My daughter has 2 appointments left. The receptionist said, about 1/2 hour each. Today her appointment was at 4:30pm and I was there for 1/2 hour. When scheduling the last 2 appointments clerk said they can only be at 2pm and 2:30pm at the latest. I replied that the only reason I agreed sign the contract is because I was assured that appointments WOULD NOT interfere with school. Then the clerk next to her let out a loud noise like I bothered her. Then a dentist, I assume, in a mask walked up and asked was there anything later and the clerk said everyone is scheduled for around that time. Then the orthodontist said well everyone parent cares about school so they all cant be scheduled for when they get out. Basically, THIS ORTHODONTIST GROUP DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT. I am passionate about my daughters education. To have this office at 6404 Roosevelt Blvd below me off by saying WELL YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT, WELL OTHER PARENTS CARE ABOUT THEIR KIDS EDUCATION TOO is insulting. Dont sign the contract if you care about your childs education.
