Dr. Sherif is hands down the best doctor Ive ever seen for my PCOS. Ive been to so many doctors that just look at me and only see my body, but Dr. Sherif actually explains everything in full detail and is helping me with insulin resistance and sensitivity. She even explained everything to my parents when I asked her to. She actually cares about her patients and wants to help them long-term.

I love Dr. Soutendijk and have been seeing her for years but I cannot even begin to describe how awful the front desk associates are and unfortunately, it really changes my perspective of the overall office and negatively impacts my review. They rude, disrespectful and completely unhelpful when it comes to settling any business matters. Id come here for the medical professionals but do not expect a pleasant experience with the front desk staff.

Just moved to the area and needed a primary care provider. Got an appointment promptly for an initial visit, during which Dr. Shroff spent a long time speaking with me, going over my history, and providing referrals. She has been very caring and thorough. About a week later, I became ill and staff fit me in for a same-day appointment. What should have been a longer physical/PAP appointment was inadvertently scheduled (by staff, not me) as a short visit, but they made it work without rushing through the appointment. Time in the waiting room has never been more than a few minutes. So far, my experience with this office has been good!

I went to the doctor today to make sure I didn’t have any viral like symptoms. I don’t, but I also don’t feel like I was properly cared for. I had asked other questions that weren’t answered, and I had some concerns that weren’t met.

My concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly. When I ask questions using myChart, someone responds the same day with solutions.

I was at this doctors office for a year and I’m glad I’m done with it. The doctors are great, but getting appointments, referrals and speaking to the individuals on the phone is a nightmare. Plus the hours suck; they are not in fact open until 5. Not very accessible to the modern day working woman. Very disappointed with everything, except the doctors.

Previously saw LPN Jessica who isn’t there anymore. I scheduled another visit for a new doctor without any issues. When I show up to my appointment they said they didn’t have anything for me that day and that they left a voicemail for me to reschedule the day before at 11:20. I don’t have any voicemails.. unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I am becoming very surprise of the services provided. Initially I was more than satisfied with the care from the NP Jessica.. Since she is no longer there. The communication is lacking and the only way you obtain service if youre actually present. This is the 2nd incident I had to actually follow up on my prescription re fill.. my pharmacy reported following the procedure and still no refill last week a request was made today is Wednesday..The young lady place me on hold and nerver returned to the phone. I had to call back place on hold again but finally returning. I explained the situation to only be told she would send the request. When I told her I needed my prescription today. I was told that she could not promise me today?.. Keep in mind Ive been waiting. The internal communication among their staff isnt great..another issue I had to call for follow up on my test never received a call.. ??

I understand the need for medical professionals to sometimes use conservative means in ascertaining what treatment is appropriate for their patients. In my case, showing a BP of 187/124 admittitedly precipitated by extreme stress over a period of 2 months, the ER physician recommended low dose anti- anxiety may be helpful.Jeff doctor wants me to keep. Log of BP readings for a few weeks and return. There are no appts available until JULYWhat am I supposed to do if I experience another extremely dangerous spike in my blood pressure?BTW, they ask if I want part 2 of a pneumonia shot.Time to begin my search for another primary care practicitioner. Ive never seen the same doctor twice..

This office have a long way to go for customer service. The previous post is correct in that they have slow follow up time. Trying to get an appointment in with my primary is as rare as hitting the lottery.

I like my doctor but I agree with other reviews that the office administration is terrible. Referral requests, prescription refill requests, and e-visits just disappear. Too much time spent on the phone trying to get them to follow through.

Very poor office communication; left 3 messages 1 a day for 2 days (2 in vm 1 with person) for a Dr to return my call and have yet to receive a call back. Disappointing as this was my first visit to a new Dr after having moved into the city. I guess I will need to find another Primary care physician
