Had a telehealth appointment on 1/12 at 2:00pm to talk about my high blood pressure. was never sent the reminder/confirmation appointment. when i called the office that day, I was told I would get a text when the DR was ready with the link to get into the session. It is now 1/18 and still havent heard from the DR. ITs just as bad waiting in the actual office as that wait to get back for your appointment with over 3 hours (prior to the pandemic). Very unprofessional! Glad it wasnt an emergency or I would be sitting in the ER.

I been going to dr Poulshock for years and he’s the most pleasant kind Doctor. He listen to your issues and makes sure it’s solved. His receptionist that’s at the front desk with the wig she doesn’t make it feel welcoming when patients comes in No hello,, no sign here, she’s like a lil mute until her own kind comes in, then she Comes alive, She really needs to work the back office something other then the front desk. Now SHARON she’s one of my favorites she takes time out to help you with ANY ISSUES YOUR HAVING she’s been there for a long time over 30 years she’s very professional. The scheduler who makes the appointment also is a nice person. Overall this is an awesome Dr. the wait is long because he takes the time out with each individual patient. I only gave it a 4 star because of that receptionist. I giving them a five star now as of now because i haven’t seen the person that was making it a four star in a while. 5 Star now.

Unless your appointment is at opening. Expect to be seen 120 minutes, minimum, after your supposed appointment time.I have seen people leave the office due to excessive wait times. Its ridiculous. Main doctor goes on vacation for months at a time. Wouldnt be a problem of you werent Sol for prescriptions. Go to urgent care should not be a response. Nurses are miserable half the time. I stopped going some time ago, but my grandfather still comes here. Trying to get him to switch.

Dr. Poulshock is a great doctor that doss not rush you out like some doctors and he is caring about his patients. I had to switch doctors because the wait to see the doctor has always been at least three hours! If you have the time, hes a good doctor but I just cannot sit at a doctors office for that long.

I have been a patient of this office for years. Like all new doctors, there is a bit of a wait for the first appointment to come up but after that the office is wonderful. They are extremely helpful and Dr Poulshock is great.

The doctor is ok. One of his front office staff is absolutely horrible. Unreasonable wait times even if you have an appointment.Edit/update. There was this one other younger front office staff who made the transition to another physician seamless. Thanks to you, Ive upgraded my review since you displayed great professionalism.

Dr. Poulshock was my fathers pcp and never took out the time to see him after he got sick. The receptionists were not any help in getting him seen and always turned him away. His optometrist saw him for a regular visit and ordered some blood tests. The results werent good and he tried to make an appointment with Dr. Poulshock but was told to go back to the doctor who ordered the tests. As soon as my dad changed pcp, he was immediately sent to the ER and admitted to Penn Medicine. Hes been dealing with high fevers and chronic coughing for months and dr. Poulshock only prescribed medication instead of taking the time to see him and try to find out the real issue. Thanks to Penn Medicines amazing doctors, nurses and techs, he is finally getting the proper care he needs.

Seriously ? Office sent a letter to a long time patient who is fighting cancer that they will no longer see him since he followed up with surgeons instead of primary. If your looking for an office that doesn’t care but wants your money this ones for you!
