I was at this office the other day as an aid to my mother as she is the patient. I just wanted to say this, the improvements that they have made to the space and the staff was noticeably better. From the time we arrived at check in , to the ladies calling the patients to the back. The service was top notch. There were some new faces along with a few old ones which was a plus. Michelle is always pleasant with my mother! Please keep her! Lol. One of the newest staff member who I think said her name was Fatimah or Martina didn’t have us waiting long in the waiting area before calling us back and giving us that old school good patient care. My mother had forms that needed be filled out and she made sure to help us complete them in it’s entirety so that we weren’t waiting too long at the end of our visit for the doctor to fill them out. This was better than before when we were asked to leave them for pick up later after they were completed. When we would come into the office before, the service was kind of slow and the staff can sometimes be a little down with the exception of Mary, she always cheerful, but this time was different. Maybe it was just being in the smaller office before. The new office was so nice but the walk down the long hallway was a tad bit trying. I was told that once the waiting area was finished then we wouldn’t have to come down the long hallway again. Keep up the good work!

Wow! I havent been at this office in years. I must say the office has gone through a major upgrade all around! Renovated nice and the staff was quick, friendly, and informative. I was in and out for my appointment.

This office has noticably made some improvements. The staff seems more attentive, efficient and friendly. Any questions or concerns were adressed quickly and with a smile. I hate waiting in the doctors office so shout out to whoever is managing. Your team was on point during my recent visit. Im looking forward to seeing the office in its completed stage!

If I could give anything less I would. This is one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever delt with. I have been going to this facility for over 3 years and I recently went and asked for a copy of my shot records They told me they did not have any shot records for me. I went last week to have a physical form filled out I also had to get lab work so they held the form until they got the results back just for a week later they informed me that they do not have any physical form and if I could bring another copy. How does your medical provider consistently lose your medical information.😡

I am a processing specialist for a big company I spoke with a Fatima D who was very informative and polite she was also very patient with helping me. In the past I would be on hold waiting to help one of the doctors patients for different studies but now I dont mind calling and getting through right away with all the help needed and all my questions answered

I keep trying to call to get my necessary prescription refilled but during office hours I sit on hold for upwards of 30 minutes, and if I call outside of office hours I get an emergency line and they stated they cannot help. There is no voice message system I can leave messages with or way of phoning in my prescription and it is urgent it gets filled.. this is the third day I have not been able to speak to anybody about it.EDITED: I appreciate that somebody reached out to me the next day after this review, to get my prescription information. Changing from 1-star to 3-star for consideration.

The physicians are very good and follow through. The call center is the downfall of the office - will not respond to calls, leaving callers on hold for over an hour, and not picking up. Then call-backs are often later in the evening with call-center people who cannot answer questions - useless.

I have been going to PCOM for several years. I never had an issue until the last year. Every time I had to get an RX refilled CVS called me and said they couldnt get a hold of the doctor so I had to call to request the refill. This took a couple calls each time. To the point that I went without my medication on multiple occasions. This came to a peak in the end of December when after several calls to the office that were not answered or one time I was placed on hold for 37 minutes and they never picked up, I ended up in the ER because I had a panic attack because I was off my medication for 8 days. $450 in ER bills later I have changed Primary care doctors. This could have been so much worse.

Absolutely worst service. I have called and emailed multiple times to get a pre-authorization for my mother’s prescription with no answers or calls from the doctor or the office. My mother was supposed to get a heart monitor back in April which she never received and I wasnt given any information about its tracking in spite of me sending multiple emails. Then there was not communication about why doctor(Dyanne Westerberg) had left and why my mother was assigned a new doctor. Further there was no contact from my new doctor(George Spyropolous) about the lab test results or other follow up. I called multiple times and sent multiple emails without getting any response from anybody. No response in regarding to me wanting to setup an appointment. I always had to do my own due diligence to get any work done. Also, the woman working the line on weekends is not friendly, does not want to help in any manner and is very condescending in all manners.Lastly, I sent this same review to the doctor via patient portal on 7/25 and still haven’t heard back. I have been trying since 2 WEEKS to get my mom’s prescription refilled and they still haven’t done anything about it. And I can’t change the doctors since nobody will authorize a prescription without an appointment and for which I’ll have to wait another 3 weeks. Which means my mother will either have to go without her prescription for this month or just buy it out of pocket which is absolutely unfair and ridiculous.

Do not come to this office! The receptionist let the phone ring for 10 minutes or more prior to answering and then place you on hold for 5-10 more minutes. I’ve witnessed a receptionist and doctor arguing in front of the patients. The exam rooms aren’t clean. They will give you a paper referral and tell you to see Dr. XYZ but won’t send it electronically to the health insurance company for billing. You will call the referral line multiple times just for no action to be taken until you go in. As soon as I leave the office on 1/14/2020... my primary doctor will be changed. I’m going to get a printout of my chart (to give to my new primary Bc I don’t trust them to transfer) and exit.I hope this practice declines and no longer exists by the end of 2020 because everyone that works here acts as if you AND the insurance company do not pay them. Worst case of entitlement and improper care for patients that I have ever seen. Please do not come here. You’ve been warned.

This PCOM has me minded bottled. Calling for a referral to see a specialist is like asking for a loan. I have missed two appointments because the technicians never sent my referral through electronically. I requested my referral within four days prior to my appointment date. I dont understand what the problem is but someone in authority needs to talk to these workers. There is one employee name Michell who has been there the longest and is excellent.

This is the most worst office in the health industry I wouldnt take my sick dogs here. No one never answered the phone and they refer you to see specialty and referral never there.

Horrible office. I’ve had labs done and it’s two weeks later and no one has reached out. Ive attempted to call multiple times. They don’t even pick up the phones here. Appointments are at least a month away, it’s impossible to reach your doctor.

This doctors office is terrible. Their hold time is quite long, and their front desk people are not very friendly. I got some tests done, and even after I verified that the tests results had arrived, no one called me back to go over them with me. I had to hound them, to have someone finally go over them with me. The also give you conflicting information, as I was told that physicals were a same day appointment, but when I called, I was told otherwise and given an appointment choice, which was a month away.Choose a different doctors office if you can.

The staff was friendly and professional. I arrived at 8am, so I didn’t have to wait long. I really appreciated the fact that they gave me the option of getting osteopathic manipulative treatment from a DO for my back pain. I’ve had bad experiences with greedy doctors who tried to force me to see a specialist just for a basic prescription, but they were able to take care of all my needs themselves and fulfill my prescription, while giving me the choice of whether to see a specialist or get OMT.

TERRIBLE, AND NO ACCOMMODATION. I HAVENT EVEN BEEN SEEN HERE YET AND I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER DR.S OFFICE TO GO TO. I HAVE CALLED AND ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE, AND STATED THAT I AM IN DIRE NEED TO SEE A DR. AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE CONTINUED TO STATE THAT THERE IS NOTHING UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF OCTOBER. IF I AM IN DIRE NEED OF AN APPOINTMENT FIRST ASK WHAT THE DIRE NEED IS BEFORE YOU TURN ME DOWN. SO THIS OFFICE WILL MAKE YOU WAIT A WHOLE MONTH OR MORE EVEN IF YOUR IN DIRE NEED OF CARE. DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!

Update: After 2 years of visiting, PCOM has definitely gotten better. Wait times on the phone have been reduced to less than 30 seconds, and same-day appts are now easy to get compared to before. I have no complaints anymore with coming to PCOM other than the fact that I now live 45 mins away compared to 2mins before 😅.

This place is a college and not a really good one.If looking for proper care, please go to a real hospital.My experience with having Dr. (a.k.a professor) Spyropoulous as a primary physician was horrible.PS: I see around 10-15 reviews all 5 stars and all of them from exactly 2 WEEKS ago.Will be keeping an eye out cause maybe they really did fundamentally change but still…
