I recently moved to Phoenix from another state and needed to find another dentist in my area - Today I went for my first visit and a cleaning and I have to say, all the reviews are absolutely true! This place and its staff is the best Ive ever encountered, with top of the line professionalism and a love for patients that can be felt the moment you walk in. The front desk receptionist, Cassandra, is nothing short of amazing with utmost attention to detail and care for patients. Judy, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth had perfect understanding of my mouth and explained effortlessly and in great detail how to better care for my mouth which I appreciated. The rest of the staff are very detailed in their explanations and put ones comfort above all else. I was vastly impressed with Doctor Goldring, his Knowledge and obvious care for his patients is the best Ive seen. Overall, hugely impressed, 10/10.

Had my cleaning done by Sherry and she was extremely gentle and it was probably the most comfortable cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr. Goldring is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. He goes out of his way to show you x-rays and explain things to simplicity. The assistants Shawn and Felix are also very warm and professional. Outstanding team and office I’ve never been to a dental office like this :)

Excellent, professional doctors and technicians. Explained everything clearly, were very compassionate, and clearly skilled. Wisdom teeth extraction amazingly took 15 minutes—never heard of anyone being so fast and efficient. Teeth healed ahead of schedule with no complications. No wonder these guys won best dentist in Phoenix 3 years in a row!

I called in the morning. I am a first time patient. I was having severe wisdom tooth pain on my bottom right tooth. They got me in within a hour of when I called. Good service and super nice people. They took my wisdom tooth out with the next hour and sent me to the pharmacist to get my medication. Great experience. I was referred by my friends and co worker. I cannot describe how amazing this place is.Cassandra had originally called me because I had an appointment request for an infected tooth. Turns out it was two wisdom teeth that had abscessed, and were effecting my jaw, leaving me in constant pain.Cassandra was able to fit me in, no hassle at all, and when I arrived for the appointment they were prompt, quick, and so amazingly caring. I explained my issues, all that was causing pain, and Dr. Goldring had a solution within a moment. Shawn was amazing in the greeting process, assuring me and directing any questions.Tanya, I believe was her name (Im so sorry, I mightve forgotten) helped me cover the extractions financially, and was very thorough in explaining the payment process. We had some idle chat, which made me feel equally welcome.Felix and Dr. Goldring were absolutely amazing! Felix answered every question I mightve had, and was thorough in all the questions I did have! The assurance and ability to keep that assurance was what staved off my dental anxiety. They both made sure I was calm before proceeding, knowing about my anxiety, and encouraged me throughout the entire process. I had been terrified to go to the dentist and frankly hadn’t been in years. The front office receptionist, Cassandra and the hygienist, Judy did a great job at easing my fears and anxiety. I recently was dealing with an extremely painful dental issue. I had to wait a week to be seen by my dentist office and they were unable to help. They sent me out the door with a list of oral surgeons on a Friday evening. I was devastated and knew I wasnt going to find relief or help until Monday if I was lucky. Dr. Goldring was recommended through a friend and after hearing my situation he offered his help. He opened up his office on his day off to help out a perfect stranger. I was and am still, totally blown away by the level of care he provided and how far out of his way he went to help someone in need. Judy is a great hygienist! She is very knowledgeable and did a great job with the cleaning! She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. There was a little snafu with appointment notifications and the initial charge for the visit due to personnel changes, but Tania rectified this situation very quickly and explained what had happened, which was much appreciated. Shannon was very friendly when I arrived for my appointment and Dr. Goldring was pleasant as well! A great team!!

This is a great dentist office with excellent staff and service, they always make sure I am comfortable and they provide the best care. I would recommend to anyone!

We had years of great service at Brookestone Dental and the service has gone completely downhill. Two years ago we had hundreds of dollars in surprise charges and horrible service with the person managing billing. He called me a liar and was lacked honesty. We left their office for two years and I ended up back there for a broken retainer and was told that person had left and things were now different. I spoke to the office about billing and what my insurance covers and was told they cover two cleanings a year. I came into the office for my cleaning and to give them a second change and the hygienist started prepping X-rays. I declined saying I did not want to pay for that service and she pushed back saying it is basic x-rays and my plan covers that. I told her three different times I did not want to pay for unnecessary x-rays and she assured me that it is covered. A couple weeks later I got another surprise bill. If you get a service here EXPECT to pay over what they quote. They are not willing to take any responsibility for what charges you end up getting. I did not appreciate being convinced into a service that did not end up being what they promised. We will not be returning to this dentist.

I have been visiting this dentist, since I moved to Phoenix in 2015. Wow! Dr. Goldring is SUPERB. Hes personable and explains things so that you understand why/how his approach is beneficial. Under Dr. Goldrings care, Ive had braces/routine cleanings/tooth nerve removal and most recently TMJ disorder treatment. I have never had a poor experience under Dr. Goldring. Hes the BEST dentist Ive ever had. His staff is awesome. Tania leads the office w/organization and care. Shawn is tenured and does a great job. Alannah is new and shes fitting right in and doing so well. OMG, Judy is such a great hygienist. Shes so kind and sweet and gentle. She will definitely remind you to floss and use your Waterpik! I also want to recognize Felix. When I called about my jaw pain, I had no idea what TMJ was. He took the time to explain TMJ, its origin, ways to manage it until I could be seen and he assured me Dr. Goldring could take care of it. Felix was right. All of his advice was aligned with Dr. Goldrings professional care. This office takes care of its patients and this is why I continue to drive all the way from the East Valley for my dental needs. COVID and the era of 2020 has been challenging in many ways. But, Brookstone Dental Care lets you know that no matter whats going on around us, youll be treated like family in their office. I have been going to Brookstone Dental for many years. The office is nowhere near my home, but I would not think of going anywhere else. Dr. Goldring is extremely skilled and compassionate as is his entire staff.Best dental care team ever.

I met the wonderful Brookstone Dental staff at an expo back in October, and I kept their contact information until my schedule cleared up to go visit. I have one bad tooth that needs taken care of, as well as I was interested in a cleaning and possible whitening! I have not been a regular dentist goer due to really bad phobias, but I took the leap and went in to visit these guys. For this first visit, I did a new patient orientation (to get a quote on that bad tooth), and to get the cleaning and whitening done. WOW, did they take care of me! I told them all about my phobias and my (lack of) dental background, and they made sure to keep me smiling/laughing, informed on what was going to happen every step of the way, meanwhile being careful with their work, friendly, and making sure I was not in any pain. AWESOME STAFF! Additionally, I was impressed with all of the new technology they have available. The dentists and techs were very informative on all the equipment they were using on me, which I found interesting.I have an appointment to revisit them in January to finally take care of that bad tooth, and I will definitely be visiting them for my REGULAR cleanings now! Loved the office, definitely recommend it to anyone.

I am terrified of dental work, so much that I put off a visit for years. I was shaking from anxiety when I went in to have a tooth pulled yesterday and the process only took about 30 minutes total I’m back at about 95% today with very minimal pain, and way less pain then I was in before my visit. That you Dr. Goldring for making me feel at ease, for sure recommend this dentist!!!

In town from NC. Wife had oral surgery 3 weeks ago and developed issues. Called Brookstone at 4 PM and got in next morning. Took old stitches out and didn’t charge us anything because it only took like 2 minutes- but who ever doesn’t charge these days- could have taken advantage of our situation but did total opposite! I saw Dr. Goldring for emergency care when I cracked my upper eye tooth. He got me right in, did a root canal and a new bridge. The experience was quick and painless. I found Brookstone Dental Care through a post card that I received in the mail. I generally only go to doctors and dentists that have been referred to me by friends and family, but I am so glad that I decided to try them because they are wonderful!! The office always has such a warm energy and everyone is incredibly nice and supportive. I rarely ever have to wait, they always provide the highest level of care, and I feel that they truly care about me and my health. I also brought my mom in recently, who is always terrified to go to the dentist, and she loved them! I was incredibly appreciative of how they took their time with her and how gentle they were with her. She liked them so much that she actually said she would most likely come back for additional work when she comes back to town!! And, to top it all off, I received a $100 gift card for referring her for the dental work that she received! I would highly recommend Brookstone Dental Care - Dr. Goldring, Brittany (hygienist), Shawn (dental assistant), and all of the staff are amazing!!

Dr Matt and Sean are awesome! Very patient and kind. I always feel better after a visit. Cant say enough about them! I would recommend them, and have, to everyone!

Searching for a good dentist in the Valley can not only be confusing, but disheartening as well. You dont have to look any further now than Brookstone Dental. Dr. Matthew Goldring and his staff provided excellent care for my son as he underwent extensive procedures on his teeth. They are always warm, friendly and gracious and they are without question the finest dental care office in the Phoenix area. I would highly recommend you giving them a call for any dental or cosmetic surgery need.

I have been going to Brookstone Dental Care since I moved here in 2014. When I moved here from NY I was in a panic trying to find someone to match the quality of care I had received from my family dentist since I was a child. My husband and I lived close to the office, so I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and was VERY nervous. As soon as I was done getting my exam and having my teeth cleaned I knew that I had hit the jackpot!! Dr. Goldring is AMAZING! I am very particular about my teeth and he has exceeded all of my dentist check sheet requirements! He will not let you leave until you are satisfied with his work. The office staff is very friendly and has amazing customer service skills. Sean and Judy are amazing as well. They are very knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable during the visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking to change or new to the area.

I have been two times now to Brookstone Dentalsince I I have move to Arizona,a friend from here suggest this dentist because she has alway had superior service. She was right, I walk through the door and everyone smiled and said hello, they were very friendly which put me at ease. The office itself was very clean. My dentist was DR. Matt Goldring my teeth needed a lot of work, Matt explained it all and made me feel comfortable saying not to worry he could fix it.The second visit was just like the first and my teeth feel much better.Thank you Brookstone dental care, I will be back when needed.
