I heard about this place and was so so so excited to go there. Then I find out because of covid your not able to go in and buy herbs. I tried looking at the website but the experience isnt the same. I didnt end up getting anything but hopefully once they open back up I will have the chance to experience everything. The herbs look amazing!!!

Always pleased with their products, been a customer for years.

The worse experience ever. I paid $36.70 for a 16 oz (Eucalyptus Globulus). The product wast a wasted product, useless.

Great place for herbs and spices.

I needed remedies for severe stress I called placed the order and picked it up the next day from Decatur’s rd store. It’s right around the corner from me. Probably saved me from a trip to the emergent room

I am a believer in both Eastern & Western medicines & feel that when blended together, the benefits are amazing. In addition to patronizing this store for my own health needs, I also visit this store regularly to get quality supplements for my pets.Its important for me to patronize local vendors to decrease the carbon footprint I am leaving, in an attempt to leave a better world than I was born into.The employees at Penn Herb are always willing to help you find the right supplement for your needs, as well as answer your questions & if they cannot, they will try their best to find someone who can.I love going there because my veterinarian recommended a herb to give to my pet many years ago, & thankfully I still wake up to his beautiful singing every morning - now more than a decade later! I feel truly blessed that the factory store is close by.

Whats to say.... the very best place to purchase EVERYTHING one needs to get AND stay healthy...(at least in This System of Things).

Ive been going to Penn Herb for at least 5 years. They have a good selection of herbs in different sizes bags to make your own teas, infusions, and tinctures. They also carry essential oils, honey, capsulated herbs, and many other products.

I had been a long time customer .. the store spring garden st store became more upscale after renovations ...supply is not as available ..The little old senior people who use to frequent they are not seen as often anymore , the staff the lil white guy was not helpful, pleasant or warm .To me they have become snobbish smug store service..seems to be short of staff ....they dont seem to be patient or want minorities to come anymore ..they have become gentrified ..it use to be my favorite place ...The only reason i still shop there ..is because i like to buy bulk... I am in search of a more authentic down to earth grass roots vibe ..that is no longer there ..its more of a we have become upscale, and if you are the little ole minority dont waste our time asking us questions... know what you want before you come because, No I dont want to help you vibe ......real rap ...

I love Penn Herb I love The Bargain Bin, and I definitely love Lisa the cashier shes very pleasant good with customers. She is so good at remembering conversations from previous visits!!!

Friendly staff, large variety of herbs, spices,vitamins and all natural item. Awesome prices on loose leaf teas.

The store is well stocked with premium herbs and vitamins. You can smell the freshness of the herbs as soon as you walk in. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Despite their higher price they are NOT selling the original Olbas but a cheaper british copy!
