The worst costumer service I ever encountered. My daughter needs help and they strung me along for almost 3 weeks believing that she was getting into the program. Only to tell me that they are not accepting her. After doing an hour interview over the phone and patiently waiting for call backs. In the meantime I could have been looking into other places. This is extremely unfair and unacceptable to treat people this way. I don’t recommend anyone to this place and never will

I went to this place a few years ago and it was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I began rapidly declining in mental health. They don’t have clocks to allow the patient to know what time it is and they never try to comfort patients and tells them to “sit with the uncertainty”.I spent most of the time in a small windowless room wondering if I was going insane and if this was hell. I was forced to stick to this terrible program and all I got out of it was the idea that I could never go to anyone about my mental health because I was afraid I’d be SENT HERE AGAIN

We really appreciate the efforts that were made by the entire team to help to try to improve our daughters mental health. Thank you for teaching her those life long skills that we hope will see her through and make her stronger to handle the challenges that she may encounter throughout her life. In speaking for Lauren, I know that she wishes there were a way to still stay connected to all of you, just a thought that maybe there should be a network or something similar through social network. Thank you

Truly helped me a lot, I went during the summer concentrating to get better with OCD and Anxiety. I was their for 8 weeks. I did not want to go at all, I wanted to stay with my friends and go to the beach with my family and have fun down the shore. I want to thank Mrs. Jordan for helping me a lot but I didnt get completely better I still struggle. She really pushed me and I did accomplish a lot. The staff is amazing and will help you no matter what. I sat alone for the first day a little far away. But the kids you meet really understand you and not a lot of people I know do.You might not think this is fun sitting in a 4 wall room with a tiny window for 8 hours but it works. Its a day of school with different periods but with exposures and anxiety depression and ocd and anger lessons. The kids are fun to be around and talk to. You might not think their is cool or fun places to do . 3 o clock and beyond is your time to attract museums sports parks hotel lobby pools with your fellow friends, and nice restaurants and tours. Decorating your own room is fun. Follow through and you will like it

Do NOT send your child to Rogers Behavioral Health. My husband and I were excited to get my son the help he needed at Rogers. From the first day of intake, we should have seen the signs After doing intake originally, we were told he did not qualify for their program within an hour of talking to them. They told us it would take a day or two. Then all of the sudden they decided to take him. He is 17 years old and needed help with his anger. He has had many issues since he was a toddler. We have worked with numerous therapist and institutions to get help for our son. He was admitted a month ago and had an incident with another resident on the first day and was moved to another program a week later even though they thought there was another program that was better but there was a wait list.. From day one they started changing his medications, taking him off one medication rather quickly that he had been on for 11 years. He has been very agitated since that started and has been very vocal about that. Because he has had issues with his impulsivity, he was doing things that he hadnt been doing at home before. Throwing things around not in anger just for the heck of it. They gave him a one and done agreement that if he did anything again he would have to leave. JOKE!!! What kid with ADHD, Tourettes and many other issues going to succeed at this especially since his medication is not working the way it is prescribed. We are now back to working with our current doctor to find another program for our son who desperately wants help. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS INSTITUTION especially Dr Erickson.

This program helped me achieve success. I was in the program for 8 weeks the first time, and I was able to do things that I had never done before. I’m currently back doing another round of treatment, sometimes once isn’t enough when OCD is such a complicated mental illness. This time around, my therapist has been pushing me to new levels. I put my trust in this program because they know their stuff. I have to give my all in order to get the right help, the staff is here to guide me during exposures. You get out of the program what you put into it. Give it your all and you will see success. I’m very happy with Roger’s Behavioral Health and am forever grateful for their time and effort to help me.

I really do not believe they understood my child and what he needed. He declined rapidly after starting the program. We stuck with it because this place was highly recommended. That was a mistake. Follow your mother intuition. If it feels wrong, dont continue.Sharing my response with the team wont help my child.

Despite high hopes the only gain from my time at Rogers was a handful of new friends. Despite some well meaning staff there was no real healing. Most of my time was spent alone in a windowless “office” sorting through seemingly endless handouts covering CBT, DBT, and ERP therapies. I followed through with my assignments vigorously and to the best of my ability over the course of 10 weeks yet saw no reductions in symptoms. Instead I was told to have “radical faith”, that I was “doing it to myself”, and that “I didn’t want to get well”. I was discharged without a clear explanation of what went wrong and how to actually improve. The cost of treatment was tens of thousands of dollars and frankly, you could do it yourself with a few books and a supportive therapist. To top it all off it later became known that one of the counselors was caught sleeping with a patient and sharing other patient’s info with them. Sorry for the bad news but best of luck in your search for help.
