This place have the most unprofessional administrators. My sister recently passed away there. We received no compassion or condolences. There was no doctor to declare my sister deceased and trying to get answers was a fiasco !!! I would NOT recommend this place. There were some very nice staff members but those who operate this place should be dismissed !!!

This place is horrible .they killed my father .during the pandemic and before the pandemic my father did not leave this place he somehow tested positive for Co-vid19 .He was at the hospital for about 2 weeks and recovered well and return to the facility. And he lived for about 2 month .he passed July 27th and couldn’t receive a autopsy because he tested positive for Co-vid19 .it’s disgusting in that place and the don’t clean .also they refused to speak to me and the stole my father possessions and we ask multiple times for my father stuff they refused .

I used to be a patient at care pavilion for about 4-5 months & I dont know what these people are talking about. I HIGHLY recommend this place from the room I was in to the therapists A+ in my book oh & if you want something for later on in the night if you ask them when they bring you lunch they MAKE SURE YOURE TAKEN CARE OF now how can you COMPLAIN about that

Hello,I care about people and that is why my employment at Care Pavilion means a lot to me. I started out as a Floor Technician, who also worked many Housekeeping duties. It was hard work, but I gave it my all because it meant something to serve the community. All the while, my skills and commitment were being recognized, and within two years I was promoted to Maintenance Technician. I’ve also enrolled in College and could not be more excited for the future.Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Rehabilitation facilities like Care Pavilion share challenges that many people do not understand. Despite these challenges, each department sticks together and supports each other to get the job done. We are a family to one another, and often the only family that some of our patients have. If you are committed to making a difference, you can have a successful career working for Care Pavilion. I hope my story encourages you to find out for yourself.Respectfully Submitted,Mr. Danny H. Walker

Im a Nurse I heard good and not so good things. Every place that care of people ones, its a hard and tough job. Nursing teams comes with different departments to facilitate quality care. If your family lived with family home its a tough job the ratio of staff to residents vary but we multitask and strive for effective outcomes.

Horrible experience for my mother. They actually contributed to her decline. This place lacks the ability to CARE for its patients. They dont tend to the needs of the ppl. The staff is rude and not properly trained. And it dirty and always smells. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Im only giving this place two stars because the rehab team they have is wonderful and seems to be the only department that knows what to do. The rest of the staff is clueless. The place is a mess I have seen mice and roaches in rooms and nothing is done when brought to staff attention. Do your homework before sending loved ones here.

I have worked at Care Pavilion for 18years as a Therapeutic Recreation Assistant the reason l have stayed here for so long is because lve been given the honor & privilege to work side by side with some amazing people who have a heart of compassion & dedication to love & serve our residents. Care Pavilion is a big family & though my position is TR , my purpose is family & everyone who walks through these doors is my family so welcome to Care Pavilion.

Poor patient care. Unprofessional staff who ignore bells, delay meds distribution and don’t follow prescribed diets. I had positive interactions with the DON and the business office. If you must admit your loved one to this facility check on them daily because patients who don’t have voices or family visiting get it the worst.

Thumbs down! I visited a dear friend at this facility & saw a young man handling the patients food on a cart with his pants sagging & his naked backside showing, very disgusting! Also, I had to stand the whole time during my visit because there were no chairs in the room for visitors to sit & I cant stand very long due to a disability. Never seen anything like this before! Very unacceptable!

This place is the worst. My grandfather has Alzheimers and to be there. The patients arent engaged by the workers most of them could care less. I went to visit my grandfather one time he was laying in bed in his own vomit for his long I have no idea. When I went to get the nurse she told me to wait a second she has to get someone to clean him up. I started to get him up to clean him it took a nurse 5 minutes to even come to his room. It always smells like urine and the rooms are old and not cleaned well.

The place smells horrendous, you can barely breathe. Its sad how people leave their love ones to suffer without the proper care. If I could do negative stars, I would. This place is horrible!! My wifes uncle was there for 2 weeks and they caused him to get all of the infections back he had prior. Do not go here!! The medical care is substandard and terrible follow up. Their discharge procedure is disorganized.

If it was a zero rate I would give it. I would not refer anyone here. I was here to visit someone and the staff was very unprofessional, the rooms wasnt kept the way they should. They treat the patients with a nasty attitude. The staff on the weekend needs to take a training on how to deal with patients that cannot help themselves

My dad is receiving wonderful care at the Pavilion. It is exactly the type of facility he needs; he wasnt ready for a nursing home, but needs more care than what is provided at a large assisted living facility. At the Pavilion, they have eyes on the residents at all times and are attentive to their needs. The staff is very communicative with the family about what your loved ones need and they are such loving people. I highly recommend Care Pavilion .
