time finding an excellent hygienist, Becky is the best. My family and friends switched to this new office because Becky & Dr. Dang like to inform and take care of business. Dr. Dang filled my chipped tooth and matched the color perfectly, making the process easy. This is a professional practice that truly cares about my oral health, not pushing the latest product.

Came in to see Dr. Dang and her hygienist for a yearly cleaning. Do not make the same mistake I did and google map the wrong Moon Valley! There are a couple in the area with similar names.The office is small and cozy and Dentist owned, not by some corporate shell. Dr. Dang and the rest of the staff were very attentive the entire time I was there. I appreciated the text appointment reminders (I hate when my other doctors offices call!)

Not only are they insanely professional but also very friendly. Almost feels like youve known some of them for years just by how polite and welcoming they are. Not to mention the awesome music playing while youre in there. Hard to not sing to it while theyre doing their thing. My poor dental hygienist... I made her job so difficult because some songs ya just cant NOT sing to (Im sorry Becky, I know that made it difficult for you but youre just so darn adorable and nicely asked me to stop whenever Id start up). Im On the third try to get my perminate crown installed. 1st try took about a month to get after waiting 4 months.the tooth did not fit. 2nd try.tooth didnt fit.. Took about month to get that back. Im waiting on 3rd tooth. Dont know how long I have to wait for this on. 4 days ago they will let me know some time. Office smells like sewer gas. Hope the tools are clean. Air is awful. I see a lot of good feed back. I just dont have any. Respectfully. Carl
