Please do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Horrible service, very unprofessional and unorganized. They get an attitude for doing a job that they’re paid for!

Slowest LabCorp in the State of Pennsylvania. Had an appointment for 1:15pm. Didn’t get my bloodwork until over an hour later. They move so slow here it’s ridiculous. I’ll never come back here. Just awful and extremely slow.

They ran the wrong tests.

I always come here wherever I need blood work. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I got blood work this morning and the lady who took care of was awesome! I did not feel the needle at all. Thank you Lagear, you took for good care of me 😊. I highly recommend this place.

I hate getting my blood drawn, they talked to me the whole time helping me not pay attention to what was going on. The place is very clean, the staff is nice. All the girls are good at sticking only bruised once. I would recommend people to this location and I will returning back.

Horrible office staff, with unprofessional attitudes. No social distancing practices being followed at all! It was so crowded in the small waiting room. Had to wait over 20 mins just to drop off a urinalysis for kidney issues. I wont be returning here again. This was ridiculous.

I will never go anywhere else. They were incredibly nice and completely professional. I had forgotten my insurance card and the lady who was helping me patiently helped me get the information so that I didnt have to pay out of pocket or come back later.

I was a walk in for lab work , front desk woman was nice and lab tech Cecilia was awesome! I was in and out in no time!

My wait was short and the lady at the front was super nice, even the girl who first came in to help me was real nice but I am a hard stick so she asked someone else to help and stick my hand ( she doesnt do hand sticks) when the girl came in she was rude, huffing and puffing. Almost like I was bothering her. It literally took 30 seconds to get my blood.

Awful even before covid19

Technician had to stick me twice because she didnt read my paperwork that noted that I had multiple blood tests to be completed. Also the appointment system doesnt take into account the length of your blood test so it does not warn you if the facility will close before booking a blood test with a long wait time.

Front desk staff was very rude and slow. Stood at the front of the desk for 10 minutes just for the sign in sheet. On it, I marked that I have an appointment. Then I waited 1hr to even be registered which only happened because I finally pointed out my appointment. Apparently, theres no point to indicating it on the sign-in sheet. Phlebotomist in the back had to be shown where my good veins were, which were obvious. Staff badly needs training in phlebotomy and plain old manners.

This is probably the best location of all the labcorps in the area. Its certainly the best one ive been to and now the only one Ill go to. I dont mind traveling a bit further to go here, bc its that pleasant and clean at this location and they have the better technicians. CECELIA is the best tech labcorp has, and they should know they are lucky to have her as an employee!! Im a hard stick and no one at several other labcorps could get any blood from me, even after multiple attempts per tech. I was about to give up hope of ever getting my much needed blood work done when I found her! Shes an angel. And shes extremely sweet and highly professional --give her a raise!As of March 10, 2021 the lady that I talked about above doesn’t work there anymore so I was a little nervous but the two women they had working there today were each able to get me and my son and we’re both really difficult sticks I’m telling you this is the only LabCorp that is able to accommodate me and they have the best technicians in the city. My doctors office couldn’t get blood work from me and neither could the other three lab corps I went to up in the Northeast

Lajire is always the best. I never ever feel a thing and it’s over n done very quick. She got me through my last pregnancy without being anxious about blood work and now this one as well. 8 or 9 tubes of blood today and I was in and out within 15 minutes.Thankyou Lajire! And I’m sry if I butchered your name!

Was really worried about taking our 1-year old here for a blood draw but the woman who did it did it perfectly and found a good vein right away.

I am really disappointed never had this problem before been here whit my mom for 2 hours And Bessie and people going in-and-out Got out 3 × 2 ax when my mom is going to be next and every time they told me she shes next and they keep Skip in her today is 1/16/20 got here at 12:40 and is 3:01pm waiting

The woman at the front desk with the white and black spiral hair is so rude and clueless.. she wasnt able to get my blood and began to blame me for her being bad at her job. She was also just down right mean to my seven year old daughter. I went here twice because it is close to my house but Id rather drive downtown than ever be near that woman again.

I dont know if its understaffed or what but it took forever and the lady had no idea how to take blood and hurt my friend multiple times either get better people or close it up

Everyone here--from the front desk staff to the phlebotomists-- are very friendly and warm (even at 7 in the morning). I told my phlebotomist that I was nervous about getting my blood drawn. She calmed me down and talked to me the entire time. I barely felt her take the blood. I will continue coming back here every time I need bloodwork down. Also I waited only about 5 minutes to be seen. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Went on Saturday morning, girl behind window was very sweet n bubbly i personally had a good experience & always have been here few times. Sometimes i dnt think ppl get wat they give i kno there the professionals so no matter wat they should act that way but there also only human. I would recommend this site.

I went with my daughter to get her labs done one Saturday morning. The woman who took her labs was very impatient and inexperienced. She started taking blood out of one arm and when she couldnt get a sufficient amount in the tube began fishing in her veins creating pain and a huge bruise. Once she realized she was again unsuccessful she had to insert a needle in her other arm. I was very unsatisfied.

I was there with my 9 month old Granddaughter, they took her blood she didnt even feel it.

Called before going no answered the phone ,when i arrived the employees were to busy sitting in the office chatting about personal business and on there cell phones unprofessional service

Was there today 7-24- 19 and the lady at the front window was so rude if she doesnt like her job maybe she shouldnt be the very disappointed with her services

They are rubbish ... they treat horrible ... some bitter ones who hate doing their job ... I will not return. Horrible how horrible. I do not recommend it.
