Great service. Everyone is super friendly. Theyve never run behind for any of my appointments. (Imagine that!?) Dr. Mirkhah is wonderful. She explains everything clearly and gives the best numbing injections. I have highly recommended North Phoenix Family Dentistry to many people.

Both my wife and I developed a tooth ache during Labor Day weekend and we received a call back the same day and an appointment was made for the next day. We both were taken care of within the same day we were there. Me a crown was needed and the wife had a cavity. WE were amazed that we were seen that fast and the treatment was excellent. We could not have been more satisfied as everything went perfect. We highly recommend that you use them for any and all dental needs.

She was the kindest doctor I have ever dealt with. She explained the entire process in a way I could understand. She answered all my questions and put me at ease during a very stressful time ( I hate going to the dentist). Her assistant Tiana was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. First off, let me just say its hard to find a good dentist in todays world where one can feel trusting, that they are in good hands, and that they are more than just a number or dollar sign. Its really hard to find a practice where one feels comfortable that the overall health and longevity of their teeth are actually valued and a priority. Ive had a lot of bad experiences previous to my visit that made me very nervous about going to the dentist in general. The staff are especially friendly, courteous, and were considerate of my trepidations and slight anxiety. Not only do they put an anxious person at ease, but they are quick and efficient about getting procedures done and making you feel comfortable all the while. Tiana is such a caring, bubbly, and friendly personality, and the Doc herself is very knowledgeable, informative, and professional all while not being intimidating. The last time I was there, they did a cavity drill and fill and it was by far the most pleasant experience Ive ever had getting a filling done, not to mention a very quick and painless procedure. The Doc and staff really create a friendly atmosphere that makes one feel comfortable and valued in a field where a lot of people have bad experiences frequently. Thank goodness good dentistry still exists! I cannot say enough about how much of a good experience it was, and would refer them in a heartbeat! If youre looking for a good dentist that does quality work in a setting that can ease even the most anxious person, look no further!!!

They treat you like you are family. Smiles all around, good music in the background and relaxing videos of underwater or aeriel views of islands play on the tv in front of you to distract that you are at the dentist. This place definitely is wonderful

Dr. M and her staff were all super friendly! Plus being able to fill out the paperwork online beforehand was so much easier and less stressful than rushing to fill it out in office. I hadnt seen a dentist in over 5 years due to a bad experience at a previous provider. Im so happy I found this office! Scheduling and filling out paperwork was super easy and convenient. I walked right into my first appointment with no wait and everyone was super friendly. I even needed to have some work done and they squeezed me in that day so I didnt have to make another appointment. Then they provided pricing and payment options on Invisalign and other future procedures. Dr. Mirkhah was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. It seems its always a little unnerving to have to get dental work done even if I seem to be willing to go every so often. Besides the worry about if Im getting the best dentist, there is also the concern whether its just going to be an average hopefully decent experience. I was greeted with kindness and encouraged and the best part of having to wait in the dental chair was the tv with a screen that took me for a walk among the trees and walking trails which worked very well to calm my nerves. The dentist was very personal and friendly. Felt safe and cared about. Excellent staff. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

I would give this practice 10 stars if I could. Words do not do justice for how wonderful this dental team is. We have an unusual situation that required my brother with a disability to relocate to Phoenix. I live in IL and was only in town for a few days to help him get settled. One of the things we needed to manage was a long lack of dental care. I was able to schedule the appointment for him before we got out there. Dr. M was was so understanding and empathetic to the situation. Once we got in the office, they realized the extent of the work that needed to be done.They stayed late, got him in on 3 consecutive days while I was still in town, and came in on a weekend to make sure he was taken care of before I left. They were honest, open, and transparent about the costs. Dr. M. and her team had great bedside manner that was gentle and relaxing. On Saturday I watch Dr. M. answer the phone herself and schedule a same-day weekend appointment with another patient that seemed to be having an emergency. In a very long list of medical providers we have dealt with in the past several months, this team was the most helpful, understanding, and refreshingly human that we have encountered across 3 states.

Quite a different experience here (much better) than I had at my previous DDS office. Dr Mirkhah is absolutely sensational! She is comforting, kind and more importantly on point! She will triage all dental issues in order of importance and provide options and a plan for addressing them. She has quite a gentle touch which is definitely a plus! :)

I had an emergency and e-mailed the dentist office last Saturday on a referral. Dr. Mirkhah called me within 30 minutes and she had prescriptions sent in for me immediately. Thank you again Dr. Mirkhah. But that’s not all...... Monday someone from the office called got me set up with an appointment. This kind of patient care is what I’m looking for. I had a super experience. I highly recommend this office if you need dental work.

The most professional and caring Dentist I have ever had. I have been seeing Dr. Mirkhah for 6 years! She is the only Dentist I trust with my dental needs because she pays attention to the smallest details and makes sure I am comfortable in her chair. I went in for a cracked tooth. I was a bit nervous going in. The staff was friendly, professional yet personable. The Dental Assistant Gabby was very thorough in her explanation of what she was going to do. The Dentist-Dr. Mirkhah came in and explained what needed to be done. She had a good bed side manner and made time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend North Phoenix Family Dentistry.

After years of avoiding the dentist due to several horrible experiences, I finally found the one. Compassionate care is an understatement. Literally every person I’ve come in contact with in this office is pleasant and seems happy to be there and want to do everything they can to help you feel at ease. I’ve had 3 appointments so far and have a long road ahead with a lot of work but no one has tried to made me feel guilty or shame me as some dentists in the past have done. After each visit I have received a personal call from my dentist herself to ask how I’m doing and make sure my recovery is on course. They are currently taking every precaution to help stop the spread of covid and protect themselves and their patients and I’m just so impressed with everything about them. Highly recommend!

After moving here from Seattle, I was absolutely dreading finding a new dentist and going through the whole “new patient” visit. I am so thankful I found Dr. Mirkhah and would highly recommend her!!! In short, this is a professional office with a top-quality doctor and a wonderful staff! For my long-winded version see below. : )A few highlights that made it stand out to me:1) The office staff is super friendly and very responsive - I initially contacted her office through her website after work and heard back from her office the first thing the next morning.2) The office is organized and run efficiently - All of the new patient forms can be filled out online ahead of time which was very convenient, especially if you are trying to take off as little time from work as possible.3) There was no wait time and they have safety precautions in place for COVID concerns - The day of the appointment I was immediately greeted and they walked me back to wash my hands and use a mouth rinse (which they do for all patients). I really appreciated this. It made me feel safe knowing they are taking extra steps to ensure everyone’s health!!4) The cleaning and the x-rays went GREAT – I have a bit of a small mouth and typically find these two things uncomfortable but the dental hygienist was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit.5) Dr. Mirkhah is professional, knowledgeable, and super nice – Dr. Mirkhah has such a positive demeanor you feel immediately comfortable! She pulled up my x-rays on a large screen for me to see, walked me through the results and answered all of my questions. Further, I had requested an Invisalign consult which she did for me the same day. After she was able to confirm Invisalign could correct my particular problems, they explained the process and next steps.6) They are patient and not pushy at all! – I really wanted Invisalign but I had to figure out my finances first. The office manager was prepared with a quote the same day and after looking into CareCredit I had some follow-up questions. Dr. Mirkhah’s office took time to explain all of my options and answered all of my questions but at no point did I feel like they were trying to push me to make a fast decision. It was just a really comfortable and helpful experience all around!7) Finally, the furniture, equipment and technology all appear to be brand new! I know I shouldn’t care about how comfortable the chair is or if there is a large screen TV and music in each room but it really does make the experience nicer. : )That is all I got! Hope it was helpful.

Dr. Mirkhah is dedicated to her patients. She took our grandson from a total fear of dentists (after a horrible first experience with another dentist) to telling us he loves his dentist. She had empathy for him and listened to our 7 year old when he said he was in pain and needed a little more “sleepy juice”. She let him talk, which relaxed him, and let every step in the dental repair process to be his idea!

The Doctors and staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They enjoy working together and with their patients and it shows. I recently moved to a different part of town, so I am a new patient here. Going to the dentist’ office can often feel like an apprehensive experience, but not when you come to this establishment. I love how they are centrally located and how accommodating they are. Their staff is incredibly warm and make even the most apprehensive feel at home. The timely manner of the staff and the earnest welcoming makes this experience the best one can have. North Family Dentistry is one of the most amazing dental clinics in Phoenix Arizona, I went for the first time to get my routine exams and cleanings, and later a crown procedure. The team of this office did a wonderful job since scheduling to taking care of my dental needs. This was a very pleasant experience with completely no pain at all, I was scared to go to the dentist, but once you get there they make you feel really comfortable and cared. Dr. Mirkhah, her dental Assistant Gabby, and the Dental Hygenist Jocelyn, they all take the time to treat you nicely and explain any concerns or doubts you might have. If I have to reccomend an dentist to go visit regularly, this would be my first option to recommend. They really care for your personal oral health and that your teeth are stronger. I very rarely write a review. It has to be an exceptional experience or some other reason where as I, almost, feel obligated to spend my time in hopes that it benefits them somehow, for the service they gave me. And my appointment was just such an experience. From the moment I walked in and was very friendly greeted by Jessica, to Tami and hearing about all the adventures she has gone on and plans to go on, to Dr. Mirkhah, who has one of the best personalities, especially for a dentist! They were flexible with treatment and offered a few different options on payment. And most of all, in the end, there was no PAIN........ Absolutely great experience.

First visit a little rocky. I was one of the ones that didn’t receive notice of Goodwin’s retirement. Not a fun visit with a bad tooth. However since then teeth cleaning great as usual. Next visit for tooth repair went smooth. She took time to make sure my bite was satisfactory with a follow up phone call later to make sure all was good. Front office very nice and helpful with insurance questions etc. I would happily recommend this office.

Dr Mirkhah is knowledgable, professional and caring and her staff is the same. Tammy is the best hygienist ever anywhere in the world (she doesn’t ask you to answer questions with her fingers in your mouth). I’ve been a patient here for over 25 years. Not going anywhere else!!
