I went there in 2013 for Physical Therapy. Overall i liked working with my Therapist. However, now 2 years later I am getting bills for treatment in 2013 (that i already paid for). I had multiple appointments and make my payments by CC for all except 2 in cash. Of course now 2 years later, they have no record of my cash payments. In 2013 after my last appointment, I had called to make sure that all my invoices were paid for, and was insured that they were. Now since September I am dealing with the billing department going back and forth trying to explain the situation. My last conversation on the phone with the billing supervisor ended with her saying she will look into this. Now I received a letter from a collections agency. So frustrating! I would think that a facility like Moss Rehab would have their act together but i guess Im wrong.

Therapists are very professional, compassionate, and motivating! Love you Jamie and Audrey!
