Currently working here and so far its great. Friendly staff. The dogs are great, well most of them. A lot of customers think we train dogs here but we are just camp counselors for dogs.. no certification for training. We do have a groomer and she does great work. Dogs are fed and let out on a time schedule and we offer luxury rooms for dogs who need to be spoiled. We also offer snuggle time for those dogs who are more timid to other dogs - it is a bit extra money for this however- but we can send you photos of your dog and let you know how theyre doing.

This place is the best place to send your animal. Hella affordable!!! I LOVE that they have cameras so you can watch your animal and check in on them throughout the day. Its so freaking DOPE! I went away and was able to check on my dog. The staff is amazing and Friendly and really take care of you and your family. 🐱

We have used camp bow wow twice now. Once for boarding of our dog for 10 days and ine spa day. Staff is extremely friendly and competent. Our dog has returned to us happier than ever both times. We will be using this place again.

I have a very anxious dane. She’s super friendly but it takes her 10 minutes to relax and have fun. They are SO patient with her. They slowly add her to the group and then she’s great for the rest of the day. I’m so appreciative for how patient they are with her. And because she’s still a puppy, she’s also a pain and they handle her so well. I check the cameras periodically throughout the day and they are SO quick to cleaning up after the dogs. I have yet to board her there, but I’m sure I will in the future. She has so much fun there, the staff and owners are so polite and understanding. 10/10 recommend!!!

We really want to thank staffs in both Lawrenceville and Philadelphia locations for taking care of our bean during recent flood. The flooding happened when we were on vacation. Lawrenceville staffs immediately transported all the dogs to the Philly site. Amanda called us as soon as all the dogs arrived at the new location to assure bean was safe and everything was being taken care of. We checked on bean everyday through the live cam, and saw she adjusted to the new environment very well and was having a lot of fun! After we came back, we picked up bean at the Philly site. The staffs are extremely helpful and nice. Thanks again everyone for taking care of our baby girl!!

Tater Tot has been attending Camp Bow Wow for a couple months. They are absolutely wonderful to Tater and anytime I look at the cameras his tail is wagging! Highly recommend especially if you have a puppy that needs to burn off some of that excess energy and needs more avenues for socialization!

My Penny loves it there. She is also boarded there. The staff is awesome and they care so much for the furkids. The camp is very clean and its cool to watch them play on camera! She is exhausted when she comes home. Very happy with this doggie camp.😀

My friend took her dog, Georgie here and and for 2 years they never told her that he was an always aggressive dog. When i come over he’s a very friendly dog. Very recently Georgie was kicked out for a dog fight when the other dog bit first. When Camp bow wow called her, they said he was the worst fog ever. First of all, they could of separated them so they wouldn’t fight anymore. Very disappointed in them. Camp bow wow, do better-Gianna

They are truly the best. The staff is so attentive and actually know your pet. Our dog sportyd goes every Saturday and trust me when I tell you he knows when it’s sat morning. When we say who wants to go to camp he goes absolutely wild. I do wish they had a better deal for the regular customers but it is what it is.

My dog loves going to camp. I decided on camp over medications for separation anxiety.I took a rode trip and needed dog care to visit a museum and Camp Bow Wow NE took care of sending his records to Camp Bow Wow New Orleans. Its a comfort knowing I can travel and there is a camp bow bow somewhere nearby for me to use. I appreciate this business very much.

I had been taking my dog at the center on Comly Road. Just got off the phone with Louise when I asked to have management call em.My dog has a collapsing trachea, they are aware of this and the collar they put on him for safety was too tight. Her response was that maybe camp was not for him. After attending 1-2 times a week since August. Shame on them for no apology or other solution

I have an anxious and nervous dog and they were not patient with him at all! They did not help him calm down, just immediately said he failed.

You guys are the absolute best!!! We trust you to take care of our dog when we leave him for a day or an overnight and you do not disappoint. Friendly caring staff. SportyD absolutely loves going to camp. When we say it at hone he goes insane. He even knows when we are almost there. My dog Axl loves going to Camp Bow Wow. The people are so nice and take such good care of my dog while I work. I love the fact that I can check in on the camper cams during his stay. Today he participated in a dog birthday party and got a goodie bag.

Our pup has such a good time here! The staff is friendly and takes great care of the dogs. We love that we can drop him off whenever, and he gets time to run around inside AND outside while we run errands. I cried the first time I watched the dog cams. He was ecstatic and having a blast!

I took my dog Kylie there December 17 and picked her up December 20. She walked in on all fours when I picked her up they said she fell and didn’t get up. Now she can’t walk and no one is calling me back to explain what happened. I finally had two conversations with the owner and the bottom line is she kept denying any wrong doing. I informed them that my dog was old and when she walked, it was like a duck waddling. The owner asked me why I even brought my dog to Bow Wow for boarding and I told her that I needed to board my dog since I was going away. It was as she was blaming me for Kylie being injured. The bottom line is that they failed in taking care of my pet. In their mission statement on line they say that if your pet gets injured that they will take the dog to your veterinarian or a pet emergency hospital. They did not NOT DO THAT. Second they say that they will notify the owner if the pet is injured they did NOT DO THAT either. Please don’t take your dog to the Bow Wow in Philadelphia or Trenton it is the same owner for both.

They feed the dogs breakfast really late and my dog mostly had its tail inside, scared amongst so many big dogs in the play area. It didnt look like my dog enjoyed the play time.

Wasn’t a fan of this- when watching the cameras the staff seemed to talk to each other through the gates and not pay attention to our pup. Also, one staff member was a little aggressive w the dogs when trying to clean up pee

My pup loves it here! She gets super excited whenever I say camp. The counselors are great! Nice place with cameras so you can check on your pup throughout the day. Even better each pup that comes there must have an interview day to make sure they play well with others. I feel safe having my pup there. When she gets home she is knocked out from all thr fun and running she did. 💘

I have brought my dogs here for boarding since they opened and have watched it slide ever since. My recent experience has me feeling the need to warn the public to not use this facility or any by this franchisee. My dog was attacked due to too many dogs being held in one area with insufficient staff (See photos). My dog was returned to me with 20 stitches and a drain in her leg. besides the injury, I found that over the course of a seven day stay, my three dogs were not fed, 2 meals. I know this because they now require us to individually bag each meal. I was returned too many. The owner told me she would be calling me to discuss the whole situation. Instead she sent me a legal letter threatening me not to reveal the details. Ill take that risk to save others pets from this business. In her letter (also posted below) she tries to say that the food was put back because they didnt eat it. However their food requires soaking in water. This would be quite a sloppy mess. Lies, poor care, understaffed and severely overwhelmed staffed are rampant. I feel terrible that I left my dogs here. Stay far away.

Everyone is very nice and they actually love dogs - it doesnt seem like just a job for anyone who works there. They treat my puppy awesome and are really nice to people like me who are worried about leaving their dogs somewhere, even for just a few hours. I love how you can check in on them on camera all day too.

Great place!! The staff is very nice and friendly. The facility is clean! It’s a good place to bring your dog for play, fun and attention during the day!! It definitely tires the dogs out the days they are they!! It is a very safe environment for all the dogs!! We will definitely be using this place for boarding and we’ve already purchased a package for day camp days! I love that we can also have our dog get a bath on days we bring him!! My dog has stayed at 6 different Camp Bow Wow locations across the US. He has stayed at this location no fewer than 10 times. He has always pulled me through the front door and gone through the gate to the play yard without looking back.After his last 2 stays at this location, we will not be returning. The second to last time, he came home with a cut on his leg. I called the next day to inquire as to whether anything had happened. The associate was unable to tell me. I requested a call back from a manager and never heard back.The last time we took our dog, he tried to pull us back out the front door rather than go in. He quickly turned around and ran back in. We gave it the benefit of the doubt. When we picked him up this time, he had a bite mark on his stomach. Again I received no information from a manager.The staff lacked professionalism at times, and one time when I asked the front desk to speak to a manager, she snarkily replied I am the manager.Listen, Im not a Karen. I work in a service profession, too. I simply hold the care of my family pet to the highest standards; this location doesnt deserve the opportunity to do so.

Camp Bow Wow NE Philadelphia location is incredible! The entire staff is very friendly and courteous. They all have a love for the dogs in their care and it really shows. We have been sending our dogs to this location ever since it opened a few years back and have never had any issues at all. They’ve always been accommodating whether it was for a last minute boarding or a bath after daycare. Most importantly is that our boxer Sadie enjoys going! If you even mention the word Camp she wiggles with excitement. After a day of camp she comes home calm after exhausting all her pent up energy playing with the other dogs. Overnight boarding is great with the addition of the suites that allow you to keep an eye on your pup 24/7 during their stay. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow NE location for any day care, boarding and grooming needs.

This has been the best thing for our 1 year old puppy! She comes home exhausted every day she goes! There are cameras that you are able to check in on your pup throughout the day as well which makes it nice to see how she interacts with other dogs and employees while we are not around.

The facility seems nice. It’s clean and the staff is nice. I was hoping for a better experience for my pup and myself. I know the staff is not to blame, but I wish there was more effort on their part. I brought my 3.5 year old mutt in for an interview. He was first placed in a little play yard by himself before the interview started. About 2 minutes later another staff member rushes in and announces that he had escaped. (I was told it was 6 feet tall). I was then informed that he will only be given 2 times to hop out of the fenced in area for safety reasons-understandable of course. Then the same staff member comes out and says he tried to bite her when she tried to get him? I wish I even knew my dog to do this- I’ve never seen it before. My dog will wrestle everyone only to love them... My boy was automatically turned away for the interview. It’s such a shame. I feel like the whole experience sucked. If the situation was handled a little better then Camp Bow Bow would easily be getting all of my money.

My experience with camp bow wow has been wonderful. I feel very confident when I drop off my pup Casey as well as when I pick her up. They love dogs as much as I do! My dog Casey loves it too. I cant say enough about the professional way all of the staff conduct themselves. Thank you all so much for the positive experience!

Scout loves Camp Bow Wow! She always comes home happy and tired. Its also the only place we trust to leave her overnight. We know shes in good hands with people who care and is getting plenty of play time.

My 7 mo old puppy absolutely LOVES Camp Bow Wow. She was so tired and so happy when I picked her from a 2 night stay with them. When I got her to the parking lot, she wanted to go back inside and play some more.Everyone Ive interacted with is incredibly friendly to me and my dog and make the process so easy. I also love that I can watch the dogs play on their website. It gives me piece of mind to know shes happy, social and safe!

Camp Bow Wow is second to none!My dog has gone to local pet places for day camp and boarding. Each time I would have to drag him to get him in the door. When I picked him up, he would be pulling me to get out the door. It is the TOTAL opposite at Camp Bow Wow.My dog loves to go to socialize at Camp Bow Wow. Whenever, we pull up to Camp Bow Wow, he barks anxiously for me to let him out of the car, and he goes running for the door. Once inside, he barks and jumps until someone lets him in the back so he can play with his friends. This place is reasonably priced, extremely clean and safe. The staff are very nice and professional. They treat my dog like he is a king. I drive a great distance to get to Camp Bow Wow. With that being said, Id highly recommend this place.

I love the flexible drop off and pick up times that Camp Bow WOW provides their customers. My dog is super excited to go and when we pick her up after a few hours she is spent! Signs of a good, fun day!

Never a concern. Friendly staff and being able to watch the fur babies on live stream is awesome when we are away for multiple days. No cages and human interaction is what our dogs thrive on.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:Hands down the friendlist staff Ive ever come across at a doggy day care! Each person Ive encountered has been incredibly courteous and patient with each and every dog that comes through to Camp Bow Wow. Theyre terrific at accommodating some requests also. We bring a yoga mat for our dog to lay on because he gets sore spots on his elbows from the hard floor when staying overnight and theyve been great at making sure the yoga mat is laid down for him.ATMOSPHERE:Cabin-like appearance and very clean!VALUE:We usually only do overnight stays for our dog instead of day care and its generally about $45 or so per night. Its a bit more expensive than other places weve been to, but the terrific staff and environment is well worth it in my opinion.Would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow if youre looking for a doggy day care or overnight stay! Just keep in mind that your vaccines (ex. rabies) just has to be up to date!

The staff is very friendly and personable. They know my dog by name as soon as we walk in the door. You can check in on your dog at anytime during the day via the webcams. The hours are super convenient to fit our work schedule. Our pup loves it and we love that we have a tired puppy at the end of the day!

Camp Bow Wow NE Philly is great! Our dog Maverick loves to go to camp. The environment is very clean, the staff are wonderful and Maverick really enjoys his visits there. He is always in good spirits when he comes home and is always nice and tired from playing with his buddys!

I have been taking my dog here for 4 years. I always have a good experience. The staff is super friendly and I feel like when he is there I don’t have to worry. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a doggy daycare or looking to board your dog overnight!

My dog went for grooming and a playdate. The grooming was good and inexpensive compared to where he normally goes. The play part was good because they grouped him with others that were the same medium size, there was always a human present to maintain control and there is a live video feed so you can check in and see how they are doing. This was his second visit and first grooming with them and he will be back for more of both.

Fun environment, and very caring with the dogs. My dog tweaked his leg playing and was limping a little bit, and I was notified immediately. They removed him from the play area and had him relax and provided helpful treatment. They treat the dogs as if they are their own.

Love Camp Bow Wow, the staff are all so kind and helpful, facility is clean and inviting, we have been using them for a little over two years now and haven’t once been disappointed. We have been pet owners for 10 plus years and Camp Bow Wow was the first place that we ever have left our puppies .From the first step in the door, it was an effortless experience. The camp counselors are wonderful, the facility is clean and cheery. Nora and Bella came home happy and ready for a nap. We could see them on the camper cams so we knew they were tired from playing all day with their new friends!We will be back again!

We visited your facility and signed our dog up for an interview. The staff was informative, helpful and reassuring that our dog would be fine. One thing that struck me was that your facility is kept very clean. Even the public restroom was very clean. When the facility is kept clean and in order it shows that the owners and staff care about their work and how it is perceived by the public and their clients.

Ever since they changed the owner I will not return. Everytime my moms dog goes she comes home with an eye infection, my dog came home with a huge scratch down her rib cage, and another time she got kennel cough (which is fine) but it turned into pneumonia and she needed to be hospitalized. I watch the cameras and the kids they hire play on their phones, dont clean up messes right away and push dogs they dont like away to pet the ones they do. Very saddening. This place use to be great but now steer clear.

We loved working with Camp Bow Wow - The team was very responsive to my requests and detail oriented to my pups needs. They kept me updated on his stay and would gladly check on him when I called (crazy dog mom). We would absolutely use them again!

They never answer the phone!! I took my dog there for a groom and spa day and they failed to tell me that I had to bring my rabies papers with me. If they knew I needed it they couldve mentioned it. They told me they couldnt see her because I didnt have the paper with me even though all of her shots are current. I understand that they need that information. That wasnt the problem. The problem is, if they knew I needed to bring the paperwork with me, I shouldve been informed of it. Not only that, it was Christmas Eve!!!

My dog is fully engaged He is so excited as soon as we pull up in the car, he cant wait to play with all his other four legged friends. I know he will be well taken care of at Camp Bow Wow.

Wonderful, loving staff.I dont know if they remember my name (lol), but they always remember our dogs name.Dog always comes back tired from playing and happy. Works great for us as a half day program. Highly recommend if you have to run errands for 3-5 hours to bring your dog to this camp instead of leaving him home alone and bored.

We really love being able to watch our Omar on the live webcam. It assures us he is having fun although we are gone. Plus its just good entertainment!

The management is extremely unorganized. Every shift is understaffed. The employees are not trained properly. If your dog resists to go somewhere, they will drag your dog by the collar, essentially choking them. I would suggest Stay and Play Pet Resort. They really care there and even have someone stay overnight whereas there isnt anyone at Camp Bow Wow, god forbid something should happen.If you love your dog, go elsewhere.

Camp Bow Wow went from a place my Corgi used love to detesting it. Personnel was constantly changing. Dogs were crowded into a small area. I could see my dog on camera just lying away from all the congestion. No human interaction except for cleaning up. Once I could tell by his body language he hated it I moved my dog to Sit Stay in Newtown where he absolutely loves it. Personnel constant. They play and engage your dog. They know your dogs name when you arrive and greet him. At Camp Bow Wow they looked at me like it was the first time I had been there. Just a cold corporate environment compared to Sit Stay where they welcome you with open arms. Family run business. Pick up and delivery service at no charge.

We switched from another daycare to here. The place is very nice. The location is convenient and the people are nice. Its been a week and they know my dogs name already.

Molly looks forward to her time at Camp Bow Wow , definitely feel so comfortable leavening here there when we go away also for overnight stays .

My favorite part is how excited my dog Mack gets as soon as we pull into the CBW parking lot. His ears perk up, his tongue comes out and he pulls me into the building as fast as he can. He practically jumps over the door to get to the CBW employee, who always greets us with a smile, to let him in. He comes home exhausted after playing with his friends all day. I love being able to watch him while at work. I also love that all his grooming needs can be taken care of there also. We have left Mack there for long weekends and feel at ease knowing he’s in good hands at his happy place!

Our puppy, Tracker, really enjoys camp and we like it because it gives him plenty of exercise when we can not. Camp Bow Wows staff is very kind and professional, and more importantly Tracker seems to like them. We had a good experience when we boarded Tracker for a week and at weeks end he got a bath. We have always had a pleasant experience with Camp Bow Wow (or Puppy Bow Bow as my daughter calls it).

My 7 month old puppy boarded for the first time for 4 nights. She loves daycare, but this was going to be her first time away from home overnight. I couldnt be happier with the care she received here. I really like that they give regular rest breaks to dogs who are boarding. I called every day to check on my pup, and they didnt mind at all. I felt totally comfortable leaving her with the awesome staff at Camp Bow Wow NE Philly. I especially loved being able to watch her on the live cameras during the day! We will send our puppy to board here again soon :)

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is always so friendly, willing to accommodate and happy to answer any questions or concerns. It’s reassuring to know that when I have a busy day coming up on my schedule or a trip planned my pup has somewhere to go where she’s supervised, gets to run inside and outside while interacting with her friends and I can easily check in on her via Camp Bow Wow’s cameras. My pup and I love CBW!

I found out that my doggie baby Buster doesnt like to stay home by himself so I had to find a place for him when I have to go out to run errands. I came upon Camp Bow Wow on the internet cause its close to my home and the travel is not that far away. I called for an appointment, My husband and I went in to fill out the application, was explained how the facility operates left Bus there, (which is a part of the application process) to see if he likes the facility and he did and we decided that will use them for our boarding and daycare needs for Bus. You will feel comfortable leaving your doggie baby there because you can always check out what your doggie baby is doing with the Camp Bow Wow app which I love. The pricing is reasonable also. I give the Northeast Philly facility a👍🏾

We try to bring our Bassett Hound Maggie once a week, she loves it here, it is spotlessly clean, all of the employees are very helpful and so kind to the dogs. Theyalso do grooming here which is great to have everything in one place. We are soglad we finally have a place like this in Northeast Philadelphia.

Camp Bow Wow allows your pup free play with friends for a majority of the day when being boarded. A huge plus for us was the fact that they DO NOT discriminate against our Pitbull. Many places do not allow pits to participate in group play but Camp Bow Wow does. Our dog loves it!

Tucker loves Camp Bow Wow! I only bring Tucker very sporadically (when I go on weekend trips) but the staff always remembers him, which I absolutely love. I hate to board my dog, but if I am going to do it, he goes to Camp Bow Wow (NE), because I know that I can trust them.
