All of the students I talked with that have attended any of the OICs in Philadelphia have advised me that the staff is very unprofessional, they DONT follow up on concerns brought to their attention. Recently I reached out regarding several students and was advised by the School District that OIC is a private organization and there is nothing that can be done about the principal who runs her campus like a prison and infringing on the rights of the students. AS A TAX PAYER IM CONCERNED. SO it appears as OIC operates with impunity and the SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA allows it just who are teaching our children and are they qualified
