I been going there for over 10 years now & I know the whole family there, like they’re my own! They go above and beyond & are extremely nice people! And I’m always out for the family owned businesses rather then the huge conglomerate chains that just go through the motions & treat you like a number. Always support your local owned family businesses please!!

Very good customer service, especially with the virus. I wait in my car and they bring me my scripts. Very fast !

I just started using Suburban earlier this year and they have been quick and polite with every transaction! And most importantly they are the most affordable Pharmacy I have ever dealt with!!!

Ive been using this pharmacy for years and they are wonderful all the way around. Over the years Ive changed insurance often, sometimes lost my insurance, and would have to purchase my prescription a few at a time so I could afford them. Everyone that works there is always happy to do this for me, even though i know its likely a little annoying for them...they never make me feel like Im a pain in the butt for this, and are always super helpful with any questions I have, insurance issues, prenotifications, deliveries, etc. I love being treated with respect and feeling like they value me as a customer as they will go the extra mile to get customers served.Several of the people who work there have asked me about my son, (just from remembering me being pregnant when I first went there or from him coming in with me in the past a few times, not like they see him regularly), which is nice.Great little family business with kind and professional staff. Extremely fast service. Thank you for your service, especially during this time as you operate as an essential business. You are appreciated!

The rudest owner I ever dealt with. Unorganized where they don’t have an idea how to treat customers and hang up the phone on you.The meanest and rudest owner I even came across...Promised to have a delivery Monday did not bother to obtain accurate insurance Info and instead of apologizing for not following through - made it sound like it was my mistake and they doing you a favor for talking to you!!!!

Been going here for years and years. Mom and Pop style business that always take care of their customers. Treated with kindness and consideration. Delivery Service available & a total Godsend as my home is out of the area and I stop in after Dr visit to fill scripts, so it’s not often I’m out that way. My favorite part is shopping through the store as I wait. They have every home necessity and home remedy solutions at a ridiculously low price. My opinion is they actually consider their customers before making a profit which is extremely rare these days.

Suburban has very slow prescription service in the store, so I always opt for the free delivery. Price is not an issue for me because I get my Rxs for free, but Suburban has very competitive prices. The store is a convenient place to buy some household items.

Drove 30 mins to get here because the man that answered the phone (the Pharmacist) told my husband that He needed to have the prescription to tell him if the medication was in stock. We only went there because his medicine is back ordered and the pharmacy we have used for years was out of stock. So we drove over to the pharmacy only to be greeted by a miserable woman behind the counter. she immediately looked at the prescription and told us That the amount that they had in stock was for their clients and then if we wanted to fill anything there all of our prescriptions would have to come to them. when we told them we spoke to somebody on the phone she said she couldn’t figure out who that would’ve been there was only one other male in the store( the pharmacist) She then proceeded to take my husband‘s prescription back to the pharmacist where he shouted out oh my God I’ve never seen that amount let me take a picture of that prescription. The Pharmacist then proceeds to take a photo with his phone even though I yelled back and told him that was not ok with us having our private information on the top but they both ignored me. He then mumbled back and forth with the grumpy counter woman because she wanted to know why he told us to come there. Then she came back to the counter and said that they refused to fill it because they weren’t going to give us the amount the doctor prescribed when I told her I was not going to allow him to be treated like a drug addict she told me those were my words yet they both stood And judged him for his prescription. She then said they won’t fill it because their stock was for their clients. When I told her to contact his Dr she replied that they wouldn’t fill it anyway to go somewhere else. Real nice. I guess patient privacy means nothing here. And worst part is it’s not even a opioid drug.

Great pharmacy, the guys in the back are so nice and fast with your drop offs. Much more pleasant to deal with than the chain pharmacies!

Best pharmacy around! Great customer service and even better wait times! I am always in and out in under 10 minutes. They sell a little bit of everything and I walk out of there everytime with something I have been needing but found here for really cheap. They will even deliver your prescriptions for free. Will never use a big chain pharmacy ever again!

Excellent service. Sell SEPTA tokens and passes. But some of the food in there is expired, or not properly stored so it spoils. I bought gummy vitamins there once and they were spoiled. Dry foods should be fine. Money order and pharmacy service excellent.

Love this pharmacy...their all so friendly...you feel like youre not just an insurance card you feel like a person..I dont live anywhere near there but I wont change my pharmacy..love this mom and pop pharmacy..they have a little bit of everything..I always find something cute or really handy little gadgets in there...you all should give it a try stop in there I guarantee youll find something youll want while youre waiting for your perscription.

Prejudice pharmacist. Rude. The owner is nice. But she needs to replace her help.
