I when to this office two weeks ago for peace of mind testing &’ still haven’t received my results back totally unprofessional worst place ever

Courtney was very professional and knowledgeable while still being personable. she gave me an appointment the same day I called and my results came back quickly. Her office was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend her!

Needed a paternity test asap. I learned about DDC from a friend and am glad I called. The price was good and was able to get a same day appointment. The woman at the facility was very professional and answered all our questions. Got the court approved results in the mail quickly and the woman at the facility even hooked us up with online results. The experience was quick, simple and painless. I am so glad I got this done and chose this place. I highly recommend.

This center was amazing. They were timely and professional. Courtney made me feel comfortable and explained everything very proficiently. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone looking for this type of service.

I had a great experience. Couldnt ask for better customer service. I called about 3 different times with lots of questions and was helped with each one. The testing site was nice and clean and also a warm welcome and friendly staff. I was able to have my appointment on the day i asked for and I would highly recommended this place as a top pick for anyone in need of testing.

I am honestly really glad I went here, Lisa was awesome explaining everything and really pleasant. I never felt uncomfortable and the office was really clean. Definitely will be referring some people I know to this office

I had a great experience at DNA CONNECT. The place was recommend by a friend. I was sceptical at first. Then I decided to do some research on the internet and it had good and positive reviews and that made be feel much better. When I arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. When it was my turn the employee explained everything in detail. I didnt understand somethings and I asked just to make sure I understood she was kind enough to explain to me in a different way. She was gentle and patient when helping me. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend DNA CONNECT to friends and family and anyone that needs assistance in this department. I would gladly go back if needed In the future. Thanks DNA CONNECT!!!!

Did not have the best experience talking with them on the phone. One would think if you offer paternity test they would be able to answer all questions.
