I had a hair transplantation using the FUE technology. It went smoothly and relatively painlessly. Maureen Griffin provides excellent support before during and after the procedure with explicit easy to understand instructions for getting ready and then taking care post op. All the staff is friendly much like a family atmosphere. It’s a privilege to have this practice available to us here in Philadelphia. I recommend them highly.

Jane Marie is a great listener, very skilled and a lovely person. She has your best interests in mind. Her next day check in after a treatment was unexpected. She answered all of my concerns and is very caring. I highly recommend seeing her for your skincare needs.

Courteous, kind, extremely thorough and professional.I have had two surgeries with Dr Cross and the results each time exceeded my expectations.Mosy recently I visited Julia in their Villanova office for Botox and filler. Julia actually reminded me of Dr Cross in her approach. Already only 3 days later the results are great.I moved to Florida and flew in for this appointment. Absolutely amazing staff! Ive gone to a few different places to get laser hair removal, and this is honestly one of my favorites. The establishment is extremely clean, and while visiting during COVID was a bit nerve wracking, the steps they took to ensure safety were incredible. Arianna is also just the best. Shes coached me through the whole process and makes it so much more pleasant. Shes extremely patient as well.

Dr. Cross is a fantastic surgeon - he makes sure to explain every part of the process to you including before and after, pricing, recovery, and can really speak to the improvements you experience after recovering. I felt very cared for, not just another patient on the conveyer belt like I felt at other offices during my consultation. Highly recommend him for breast reduction surgery.

My physician recommended that I see a plastic surgeon for the bruises and injuries to my face. Immediately after this visit, I placed a call to the Center City office of Dr. Kevin Cross. The office personnel was courteous and responsive to my concerns for a timely scheduling of an appointment. At my initial appointment, Dr. Cross examined my stitches, treated my bruises and made me feel at ease.. He prescribed a daily routine for the bruised area and assured me that any additional attention, if needed, would be taken care of at the follow up visit.My initial visit and the subsequent follow up visits to the comfortable and elegant Center City office with the scheduling personnel, nurse, and other medical staff was always courteous, professional and sensitive to my concerns. I felt that I was a valued patient and that my well-being was of importance to them.

I have been treated by Joanna Pinkerton at Cross Medical Group for approximately 4 years. Joanna has used the Sciton BBL on my face to remove sunspots, and it worked so well I went back for a treatment on my chest and back. The photos speak for their self, and apparently my back is now “insta famous” because my “before and after” photos have now been shared by the laser company to showcase the effectiveness of the treatment.Additional details: My chest and back both took about 30 minutes each, and the full appointment time was aprox an hour. When she did my face the treatment was about 15 min. The pain was very slight during the treatment. Like a small rubber band pop on your skin. 2/10 on a pain management scale. (I actually dozed off for a second during the treatment- that’s how little it hurt.) Afterward, your skin feels hot, like a sunburn for about 15 minutes, but by the time you walk out of the office, there is no pain. About 3 days later my sun damage & freckles turned to darker spots, then eventually flakes off leaving clear skin below after about 6 days.HIGHLY Recommend BBL treatment if you are starting to get those old-man spots like me. Apparently there is a method to their madness when your medical esthetician tests and selects the appropriate setting for your skin type for maximum effectiveness, so whatever Joanna did, she nailed it. If you have a choice I’d request her. She followed up with me after each treatment and I have gone back multiple times. 5 stars!
