I have been going to this practice for the last two years and could not be happier. Being in the medical practice it is important to have good follow through from the front office to back office to provider and this practice excels in all of those aspects. My dental hygienist is wonderful and Dr. Milana is very detailed and personable. Cindy goes above and beyond to get me scheduled even when I have to cancel last minute due to my own practice.

I have gotten to know Dr. Milana over the last several years. First as a customer of mine, then a friend, but not until recently as my dentist. I had been a loyal patient to a family friend for many years, but decided it was time for a change. I wish I had made the decision sooner. The switch and new patient docs were made very easy by the front office- seamless. The thoroughness in both the exam and hygiene cleaning appt were eye opening. I have referred my sister and brother-in-law already, and Id refer anyone looking for a dentist. You will not be disappointed by Dr. Milana and his team, theyre top notch!

What a very odd experience. Here is what happened: they call me 20minutes before my first exam appt. for 8am asking me to reschedule. I said I was already 5 minutes away, and she said to just come in and they will see me early. Arrive at 7:45. Wasnt seen until 8:20, but oh well. Not a big deal. We get my Xrays done and he says my teeth look good, just some plaque. He then asks me who my insurance is (odd question to be sure). After I tell him who my insurance carrier is, he decides to prod around my gums for 20 minutes. Out of left field, he decides the sky is falling and that I have gum disease and I need a $2500 operation to fix it. $500 out of pocket with my insurance. I said no thank you but I would like to schedule a cleaning, covered under my insurance. This guy proceeds to tell me he cant in good conscience schedule a cleaning, and that if he were to see me again that I had to do the operation. Truly mind blowing. Although, I shouldnt be surprised, as others in reviews have accused him of doing the same thing. I too will not pay for this guys boat (he will say he doesnt have one but its a funny anecdote). Ive asked around, and nobody has ever heard of a dentist refusing a cleaning schedule after an initial exam. Ive reached out to other dentists in the area who are happy to have my business.

First to preface my comment- I am one of those individuals who had neglected my teeth. And for those of you who have always taken care of your teeth, the shame and guilt and feelings of a deep sense of dread tend to compound the issue further by a fear of showing up and being humiliated. During his examination, Dr. Milana reinforced this feeling by commenting on my upper right teeth saying, And these are TOAST . While Im not the most sophisticated person in the world, it doesnt take a rocket scientist (or evidently a dentist) to figure out that the word TOAST belongs in a culinary conversation about Dennys, not as a cold and completely insensitive comment from someone with 4.8 stars on Google. Knowledgeable and qualified yes, personable and compassionate.....well you be the judge.As a follow-up, your Toast comment was followed directly by you saying that those teeth were TERMINAL. Again I ask you whether the word terminal belongs in a conversation about a patients teeth or when giving directions to the airport. I just maybe Im just a whiner....

I have been going to Dr. Milana for 14 years and he is the best dentist I have had in all my years. Great staff, great location, beautiful facility. I had many years before Dr. Milana with anxiety toward dentistry, but I learned how to calm my fears with Dr. Milana. I highly recommend this dentist.

Best advertisement luck I’ve ever had! After moving to Arcadia 4 years ago, we got the flyer in the mail for Dr. Milana and I booked my family appointments. His super support staff/admin are always delightful and efficient. Deidre is my favorite tech and I usually end up learning so much about dental health and she explains everything she is doing thoroughly. Clients for life!

Fantastic experience. They are very kind, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. I needed to be educated about proper brushing and care. Not once did I feel like I was being talked down to. She recommended things that fit into my current routine until my habits and care become better. Very glad I found them from Google.

The best hygienist is at Arcadia Dentistry! DeeDee is pleasant, has commanding knowledge of what you can do to correct issues, and is super detailed during the cleaning. Shes a technician who enjoys what she does and is proud to help me improve my oral care. Granted, I still have to follow instructions and do my part but at least I have someone who 100% supports and cares about my outcomes. Thats the difference that makes a difference.

I highly recommend Arcadia Dentistry. Ive been going to Dr. Milana for years, and Ive always known everyone to be very professional and caring. I just had (what I consider to be) major dental work done--2 gold crowns put in--and everything about the experience was fantastic---from the initial appointment to the fitting of the temporary crowns, even getting me in the office early when my permanent crowns came in sooner than expected! My new crowns fit perfectly. You will absolutely not be disappointed with Arcadia Dentistry.

Super great friendly staff! I have been going to Dr Milania for the past couple years and swear by that man. He does the best work and refers appropriately. He’s a solid midwestern guy that takes pride in his work and never over charges. He has even met me at the office on a Saturday for a dental emergency and didn’t charge any extra fees. He custom makes his own mouth guards and they are the absolute best I’ve ever had. If you want a great overall Dentist that guarantees his work, you’ve found him.

I was on the look out for a new dentist, and recently came across Arcadia Dentistry. When one of my crowns fell off, I decided to give them a try. They got me in within hours, and took care of me right away. Im really happy with how my tooth feels and how it looks now.All of the staff was friendly and I am extremely happy with their work. After spending my childhood with a horrific set of teeth and years in braces, I slowly started developing some weird fear of returning to the dentist - and I didnt. I spent YEARS (probably over 10) avoiding the dentist.I had been here once before for a root canal (because I obviously had been neglecting the dentist) but still, didnt keep up on routine work, despite the need to. Ive been spending the last few years paranoid about my teeth, each year I feeling worse and worse, and eventually so embarrassed it had been so long, that I kept putting it off now out of shame.I finally decided to come in since I knew my mouth was in bad shape and knew my fear was keeping me from being healthy. From my first call I was taken care of with such kindness, and as I explained that I was moving and wanted to get in while my insurance was active, they even worked me in same day so that we can see how much work needed to be done.From the moment I sat down I was clearly nervous and uncomfortable and didnt want to be there because I just didnt want them to see how bad my mouth was. I was afraid that any dentist would shame me, make me feel bad or judge me which was the biggest reason I never wanted to see a dentist again. All of my anxieties (which is totally a real thing) went away the moment I got to Arcadia Dentistry. Every single person I met with made me feel so important, made me feel comfortable, and also made me feel understood. I NEVER felt like I was shamed or judged, in fact, it was CLEAR that their only objective was my comfort, my mouth, and MY HEALTH.From my paperwork, to scans, oral exams, reviewing what needed to be done, and especially the deep cleaning, EVERYONE, I MEAN EVERYONE completely EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! You dont feel like you are being sold more than you need and my visit was entirely tailored to my needs. I received a very thorough cleaning and made an appointment to do some preventative work. Dr. Milana is a perfectionist in all the ways you want him to be.

I did not think there was any way possible that this could even be done. He and his team worked cohesively to make him (and us) feel comfortable while staying focused and above all, doing amazing work. My sister and brother-in-law did all the research so you don’t have to. This process has been life changing and completely fulfilling. We would have given up if we did not find Dr. Milana.

My family and I went to this office due to her having an issue with a tooth. This was my wifes first time going to the dentist. I picked this dentist due to the good reviews from online, however after she was called in for the exam, which I should have went in with her, she told me the dentist just poked on her gums without telling her what he was going to do and also picked at the bad tooth and caused her pain. After the exam was finished we were called into an office and was explained by the receptionist of what was to be done and what were the cost. I felt like we were in a used car lot and was being upsold for other services. We really only needed to have the one tooth to be pulled and nothing else. We were then referred to an oral surgeon since they stated that it could not be done there. We ended up leaving. About 15 minutes later, my wife was in terrible pain from the tooth that the dentist had picked. We were in late afternoon traffic and I had to get to a Walgreens as soon as possible to pick up some excedrin for her. We will not be going back to this dentist!

I made an appointment for a dental cleaning, but they did not do anything at all to actually clean my teeth. It was so incredibly bizarre to me because they started out by taking xrays, normal, and then moved on to testing my gums for gingivitis, and that was it. When it was all said and done they scheduled me for an expensive plaque removal appointment the following week and sent me on my way without using a single tool (besides the stick to poke the gums). I left the feeling very confused and asked friends and family member if they had ever gone to a cleaning where they did not have some form of brushing, polishing, or cleaning treatment done and none of them had had a similar experience at any dentist anywhere. This place is a waste of time and a waste of money. I am not sure if they were trying to take advantage of me since I am college student and on my parents great dental insurance or if this is a normal practice at this place but I will be taking my business somewhere that values my time and actually provides the service that I made an appointment for.
