Praise God for this lovely spot. I walked in over 15minutes late to this appointment. I was embarrassed but very much in need of help with my wardrobe. I was greeted politely and ushered to intake.I was blessed with 3 outfits including an interview suit, dress & cardigan, jeans, a blouse & a blazer, a pair of shoes, a belt, scarf & necklace & a lovely scarf for fall. The staff was hospitable, patient & encouraging. They also gave me some nice makeup to complete my new look. I left feeling empowered and grateful for the opportunity...this place is a Godsend for sure

This was my first time that I went to Career Wardrobe and my first time experience was very pleasant. The customer service was excellent and it was a pleasure to experience the environment. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Yes there wasnt so many things I can choose from in my size but I was well pleased to have walked out with a great selection of mix and match with the help of the employees. Once again Im grateful for having me and welcome me back! Atmosphere was pleasant and the employee Chandler was great highly helpful.

I recently donated a dozen never-used, hand tailored mens suits and was very impressed with the Philadelphia store, how well it is merchandised, how professional and friendly the person who took them in was, how extensive the inventory for men as well as women, and that there were two women customers there at the time who seemed to be serious about finding work wear at an affordable price. I felt I had made a good choice for rehoming those suits.

I love coming to career wardrobe the last time I was there their clothing was very nice I just went there recently and their clothes were not so nice they didnt have much to pick its like they downgraded what happened. Their customer service is okay it could be better and they could be nicer.

I would never volunteer for them anymore. I volunteer many times, I didnt get a chance to use my discounts, because of bad communication for volunteering in the boutique, collecting donations, or a photo shoot, which I never received photos as promised. Thank you for the experience, I still enjoyed helping you.

Very expressive for hand me downs Especially for people whos income is very limited. Free if ur on Welfare, but others pay full price. Even those whos monthly income is nominal.

I was referred here to get my uniform for my schools nursing program. I went in August and was told that I will have it in time for clinicals at the end of September. Long story short, it is January and I have yet to receive my uniform. They keep stringing me along saying that it will be there next week and when next week comes, they say the same thing again. I am completely pissed off and fed up with this place. I will never recommended anyone to come here. They are putting my education at risk, because I dont know how long my school is going to let me get by without the proper uniform. And I have no other choice but to deal with them because I am unemployed and have no income or else I would just purchase them myself. You have been warned!!!

Wonderful shopping they have fill your bags day every last Monday of the month.
