Always super quick, very affordable without insurance, and the pharmacists working are the sweetest people ever!

Who would have thought I would be leaving a raving review for a pharmacy...? Not me thats for sure. First time I went to Fishtown Pharmacy, I was having the worst day ever and walked in crying due to the emergency dental work I just had done. As soon as I did the staff immediately went out of their way to welcome me and not in the fake, customer service way. The cashier told me she had already found my insurance information, and when making small talk I mentioned that I was new to the neighborhood. As soon as I did, the ENTIRE STAFF welcomed me to the neighborhood, and me questions and were just so sweet and genuine. I was really blown away. And to top it off they gave me a free tote bag. I came in crying and left with a smile. Literally the best staff ever, I wont be using any other pharmacy.

I’m a new mom and needed ointment to help with breastfeeding. Chris made it a priority get it filled that day even though it was late and let me pick it up after hours. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have another night in pain.

Love it here! Theyre so friendly, always have what I need and they even fill prescriptions for my dog. Im so happy I switched from CVS; Fishtown Pharmacy is a way more personal and pleasant experience.

I had such a fabulous experience at Fishtown Pharmacy April/May 2021 with their administering of the COVID-19 vaccine! Kris and his staff were beyond friendly, organized, and knowledgeable about the shots and following up with schedules. I highly recommend!

I switched to Fishtown Pharmacy from CVS about a month and a half ago. I am SO happy that I did. They treat their patients with respect, and engage in meaningful interactions with everyone. Each visit is so personalized - they recognize you, care about you, and want you to be satisfied. The team at Fishtown Pharmacy is happy to do what they do and you can feel it each time you interact with them. Its really difficult to find this kind of customer service today.

These guys are not only a joy to talk to, but they genuinely care about their patients. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are getting the best price on the medicine. They’ve even gone online to prime rebates for me themselves! They fill quickly and efficiently too.

I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone! They filled my sons medication almost immediately when I needed it and also gave enough for 2 months for a little extra money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! I will be coming here for myself and my families medication for now on😁

To;dr Great pharmacy, friendly people. I love it. Usually in and out and I feel like they actually care about me as a customer. Everyone is generally really friendly, never had any issues with my medications (not that Id expect to), and for me the best part is I always feel like I can ask questions about them if I have them. Theyve always been more than happy to field questions and Ive always left the better for it and more informed.

The best pharmacy anywhere. Ive been a customer since they opened and they have always done exactly what they claim on their website: offer each and every patient and Old School Pharmacy experience. Short wait times, friendly faces, fair prices, and compassionate service... If they can save you a few dollars, they will. If they can call your doctor/vet/insurance carrier to sort out a problem, they will. Ive even had prescriptions delivered when I couldnt make it to the pharmacy. If you have a favorite retail product you can ask them to carry it. My wife asked for headache powders she found while travelling and they sourced them and still offer them for sale. They provide a genuine customer oriented pharmacy and I cant think of a business where compassion and transparency are needed more. Three cheers for Fishtown Pharmacy.

Honestly, one of my favorite things about living in this neighborhood is Fishtown Pharmacy. I rarely need prescriptions but when I do, Fishtown Pharmacy makes getting them a breeze. They always pick up the phone and are happy to answer your questions, plus they use email and will promptly reply there too. Going into the pharmacy is always super pleasant. Everyone there is friendly and takes the time to say hello. I really feel like if I had questions or issues, theyd be very willing to do whatever they could to help out. Just a good place with good people who seem genuinely interested in being your friendly neighborhood pharmacy.

I can not say enough about Fishtown Pharmacy. Kris, the owner, is one of the most genuinely kind people Ive ever met, and runs one of the best businesses Ive ever been to. Over the years theyve researched drug interactions for me, dealt directly with my doctor when issues have occurred, gotten discounts through manufacturers, and more. When I go in, Ive never been there for longer than 5-10 minutes. A few years ago I moved from the neighborhood, but I refused to change pharmacies...so now they just send me my drugs! Once you go to Fishtown, every other pharmacy seems like torture.

I never thought Id write a review for a pharmacy, but this pharmacy is THAT great. I recently swapped from a big pharmacy chain and Ill never go back! These guys are awesome! The owner genuinely cares about everyone that comes in and is not only incredibly friendly, but really knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Their customer service goes above and beyond--refills are the quickest and most convenient Ive ever experienced. Cannot recommend this local business enough!

Absolutely amazing. Ill never go to a big chain pharmacy again. I have celiac disease and it can be difficult to find meds that are safe for me. Scott worked with me to find a safe manufacturer and they set aside that bottle just for me! You arent a number at Fishtown Pharmacy; youre their patient and they care about you. Ive since moved north in to Bucks county, but my husband and I make a regular lunch date in Philly to go pick up my prescription cause I cant bring myself to try another pharmacy. Totally worth it.

Rite aid used to be our pharmacy until our mother ran out of life sustaining meds. They refused to help us (over one weekend) until her prescription renewed on Monday. Weve been here ever since.

They really deserve more than a 5 star....Ive been to lots of different pharmacies and this one beats them all!!!! They really care about all their customers and go way beyond and above just to make sure everything runs smoothly and accurately. ....they also tell you way in advance if you need refills or prior autherazations and as a customer its a great experience. ..they greet you by your name, they are extremely personal and friendly ...just an,all around Best pharmacy you will ever go to.. They are amazing at everything and so nice, but they also saved me over a hundred dollars a month on meds my insurance company was being a jerk about paying for!

These people are awesome. I had surgery earlier this summer. They filled my prescriptions for my frazzled partner. They also ordered bandages that were delivered the next day. The pharmacist actually talked to us and answered questions. I recommend.

Very good experience here. You can feel the passion that they have for what they do and they pride themselves on knowing the names of their customers. I wait for the bus right outside of their location and they are always friendly and always refer to me by first name. A true neighborhood Pharmacy.
