First time with this dentist and had a pleasant experience. Each staff member was friendly and nice. Everyone was conscientious in both providing explanations and in their work on my teeth. An overall nice and pleasant experience!

The new dentist (Dr. Nadia) is very kind and genuinely cares. She is helping to fix some very unpleasant issues that Im having and I appreciate her doing the best she can. Shes very smart and trustworthy.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The dentist was very nice and informative. I couldn’t be happier with the results. They provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs!

Be cautious and keep your receipts for all payments.I was contacted recently regarding a bill that I paid off January 2020, stating that it was not paid off.My last visit was in 2017, I was contacted about 6 months later that my insurance no longer covered my visit, which left me with a $200 balance. I would have assumed they gave to check insurance before my visit, I wasn’t charged anything until I got my bill months later. Regardless I paid it.Fast forward. I called them notifying them that I had made a payment over the phone. According the office manager there was no record.I was fortunate that I found the charge on my bank statement. Called and told them the date, I was put on a brief hold while she checked the transactions that day.She mentioned she couldn’t find anything, meaning there was no way it would have been credited on another account.I emailed her my bank statement, to which she then said it was credited to another account.I expressed my concern about their error, concerned that it would have happened to other families who have no way of proving their payment. She assured that that is why they go back on their records, but it was obviously not effective considering the only reason I was able to get my issue resolved was because I emailed her my proof.The office manager was not rude, however, this is an error that can potentially send a family to collections, or have to pay a balance again, knowing they have already. These are not the times to give people additional stress.

Both my husband (87) and I (80) had Erica clean our teeth this morning. Appointments started right on time. She was delightful, professional, worked quickly and efficiently. As always the staff was helpful and welcoming - smiles behind the masks. Their prices are very reasonable. We feel lucky to have found them after leaving our wonderful dentist in Springfield KY behind when we moved back to Phoenix. We had gotten spoiled by him and were nervous about finding a new dentist. Im a major coward when it comes to dental work. They made me feel comfortable. Bill was as impressed as well. Highly recommend Palm Dental.

Had to reschedule a couple times due to shortage of hygienists. Overall, still a great experience! Judith completed my xrays and teeth whitening and was amazing. I usually hate xrays and she was very delicate and made it a quick and easy experience. Never had teeth whitened and she answered my questions and I’m excited to see the outcome. America cleaned my teeth, did a great job. I didn’t clinch once, very thorough and careful. Thank you ladies, look forward to my next cleaning.

I like the dentist, however, the hygenist hasnt been consistent for the last year and the current one insisted I needed to come in for a cleaning more often than my insurance will pay. But I have never had a problem with any other cleaning before in my life. Ill keep an eye on this, but it seemed like she was trying to drum up more out of pocket business.

Called back to back they never answer. I rescheduled and I go in and was told I can’t be seen because my appointment was at 11am. When they been called to reschedule it for a more responsible time for me but they denied me when I walked in and they told me they got no call when I know it was done. This is the second time that this happen. They do great work for the most part, just they have a lot to improve.

Beware of erroneous and untimely billing practices, and dont expect a call back.My last cleaning with Baseline Palm Dental was in early 2016 prior to moving out of state. It wasnt until February 2019 that I received a bill for services relating to 2016! It didnt seem logical that my insurance wouldnt have covered a basic cleaning let alone that they were just getting around to billing me 2 years after the fact. Figuring it would be easier than spending the time to research with my prior insurance company, I paid the bill over the phone with a credit card and also confirmed there were no other balances owed. 18 months later and I have not received any form of communication from Baseline Palm Dental however I just found out they put a collection notice on my credit report. I have reached out to Baseline Palm Dental multiple times to find out what for and have never received a phone call back. I am disputing the charge and have sent proof of payment to the collection agency, but all this has taken time. Make sure you keep your receipts, Im probably not the only person they have wrongfully invoiced and sent to collections.

Palm Dental did some work for my wife. She was experiencing a lot of tooth pain, and so she called Palm Dental. They scheduled a same-day appointment so that Dr. Fink could examine her. She concluded that she needed a root canal, so an appointment was made later that same day to get it done. The staff was kind, prompt, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Fink was also proficient and warm. We cannot say enough good things about Palm Dental. Would highly recommend.

I can honestly say that this has been the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had, everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants and Dr. Fink herself have been amazing!! To go from never smiling to always smiling has boosted my confidence thru the roof. Even though I’m not quite finished with all my dental work, I can’t thank Dr. Fink enough for fixing my smile! She will definitely be my forever dentist as long as she is working.

12/30/2020: Well end of the year is here and I never heard back from them ever again. I guess I dont matter and by the looks of some of the reviews neither do other people but I did notice a pattern of who does matter. This is not good for a business in this side of town.Hello...., I still have not heard from anyone. Maybe its time for a Mission statement to be put in place. If I say I am going to do something, I do it. I guess your patients do not matter to you or am I/we expendable?**UPDATE**So, I dont know what happened here. I was given a date and time for a follow up and I showed up for my appointment. However, before I got to the door at the scheduled time, I was stopped in the parking lot by an employee and she knew my name and she tells me that shes been trying to get ahold of me but that my number was disconnected. I knew this not to be true as they had contacted me previously at the correct number. I dont know what to think of this or what to make of it. This young lady took down my NAME and number and told me that she would rescheduled me as soon as she was able to get inside to her building because apparently she forgot the keys or something to that effect. So my appointment was made possibly in a parking lot however not confirmed. Like I said, SHE told me SHE would call me back to tell me of the next date and time for my appointment, that has not happened. I am still waiting and there is no reason why I should call to follow up on an appointment that you said YOU would make. Its been about 6 weeks now if anyone wants to know. Time to look for another dentist- again.I was very impressed, as soon as I walked into this office. I was greeted and tended to almost immediately. They took me in on short notice which made it even better. The staff were very caring, gentle, professional and my doctor was amazing but most of all the one thing that I was impressed with the most is the teamwork that they have in this office. They work together, work in sync, in concert with 1 another.. Thank you very much for your service and for tending to me. Ill see you soon.

Mrs. Fink is absolutely and unequivocally amazing.. I’ve always been self-conscious about my smile, I don’t know how she did it but he brought my smile back. She took her time talking with me about how I would like it to be. Steffon her assistant has THE BEST patient bed side manners.. He made me comfortable and special. I wish I could post a before and after photo because honestly these words do know justice. As soon as she gave me the mirror and told me to see how I liked it, I immediately became overwhelmed with emotion and cried, I haven’t seen that smile in 10+ years, she made me feel like me. Dr. Fink gave me a reason to smile, I don’t know how to thank her enough, granted I paid for it, but what she did and is still doing is just AMAZING. Thank you to everyone at Palm Dental for allowing me to feel welcomed and comfortable, for giving me my smile back and a reason to keep smiling.. Palm Dental on baseline is where I will continue to go and take my family.. I cannot thank you enough..

Take forever, make too many appointments at once, be prepared to WAIT. They said 10 mins to get my room ready 50 mins later and I just got in the chair to wait again...Take the whole day off if you can.

Dr. Fink is thorough, quick, gentle, and professional. I just had a consult with x-rays done today and will be back for a cleaning. The office is neat and tidy. The kind interactions and pleasant demeanor of everyone who engaged me (front desk, Bettina and hygienist, Steffan/Morena) were much appreciated.

I had gone to other dental offices in the past and was told I needed an absurd amount of work done crowns, root canals, etc, that I felt was personally unnecessary. Not only that I wasnt able to afford dental work for close to 4 years. When I came to palm dental the staff right away was super cool and professional, they were able to fix the majority of my teeth with minor dental work, fillings and general cleaning. Overall they made me feel very comfortable through the whole process. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dental office who genuinely wants to take care of their patients with great prices.

My Palm Dental experience was very good. I went to Palm for a simple cleaning. I actually showed up a little late, but they did not chastise me like most dental/medical establishments do. Their entire staff was extremely dedicated and amicable. Dr.Fink was very calm and nice during the cleaning process. I intend to return and have already made an appointment for my next visit! Palm Dental is a great place to get your teeth cleaned. The wait was short, and the staff was very friendly. I actually got some extensive work and was very happy with the outcome. Dr.Fink does a great job keeping patients calm and is very efficient during the process. In fact I at a similar operation at both Palm and another dentistry. At Palm the process took 45 mins and the process at the other dentistry took about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the results were better. In conclusion my experience was great and I will return for any of my dental needs.

I brought my two daughters here for a checkup exam and cleaning. The office staff was very friendly and courteous, and the office itself is clean and comfortable. The assistant Jenny did a great job with my oldest taking x-rays and polishing her teeth, and the hygienist Christina did a great a job brushing my little ones teeth. Dr. Fink explained the importance of taking good care of their teeth to both of them and gave them good oral hygiene instructions and emphasized the importance of brushing. My girls loved their visit and we will definitely be back.

Crowded office, packed with people. Poor dental work had to be repaired. Office charged me for a visit I never scheduled. I even responded prior to the appointment to whoever texted me with an appointment reminder. Now the office has sent this bogus charge for missing an appointment to collections. This has to be illegal.

This is a fantastic dentist. I have been going there for over a year and the staff are friendly and courteous, the Doctor is very good and he thoroughly answers any question or concern you might have, I have had 4 wisdom teeth removed, and 2 fillings done, as well as a crown put in and I didnt experience any pain or discomfort at all. Highly recommended.

I love this dentist! Dr. Ash is the best I have seen in all my life. I will even go to him if I moved across the valley. I love how concerned he is with helping all of his patients. He always makes sure I am comfortable and out of pain. The staff is excellent and so sweet. They are always willing to work with me on payment plans, which really helps in a bind. Dr. Ashs work is fantastic. He only wants the best for his patients. I cannot say enough good things about this dentist.

My constantly aching tooth made me visit this dentist. I was treated very nicely by the receptionist. She very politely told me to wait. I was called in within 10 minutes. The dentist checked and found a cavity for which he suggested to get a crown. He explained me the procedure. I had to follow up few times but I liked the experience.

I would recommend Palm Dental to be anyones dentist because I brought my daughter in there last week for a toothache and they were able to see her and fix the problem. She had a bad experience before at a different dental office but she left loving Dr.Fink and is not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. The staff and doctor are very friendly and knowledgeable. Up until today they had earned 1 out of 5 stars because they hadnt completed the orthodontic treatment that I paid them for back in like 2012 but now its easily negative 5 out of 5. They completed some sets but about halfway through they took new Impressions. After that Months went by without hearing anything so I called In and they said they were still waiting on the lab. This went on for over a year before I gave up On them. Finally years later They call me trying to schedule me for a cleaning because I hadnt been in in a while and i chew them out again about the uncompleted treatment and said I wasnt getting treatment there because of it. So the lady says she will look in to it. And later I get a call she says she found them in the back room that they had been misplaced. Apparently for several years. I had moved across the country since then so I make a trip to phoenix to pick them up finally after years. I get there and they wont give the sets to me that Ive paid for, said Id have to travel across the country every 3 weeks to pick up the next set. So I go to leave pissed at this point. Then when I couldnt think it could get worse. At the front counter they say I owe them over 1500 dollars for the treatment I had already paid for and that THEY DIDNT COMPLETE. I couldnt believe that they were both trying to double bill me and refusing to give the the clear correct sets I had paid for years ago. Easily the worst experience Ive ever had with a dentist. They should of given a refund after failing to complete the service. Heck under the fair credit billing act its literally illegal to charge for a service they didnt complete but they havent done the right thing and even made it worse by trying to charge me again. I definitely regret getting work done there.

Called early this morning because I had a cracked WISDOM tooth. 20 min later, I was in the office and they went to work. Very pleasant staff in the front and in the back. Most importantly, making sure I was pain free was the goal. I honestly feared they would send me to an expensive specialist but NOPE! They processed my insurance and took my co pay.. didnt break my BANK :) Having a friendly and attentive Dr. Was a bonus !! Thanks Palm Dental.. Ill be back!

I had some really bad gum pain and called this office. Best Dentist experience I had the staff was very and nice understanding. The Dentist her self was excellent. I needed a new dentist this one was awesome and I highly recommend this one .

AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!! Dr. Ash is by far the BEST dentist I have have taken my girls to. My daughter was experiencing excruciating mouth pain that I had taken her to 4 different dentists within 2 months with no relief. After the 4th dentist she was in more pain than before, the very next day I happened to be next door to Dr. Ashs office, I called and she said they accepted walk-ins if we had time to come in, so we did and in 30 minutes Dr. Ash became my hero. He found the problem and took the time to explain to my daughter what she needed done, which shows what a caring dentist and person he is. Dr. Ash did in 1 hr what 4 dentist couldnt do in 2 months I couldnt have been more grateful. Dr. Ash is such great dentist, he truly cares about his patients, and oh my his staff.. the girls are so friendly and sweet its great! Dr. Ash and Palm Dental are truly one of a kind and irreplaceable. Thank you Dr. Ash!!

Just went there today. First time Ive had x-rays done without gagging and being in tears. The staff was super friendly. My kids enjoyed their cleanings and left feeling great. The dentist explained everything and took his time. Its taken me a while to find a dentist we can all go to and like. Ive already made our next appointments. You should try them out!

This is my second visit because I like the dentist here. But I will not be coming back because the office staff is so rude. When making my appointment the first time I had to have a consult to make an actual appointment for a cleaning. When I showed to that cleaning I was told I owed money because my insurance wouldnt cover it. The girl up front insisted she gave me a breakdown of my insurance coverage the time i was in for my consult. But she never did so I was unprepared for my almost 200 dollar cleaning and they didnt care. They also waited till after my appointment to tell me I owed money otherwise I would have walked out before it.... now showing up today there still happened to a balance on my account after paying off the balance I was told I owed!! I will not be coming back here!!

I have dealt with many dental offices and the staff all over the valley. To me Palm Dental is the one office that I have yet to have any issues nor concerns. The staff is awesome and very helpful. Dr. Christina Fink, so professional and very knowledgeable in what she do. I call her the Beyonce of her industry. The talented and funny DA, Steffan is so awesome at making you feel comfortable and safe. The front office DA and office manager, Julia and Patina are always patience and kind to me. Coming from wearing braces and having 3 weight loss surgeries, the GERD- acid reflux and years of vomitting, destroyed my teeth. I suffered from infection after infection, severe decay on multiple teeth. So much money spent on repairing my mouth. Palm dental , Dr. Fink saved my life and my pockets. They were not out to break my pockets, but to make me healthy again. Of course to smile again. Dr Fink and her office made me a priority and provided treatment immediately. Dr Fink puts her patients first. I will and have recommended Palm dental to all my family and friends. If you want to feel better, and smile again, please dont hesitate to see Dr Fink and her staff. Very very nice people. From the front desk to the Dr.. I was really nervous to go in but everybody made me feel very relaxed and calm. I went to take out a tooth which I wanted to be put to sleep because I was so nervous but I couldnt get a doctor available to give me a appointment. So I had to man up and just get shots and sit threw the procedure. (I had a very bad experience with a different doctor so thats why I was so nervous) when I got to the office everybody was telling me how its gonna be very quick and how the doc was super good and gentle. They were so right. The Dr made sure I was calm and relaxed before even giving me Medicine. They really cared if I was ok. When the Dr pulled my tooth it really was so quick and I even asked her three times, was I done, did i have a hole. It was so easily Tooken out I was shocked and very happy. Right away my pain,anxiety and nervousness went away. Jasmine was the Dr assistant and she even cared how I felt. Thank u . They all were friendly and great. Will be going back and not be so worried. The Dr is the best.

My first experience was a teeth cleaning. While Im the chair and getting my teeth clean the dentist is literally trying to sell me mouth wash and Something else literally while she is digging in my gums .. 3 months later I get a letter in the mail a letter saying I was going to be going to collections because they used some cleaning stuff that they charge extra for that they didnt ask me about . So I called the the front desk clerk says Im sorry they have been doing this alot they are suppose to ask .. They texted me over 10 times to make an appointment and finally I did. And at 830 am the day of the 12 PM appointment they cancelled. This was the second time they cancelled my appointment after repeated text to schedule an appointment..

Will definitely NOT recommend to friends or family. The rudest customer service ever received..

Unprofessional front desk lady (picture second lady on the left). I came in asked for walk in since the day prior had asked for that and someone there said to just come in if it was an emergency. When i got there she said by appointment only i told them if there was anyway if i could be seen since i had a loose tooth. Lady disregard my concern and pain and stated again by appointment only. I dont expect for them to make an exception of their rules even though i was told i could do walk in. But at least have somef sympathy she shouldnt be in a customer service postion.

When we went here with our kids staff were very rude and awkward!!! And the dr was rude to and trying to rush us out NEVER AGAIN WILL WE COME HERE EVER!!!
