I’m completely satisfied. I don’t have a lot of time, so the fact that I’m in and out of the office quickly is important to me. Also, Jeff does not nickel and dime patients for every little thing, and their fees are more than fair.

Incompetent schedulers. Exceptionally rude billing manager. Needed to call in multiple times to dispute an incorrect charge and I have been given the run around for months. I haven’t been called back despite multiple attempts to speak with someone who can resolve the issue. Worst medical care I have ever experienced.
I called the billing service for 4 times with my insurance representative to speak to them as well, but still they couldn’t fix my billing. My insurance fax the EOB multiple times, and they still couldn’t update a correct amount. What a shame.
