This was my first message and it was a couples massage with my wife. We looked at probably every single massage place in Philly and settled on this one. at it was all amazing, the ambiance and the setting were amazing. The staff were great and welcoming. Would definitely come back again next time we are in Philly.

My husband went here and he was so disappointed. They weren’t ready for him when he came in and then didn’t make up for the time they made him wait. Also the AC wasn’t working and it was 90+ degrees outside. The therapist also was really unprofessional as if she was being forced to give him a massage. They didn’t apologize or compensate his experience in any way.Update: So thank you for sharing that story with me but my husband definitely did not get any champagne! He also came by himself, was on time and was made to wait 15 minutes. I don’t know how you mixed him up with this group of men that you are referring to. I am assuming they were brown or of some south asian decent so may have got them mixed up. I don’t think all Asians look alike though. My husband’s appointment was about 3-4 weeks ago so it is ALSO good to note that you STILL haven’t not fixed your AC!In conclusion, if you want a sweaty massage with poor customer service, zero accountability, defensive assumptions and no confidentiality…this is the place for you.

Its Clean, Pristine and Gorgeous .The Workers at the front desk are awesome and very friendly. Linh my massage therapist was amazing funny and super sweet . You got to try this Spa , i have been a regular customer since 2018.

The massage was truly amazing, my massage therapist Lisa knew where and what areas were problematic simply by feeling the muscles that were taught and restricted. One of the best deep tissues Ive ever had! Friendly staffs and cozy atmosphere. This place will be my go to spot for massages. Highly recommended!

My husband gave me a gift certificate to the Skincare Lounge Spa. I had a pre-natal massage here and they have this special pillow that lets those who are pregnant lie on their stomachs and receive the massage that way.Ive had a few different massage therapists and they all were great but I have to say Lisa is my favorite. Ive also had Montana for facials. Shes fantastic. Its a relaxing oasis. You forget that you are even in the city...love it !

Ive had several different styles and different therapists at the Rittenhouse location and have enjoyed all of them. The therapists are professional and good at what they do. You can customize your massage and the aromatherapy you want. The deep tissue massage by Lisa was awesome!
