I received a Therapy Massage and IT WAS BLISSFUL!!! I gave 4 stars only because it was my 1st time and Ive only done one service but I am returning. So far VERY VERY GOOD. The ladies were all polite, welcoming, professional, GENUINELY kind, nurturing and talented healers. I suffer from a variety of physical issues and Paula really helped me. Ive had OTHER massages; good, some a lot worse......THIS SPA DELIVERS. The venue is clean but not devoid of Nature & Comfort. The linens for the massage table and the bathroom-----OUTSTANDING. Paula, Lisa, (Im sorry I forgot the blonde ladys name)--THANK YOU.

Post shoulder surgery I needed a massage. I was very fortunate to meet Paulina who was trained in medical pain relief massage. She knew exactly how much pressure I needed to feel better. Her professional manner was much appreciated and would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I will now be booking my regular massage appointment with her at Cure

I absolutely love and adore this place. I have been getting facials here for a few months and it’s just an amazing time and my skin has really been progressing since. I started getting facials because I’m getting ready to get married and wanted great skin as I have struggled with acne for so long. Coming here has been an awesome decision and it’s one of my favorite things I do for myself for self care. The owner is fabulous and has such a beautiful energy! 10/10 highly recommend!!

As a 59 year old, who hasnt had a facial in > 10 years, I was a little nervous about getting a hard sell for products or services that were too much for me. But wow--Chrissy was fabulous! Explained everything she was doing, talked to me about what might benefit me, and what I really didnt need; I absolutely felt like I was in great hands (both literally and figuratively)! And my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. Ill definitely be going back!

I came to the shop in low spirits and Chrissy’s ebullient spirit helped to make me feel better. We laughed, connected, and I exhaled. I love the personal attention given to one customer at a time in the facility. I felt the skin analysis and services (microdermabrasion and peel) were exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to go back. This was just what I needed!

CURE has always been a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment.  From the moment you walk in, your spa experience is personal and tailored to your needs.  With the challenges of covid-19, CURE has gone out of their way to create an even safer and cleaner environment with clear protocols.  When you arrive, you wash up in their bathroom and their staff are all wearing masks or masks and face shields during your service.  They are also only doing one appointment at a time so the space is just for you and they are sanitizing in between appointments.  In the times that we are living in, self-care is very important and I am lucky to have CURE in my life, a space where I can take a moment to relax, breath, and tune in to my personal needs.

Excellent! Chrissy was timely, cool and down to earth. She worked some magic and my skin has dramatically improved after ONE VISIT. Cannot wait to go back.

Cure de Repos is a Chestnut Hill gem! I’ve been coming here faithfully for about 2 years now and it’s always a pleasure (which is saying a lot as my usual service is for waxing!). I come here monthly for waxing, and regularly for facials and back facials. Chrissy, the owner, is an excellent esthetician and really takes the time to personalize the treatment to your skin. She knows her stuff and the products she uses are amazing. Overall, excellent woman-owned small business. Very Covid-conscious - the spa is super clean and procedures are in place. Highly recommend!

Ive been a client at Cure since shortly after its open 4+years ago. The services and care Ive received are top-notch and Ive recommended Cure to friends and family. Ive received different services at Cure and worked with many of the practitioners, although primarily Chrissy and Geri, both are terrific at what they do - knowledgable, skillful and caring. I was devastated for them when COVID hit and was one of the first in line when they re-opened with their COVID protocols. As someone very concerned about COVID and an avid mask-wearer, hand-washer, I have high standards for how COVID protocols are applied. Cure has taken these incredibly seriously, all while delivering great services with their trademark caring touch. They only work with one client at a time and do a great job managing the public space and the private rooms. Cleanliness, always very high there, is even higher these days. The client check-in process (temperature check, new hand washing towel for each client, etc) makes me feel as safe as possible. Im really impressed with how Chrissy and her team have managed through this unfortunate situation and am glad to be able to see her again regularly.

This place is top notch. Everything from their service, to their products to their cleanliness is 5 stars all around. I’m always pleased with the products they recommend and I love when I can support a local woman owned business to boot.

I have struggled with self-esteem due to redness and acne for a long time into early adulthood. I cannot remember the last time (before meeting Alexis at Cure) that I felt comfortable going out without makeup. Even in the past when I have tried to accept myself and go out anyway, the feedback from others has been painful. “What are those spots on your face” and other painful and shaming comments. I know there were spots on my face and believe me I wished they were not there.I made my first appointment with Alexis at Cure in February of 2019. I was nervous going, anticipating showing someone my skin without makeup. I think what struck me initially about Alexis was that she normalized what I was going through. I was touched by her genuine nature and kindness. Most impressive though was her clear knowledge and expertise related to skincare science. The first time I left, my skin was drastically improved in terms of redness reduction, pore size, and also softness.I have been returning to Alexis every 3-4 weeks for facials, each of which she tailors slightly after a conducting a thorough assessment of my skin.Each facial brings my skin one more step to long-term skin health. The experience is as enjoyable and relaxing as it is healing and transforming to my very sensitive skin. I have noticed my skin gaining a lightness and softness, like gossamer. My pore size is drastically reduced.I give my highest recommendation for Alexis at Cure de Repos without reservation for exquisitely curated facials. I had a great massage by Ken tonight. While giving the massage I thought he was using a rod that vibrated down my back, he wasnt, it was coming from his hands. His energy vibrates from him while he massages and it feels great. I was drifting off to sleep when he said he was done. He speak quietly during the massage so he does not startle you and is very respectful when you are positioning yourself either on your front or your back. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone.

Today Gerry gave me the second of a three part micro-needling series. I was transcended. It was a beautifully, relaxing facial. My skin looks amazing and Im so glad I splurged on this treatment. I recommend this salon to everyone. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, but totally down to earth. Such a treat in Chestnut Hill.

I feel 10 years younger!!!. My skin is glowing, it feels clean, tight and lifted, as if I got a facelift. All thanks to amazing skills of Chrissy, the esthetician, and the equipment she uses. She explained the magic of her facials to me. The oxygeneo machine exfoliates with enzymes and peptides, oxygenates your skin from within. Neo massage creates micro circulation and the ultrasound therapy helps to lift and plump. All of which aids smoothing of your fine lines as well as product penetration.I had many facials in my life, but this one truly wowed me. I will be back, and wish I could do it as my monthly routine.
