The entire staff at Smith Family Dental is amazing! They go above and beyond to make it an excellent experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are incredibly considerate and compassionate and I always feel well taken care of.

I had an excellent dental appointment today! I had no wait time, my cleaning was painless and quick. I met with my dentist, paid my bill and made an appointment for my husband in less than 50 minutes! They are very friendly, professional and skilled!

I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was so kind and down to earth. Now a days, I feel like people aren’t very welcoming at stores or other establishments, but everyone’s attitude at Smith Family Dental was so amazing! I ABSOLUTELY loved that they took the time to explain to me what my insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for paying. That eliminates the surprise amount of bills later on! I would highly recommend seeing them for dental needs.

Dr. Smith extracted my badly cracked tooth (for implant placement). He did it completely pain free! His expertise and bedside manner are beyond compare. His assistant Yolanda and his numbing specialist Lily (I dont know her actual title) are the best! Im grateful for them!

Dr. Smith is very reassuring and actually takes his time with you unlike others in the profession around the valley, who just want to shoo you out the way. Went in for a tooth with cold sensitivity and found it was a cavity. They didnt want to work on it that day and suggested i go somewhere else. They billed 899$ for 5 minutes of xrays. Suggested I had 5 cavities which was confirmed by another dentist from the previous and new xrays that I did not. Shadiest thing ive ever seen in my life, lying about what work needs to be done. Was he going to drill and fill spots in my teeth that didnt have cavities and bill a large amount? Best to avoid

After years of searching for a dentist that I actually trusted and didnt over charge I thought I would give Smith Family Dental a try since I moved right down the street from their office. I had a number of cavities to be filled, a tooth that needed to be extracted and deep cleaning that needed to be done. I put this off for years going from dentist to dentist but after my very first appointment they set up a reasonable treatment plan for me in steps.Every appointment they ran on time and did an excellent job. From the hygienists to Dr. Smith they were all excellent and really were careful to make sure I was well taken care of during my visits and it didnt break the bank.I am finally up to date with all of my dental work and I would highly recommend Smith Family Dental to anyone in the future. I finally found my dentist.

Smith Family​ Dental has become my new designated dentist. The staff is very nice and polite and their office seems very well maintained. The location and hours are convenient and they are very accommodating when I have to reschedule. I like how they gave me this itemized itinerary of stuff that I need to get done. It gives me my whole cost of what to expect, what its going to do and they explain the best way to get it done. Big things like this I like to be able to plan ahead so my itinerary for lack of a better word keeps me on track.

To make a long story short, I went to Smith Family Dentist following a very bad experience with another dentist in Phoenix. I had cracked a crown on a molar. After my first visit to the other dentist I was in the worst pain of my life and after repeated visits I was still not sleeping, chewing from one side of my mouth only, and having to tilt my head away from my painful tooth which could not tolerate heat or cold. Well, after much suffering, and after a recommendation from my wife, I switched dentists mid stream. I can honestly say that the level of professionalism and efficiency at the Smith office was remarkable and much welcomed. Dr. Smith and his sidekick, Yolanda, are expert at what they do. Today I experienced a root canal which was all but painless. This team took great care to see to my comfort and allay my fears. Kudos to Dr. Smith. He is now my favorite dentist - ever.

I absolutely love these people! Throughout my life Ive had so much dental work done that Ive seen every type of dentist imaginable. Before these guys, going to the dentist used to be a chore, but now, I actually look forward to getting work done here and always walk out feeling like a million bucks with a smile that is worth even more. Iv been coming here for the better part of a year and a half. They give me a cleaning every 6 months and have filled a cavity in for me. Theyve always been caring, friendly, honest and on the ball with everything. The dental staff arent rough in any way and are great with holding a conversation with you while theyve got your mouth wide open. They are extremely thorough with everything they do, and I absolutely love that. There are TVs on the ceiling and in front of you when youre in the dentists chair and theyll throw on your favorite Netflix show for you to watch during any work being done. They are definitely my life-long go-to people!

About a month ago, I called them one morning in major pain after a back tooth had broken. They took me in right away and took care of me with little fuss. Doctor Smith was super funny and personable. Also he was incredibly kind and gentle. The whole staff was very pleasant and lovely.So when I had another emergency, they were where I turned.My 21mo daughter was having major tooth pain tonight. Everytime she tried to eat, she screamed in pain. I couldnt get a good look in her mouth but I thought I felt a tooth wiggle. I was super concerned, it was already nearly 5pm. Pretty much any pediatric dental nearby was closed!I called Doctor Smiths office and they were so kind to squeeze us in. We rushed over and everyone was so concerned and thoughtful and gentle with my poor girl.Upon (difficult) inspection, Doctor Smith found she had somehow gotten a STAPLE lodge in between her teeth! He immediately extracted it and that was it. She was much better and we were out of there.So I found out there was a problem around 5pm and was done and fixed before 6pm. They even gave her a toy.I love this place and Im so thankful for them.

The staff is very friendly. I went in for a deep cleaning, and I get very nervous when it comes to shots and the drilling, but I was actually calm. The staff knows how to talk to you so your not nervous at all. I have recommended Smith Dental to my family and friends.
