First I dont get the reviews, this place though crowded if you have or dont have an appointment is organized. They are all friendly and the doctor DID listen to my concerns and did thoroughly check me out. I have nothing bad to say because it was crowded on an Monday morning....

Didnt have a great experience at first but I also didnt speak up about what I needed. I left a bad review & the doctor called me seeing me as a person & really reaching out caring how I was feeling . Sometimes when we are hurt we want to see everyone as an enemy when they are just doing their job in the small.amount of time they are alloted. Please prepare before you see the doctor with how you feel & what you need & know that they are good people the job done in this very busy pandemic. Thanks again

Support staff are exceptional. 5 star.Poorly stocked. No ice packs to give to patients, not even a bag of ice for a large painful bruise acquired on the job from misplaced stuff on the floor. They refused to give me plain Tylenol.Xray equipment is outdated, they still use film so delay in getting a read.If you are injured at work and have a choice, try another site. If you are an employer, think twice about sending staff here. They will leave unnecessarily upset.Providers here are burned out and have trouble listening and therefore determining a reasonable plan of care. Just mean because they can be. And a cursory exam too. I know that I did not receive appropriate medical care.

Oh and may I add AFTER waiting for 2 hours, I come to find out that the receptionist I gave my information to never even passed it along to the doctor for me to be seen, and I only seen the doctor for less than 10 mins! Wow, WORKNET is TRASH!!

The ladies at the front desk and M.A. are great but the doctors are horrible! For them to be medical professionals they have horrible bedside manners. K would never go there again. If you can you are much better going through your own doctor

The PA Jason Alcantara is absolutely rude. I thought perhaps it was just me, but I spoke with my coworkers that had to see him and they all said the same thing. The receptionists had me waiting an hour for a vaccine and when I went to speak with them, the one was asleep in front of the computer. The nurse Rhonda was amazing however, the only nice part about having to come here.

Worst experience ever. Ladies at the front desk have terrible customer service skills. One lady had a attitude and was so unprofessional rolling eyes and ignoring clients. Doctors is also unprofessional rushing patients for quick response and not taking the time to listen and understand the patients main concerns. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Dealing with this kind of work you meet many people with different personalities but customer service is the key to run a successful business which this place dont display.

My entire experience has been terrible. I hurt my back at work and the first time I saw the doctor it was for 5 minutes and he wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. After literally about 5 movement tests he somehow came up with a diagnosis. No x-ray or physical examination, nothing. The “physical therapy” I’m receiving is a joke. All of the equipment is incredibly out dated as are the exersizes they have you do. Call me crazy but when someone hurts their back, a masseuse is usually a good call, I was told it’s unecessary. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t seen any improvement with my back. I will be speaking with my HR rep.
