By bad luck, I needed two root canals at the same time. The first was done at a large practice recommended by my general dentist and I felt like I was in a cattle chute, with stressful, hurried and depersonalized care. I found Dr Rhome on the web and was treated with warmth and consideration by the staff. Dr Rhome has performed over 30,000 root canals and his experience showed when he intuited a problem not visible on x-ray and successfully investigated it. He explained everything before, during, and after the procedure and gladly accommodated my occasional need to sit up and take a break. It was as stress-free as such a procedure can be and I had no pain or other symptoms afterwards. This practice is a gem and I highly recommend it.

There are not enough stars to rate Dr. Rhome. He performed 3 root canals on me, and I never felt a thing. He also managed to save a tooth that troubled me for many years. Others had suggested exotic treatments with little chance of success. Dr. Rhome simply retreated properly, and 6 months later the tooth looked as good as new. I really cannot speak high enough of Dr. Rhome. He is taking the fear out of root canals. His skills and experience are unmatched. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I loved my experience. I am someone who is petrified of needles and the dentist altogether. However, the guys here were exceptionally great! They made me feel comfortable and the procedure was quick. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone.

Prior to learning about Dr. Rhome, I had seen another endodontist. She had recommended that I have my tooth removed. Needless to say, I was very upset about that prognosis. The following day, I discussed this with a friend who recommended that I see Dr. Rhome for a second opinion.I telephoned Dr. Rhome that morning, and his office staff scheduled an appointment for that same day. The doctor was able to successfully complete the needed root canal and save my tooth.Dr. Rhomes bedside manner is excellent! He explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand. He also telephones you the next day as a follow-up to check on your condition. Thats a nice touch.His nurse assistant and his office staff are extremely efficient, caring, understanding and empathetic. I love dealing with competent people.I highly recommend Dr. Rhome!

Very worst place to get your teeth done. They ruined my entire teeth during root canal and it took me to surgery. Be aware before you decide to choose this doctor.

I had an appointment with Dr. Rhome today. I could not believe his speed, precision, skill and outgoing personality. He is a root canal specialist. I have micro cracks from grinding and I lost the nerve in the tooth but he made the process fast and painless. He is one cool Doc and so very nice!!!

I am a referring doctor 25 miles away. Dr. Rhome got my patient in immediately to treat their emergency. That is amazing! We dont know each other since we are so far away, but he graciously took care of our patient. His office staff was so nice on the phone. You could tell they love where they work, which means their boss is fabulous.

Dr. Rhome is a wonderful and skilled Endodontist. He made me feel calm and reassured during the entire treatment(s). Hes completely honest with a well-placed sense of humor, which helps! I’m compelled to write this review by the pain I’m sitting here in following a “surprise” root canal yesterday, by another doctor.I’ve previously had two root canals, both done by Dr. Rhome. He is so highly skilled that I couldn’t understand why people make root canals sound like such nightmares!Back to now- I’d been waiting some time to get a painful tooth checked because of COVID, and it was evaluated by a new doc at my dentist’s office who does root canals. When she told me I needed it and offered to do it that day, I thought it would be wise to get it over with since it had been bad for a while.Bad idea. She worked on it for three hours, and it was the most painful dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m still in the kind of pain where all I can do is rest at home, take lots of Motrin, and wait it out.Hopefully I’ll never need another root canal, but if so, nobody touches it except Dr. Rhome.

I was really nervous to have my first root canal done because Ive always heard such horror stories, but my experience with Dr. Rhome was so wonderful. Setting up the appointment was super easy and everyone there was so attentive and kind. The appointment was fast and literally painless. My numb face and I even went to work afterwards. I cant begin to tell you how scary my visit to the dentist was and then being told that I needed a root canal almost put in tears. Dr. Rhome and his team were amazing. Dangerous- Dr. Rhome performed a root canal while I was numbed without my concent. If you have similar experience I recommend you make a complain Pa Department of State. He should not be a doctor!!
