Really impressed with the staff at Liberty nursing center. Warm & loving atmosphere, friendly staff, neat & clean building. Highly recommend.

If you want to speak to your love one you’ll have to wait days to get in touch with them . During this pandemic I don’t see how they only allow one phone for to all the residents. My family member has been there for Almost 3 months & I can only count on one finger how many times I was able to speak to them. However I call everyday & is always told to call back when I do it’s call back again , it’s heart breaking & this organization needs to fix this issue . I feel bad for those who are actually active in their relative lives & to not be able to speak to them as you should is truly heart breaking.Please fix this matter there is no visit so talking is the only way for our love ones to know we are still rooting for them and their recovery.I am only leaving this review because I spoke to management numerous times about my concern & it’s been months & it’s still exactly the same.Either make sure your relative has there own phone or I’m telling you now good luck with trying to reach them.

I was here a yr ago, it wasnt so great. My friend was admitted here recently and loved it! so i took a chance and had my aunt admitted here for rehab, and my friend was right! what a difference a year makes! rehab was wonderful my aunt is walking again looking stronger than ever,nurses was attentive and the food was great! place is overall a loving caring place! social worker calls often to check on my aunt! we love our liberty family!

Had a loved one there for rehab was skeptical at first but learned that it came under new ownership. the place is neat and clean , staff greets with a smile and it professional and friendly. Was able to get my loved one back to independence like before their stroke. Would you recommend for your loved one as well.

This Facility has changed since I first visited there 4 years ago It’s being renovated and looks wonderful. I feel the staff is caring and works well with their residents. The residents seem to love this facility

Great staff everyone was so caring and attentive. Great atmosphere. The renovations brought a whole new feeling to the building. I would highly recommend this Nursing Home.

My aunt had only kind words to say about all the staff , how they helped her with rehab and treated her like a person..and administration also went out of their way..Abe was amazing, always willing to help!

I don’t recommend this rehab to nobody family member ! Please go first and check it out for yourself! I love my mother and I took her out the same day ! They need to closed this facility down ASAP !!!

Whatever you do dont put your loved one in this facility if you care about them. They cant provide the care patients need. I dont understand how theyre still in business. ..

What am amazing place to be! The staff are so welcoming and caring. They are really there to help and make sure the residents are always happy. The building smells and looks nice. The administrator and assistant administrator are such fine people to work with so helpful and understanding.
