By far the best dental office we’ve ever been to. The staff was excellent. Super friendly. The doctor was in Michigan for a family emergency but that didn’t hinder anything. The other doctor in the Scottsdale office reviewed our ex-rays and meet with us via Zoom to go over everything. We’re happy to have found Studio B Smiles!!

While the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they recommended a deep cleaning that I was told was covered by my insurance. Unfortunately, my condition wasnt too severe and was turned down by my insurance company. Studio B Smiles incompetence left me with an unexpected $1,000 bill. Is this the insurance company being sleazy, too? Probably. However, I expect that medical professionals would have enough experience with insurance providers to be able to determine if a procedure would, in fact, be covered. Or perhaps they would have the foresight get approval from the insurance company BEFORE starting the procedure. Regardless, Im the one being penalized for someone elses incompetence. Dont let this happen to you. Find another dentist.

Everyone at the office is super friendly and knowledgeable. They made the process easy and understandable and felt confident I was making the right now. I will definitely be using them for all future dental needs, as well as my spouse.

The friendliest staff out there! They always do a wonderful job explaining the procedure and recommending the best course of action. They have a focus on prevention versus other dentists who prefer to “wait-and-see” until there is an urgent need to fix something (usually with a big price tag). I have always felt well cared for and trust their opinions!

Despite the nervousness one may experience in a dental office setting, I can assure you that you will feel incredibly welcomed here and find yourself very comfortable with their team. The staff here are truly invested in your dental health and show integrity. When I lost my job and then my health insurance due to the pandemic, I can honestly say I missed seeing these folks. While seeing them regularly helped me be more diligent with flossing and staying on top of wearing my retainers, I really enjoyed reconnecting with them. I absolutely adore Cara and Dr. Badall. However, everyone I’ve met there has been equally wonderful. Give them a shot if your shopping around for a Dentist, they will be my provider for many years to come.

My first appointment with Studio B and I have to say I absolutely love it! Cara is my hygienist and does a phenomenal job! I always request her and she is flexible with her schedule to get my family in for our cleanings. She is patient and thorough with explaining every step. Also, I teach a classroom of students with autism. Ms. Cara comes into our classroom every year to teach the students about dental care. Dr Badall is such an amazing Doctor. Very kind and attentive. He will really listen to your concerns and do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible with any treatment needs! The hygienist Cara S is one of the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Every time I leave my teeth feel so clean but she is also so gentle. Wonderful staff! Friendly customer service from the time I booked my appointment via phone to the speed of receiving the intake forms and the ease in completing them. I’m very anxious about needles in my mouth and quite embarrassed about it at my age but, my hygienist and dentist were patient and kind and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable and pain free every step of the way. Great job with my first two of four fillings. I will be returning soon to have the other two finished and returning after that as a relaxed patient and loyal customer. I have been coming to Studio B for several years now and have always had a great experience. It seems weird to say that about a dentist office but it’s true. I always dreaded going to the dentist before I found Studio B. Every person I’ve dealt with at Studio B is respectful, friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure I’m happy. After having work done I received a personal text from the dentist himself the next day to make sure I was doing alright. I always see Kara as my hygienist, because she is AMAZING! They are very thorough and professional, and everything runs smoothly from the first point of contact from the appointment desk to x-rays, hygienists and dental work. I was seen on time, procedure was completely and thoroughly explained, allowing time for questions and concerns. I needed a couple teeth pulled due to medical concerns. Dr. Josh Badall was so patient, empathic and concerned that I understood details. He has called several times to check on me. With that, I’ve healed well with no issues. I highly recommend this practice for all. They are conscience about covid and take all the precautions for ones safety. Staff is also courteous and helpful.

I was very very nervous before my appointment. I have had a bad experience in the past that has kept me from going to see a dentist for 5 years. Robin was able to fit me in right away and Cara was the one who did my cleaning. From the moment I sat in the chair Cara was asking me questions and making sure I felt comfortable. She always told me what she was doing and why. If I had a question she would answer it for me as well. Dr. Badall also very knowledgeable and made sure my teeth were doing okay. I thought I would be more nervous but Studio B Smiles seems to really care about their patients and wants them not to be afraid. I will be going back to Studio B Smiles, for any work I need done (something I never thought I would say). If you have had a bad experience like me I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

My experience was exceptional from the seamless check in, the hygienist was just amazing patient and kind. took time to explain things and made sure I was comfortable. After having a terrible experience at a different dentist in the past this was just refreshing. The dentist was also great explained everything in detail and was not overbearing on what I had to get done it was more of goal setting shared decision making process. I would recommend them any day.

The Studio B Smiles downtown Phoenix location is fantastic! The office is so clean and super high tech. They make it easy to schedule or change appointment times. Ive never waited more than a minute or two when Ive arrived. They remember who you are and any dental concerns you have. They are nice. They are thorough. I think they accept most (all?) forms of dental insurance. For anyone who works or lives in the downtown Phoenix area, I recommend you check them out.

I am terrified of the dentist, but Steven and Cara have changed my perception of dental offices. Cara made me feel comfortable and relaxed every time I have visited her. Highly recommend this location for dental work, cleaning was done right and any questions that I had they pretty much gave me direct responses to what I should be doing in regards to my continued dental hygiene.
