American healthcare at your finest. Doctors arent really doctors but they sure charge like they are

I had good experience at EPIC Urgent care center. Dr. Patel was very helpful to me for my immigration medical evaluation. They expiedite the process for me and help mr get my report in time.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Went there by Lyft and was told to sit in my car! I explained that I came by Lyft! Was told to call the numbers on the door and couldn’t get thru to either one! Stood outside in 19 degrees just to be told that there is no doctor and no COVID testing other than rapid which costs $125.00!Horrible and rude people!

Closed at 5:40 p.m. on a Thursday, when it should be open until 7 p.m. 😅👍

So yes it might be clean but what does it matter when theres no desk people? I sat in the office for 20 minutes had a women who I believe was a nurse look dead at me and walk away. I called some on the phone after and told her what happened. She was extremely nice. Said she would notify a supervisor.

This place is not like it use to be when Joe Pongonus was there, The staff is Rude , Talks down to you ,& over you.If you go out to smoke a Cigerate The wont let you see the DR, They will say you left. If you lose medical records They will tell you to go find them yourself Says Lorreta. They have No Resect for there Paitiants, Ive been going there for 63 years Now. Im finding a new DR, That wont through the F... Bomb While your being treated . This place use to be good, Now its a Discrace. its a Dam Shame whats happend there.The dr. dosent know how to diagnose you Properly, Parden my spelling Havent slept in a week Thanks to Holmburg Medical & there staff.Now this place SUCKS.

Quick vists. A little too impersonal for me although this doesnt mean the Dr.s arent knowledgeable. Just if you looking for more personalized attention go to your primary care. Although if you are in a jam they can give you the standard medically treatment you need. Make sure you have ALL your medical insurance cards AND picture ID fir any adults.

Dr Dees was horrible. Took almost an hour from check in with only one person in front of me. Sat for 40 minutes. Did near zero examination and told me what I could have already figured out.Seems to have skipped what I had just told the nurse who took my vitals and generally seemed disinterested in me being there. Complete waste of time and money. Do Not Go.

First time at this Urgent Care center. Very impressed. Clean, orderly and friendly staff. My problem was diagnosed and I was given a prescription to haver filled, all within 45 minutes.

Did not like Dr Dee. I had a rash all over my chest and arms. She flat out said it was bed bugs. I found out from another doctor that it was from having chrons disease. Dr Dee never even attempted to find out what it really was. She just looked at it and gave the wrong diagnosis.

The staff was very nice I was seen right away

Terrible! Do not use this facility. Dr was rude and claimed she was too busy to help, but I was the only patient there and waited over an hour to be seen

When you need urgent care and cant go to the hospital this place is for you
