Upon my arrival at the office this morning at eight, I was informed my appointment was rescheduled due to the physician I was assigned to does not work on Fridays. However; yesterday I arrived to the office thinking my appointment for was 7/15 instead of 7/16. The receptionist at the desk took my identification and insurance card to check me in. When it was confirmed I came in on the wrong date…how didn’t the receptionist notice my cancel appointment in the system then reschedule me? I was not informed on 7/15 when I arrived the day prior to my appointment, my appointment was canceled. When I arrived to the office this morning, I had to deal with unprofessionalism from the woman with braid straight back and heavy set, stating she left me a voicemail. I informed her not only did I not receive a call nor did I receive a voicemail. When the other receptionist informed me of the number they contacted, I let them know that is no longer my number. Also, letting them know my current information has been updated for years, because I received several phone calls from the physicians throughout years I been a patient. I asked could I still be seen being as though I took off work and did not want to take off again. I was told I had to wait for you the manger to arrive at nine o’ clock. I waited over an hour for no manager to ever come in. At this point I am no longer comfortable being a patient here, especially, with the unprofessional attitude of the front desk. They were not empathic to my concerns and very dismissive. The one woman made the excuse “I’m new.” That is not okay to treat patients poorly.

When I get transferred to the front desk. I’ll spend 25 to an hour just waiting hoping someone will answer the phone. & when one of the ladies finally do answer the phone they have an attitude or can’t help me put me back on hold for another 30mins. Then only option left to go all way to the office to get answers to questions or for paperwork and not at my convenience I might add. It’s tiring. And I am sick of it. Find better friendly staff or find another solution to where we can be respectfully serviced. My experience with Einstein lately has been sour, from gyn, pediatrics and primary and honestly I’m looking to just switch providers all together. Dissatisfaction! Hire most diverse staff

I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have gotten the best service ever since I switched to them. So had my father who is disabled and friends that I have recommended.

They don’t answer the phone

Worse doctor office ever. Never answers phone. Been trying to get referrals for my appointments and can never get through. Even had blue Cross on hold in order for me to get the help I needed. No success. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Make you feel like they dont care about your health.

Everyone at this location that I have met and gotten to know are extremely kind and patient. I love my doctor and I cant imagine having another one if he leaves or something, I have really bad anxiety about it sometimes, thats how great they are. Thank you for being there for my family and I for so many years!

This office is the worst office ever. My husband dropped off some paperwork that needed to be filled out by his Dr on Tuesday 9/24/19 and he went on 10/1/19 to pick up his paperwork and they didn’t have the paperwork filed out mind you it’s been a week that they had the paperwork and they said they try to call him and they didn’t leave a message at all we try to call from my phone and his phone had us both on hold for a half an hour... today is 10/2/19 mind you the office manager said he will have it ready today and we come to the office and guess what the paperwork is not even file out again and the manger is not here. Was told by the front desk to come back at 1pm I am here now and it still not ready I have to wait other 20 minutes because it’s still not done. If I can give this office a -100 I would I would never come back to this office and would never would recommend this office EVER to NO ONE...

Beware....the staff at this location is extremely rude. They are constantly talking among themselves. When patients walk in, it is so hard for them to even lift their heads to even acknowledge your presence. Once they do, you are greeted with eye rolls and sighs. Do not even try to ask for a referral. They say they will do it but they never do.When I needed a surgery clearance form to be faxed over to my specialists office, they said they will do it. A week goes by and they did not fax it. The secretary at the specialists office called Einstein two times and they did not even answer there phone. On the third time, Einsteins employee said they could not find his file. Once they finally found his file, they had no copies of the paper work that they promised to send over. They had no record of him ever having an EKG performed. The secretary from the specialists office said, in all the years that she has been working, she has never dealt with such incompetent employees. Never has there been a patient that has copies of their files from the doctor that the doctors office claims that they do not have. Luckily, I asked for copies the day I saw the doctor. If not, I would not be allowed to get the surgery done.

I saw the Nurse Practitioner at this facility and she was great. On the other hand, the front desk person wasnt so great. The checkout person to be precise. She was unfamiliar with my health insurance because it was a commercial one. She chose not to call the 800 # to inquire about it and was very dismissive. She also chose to abbreviate my name, instead of calling me my full name, which was clearly printed on my chart. Even after being corrected three times.

I am very disappointed with this location i would never go back. The front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude they need to be more kind and friendly with the patient at the end they are getting paid and are so lazy, they need more training. I would make sure i change my Dr. and would not referred no one here.

They cancel appointments, never return calls and be on hold for over an hour. When you leave messages they never return your calls. Not liking this place any more! Try to leave a message at the email, technical error, not surprising at all. This place is ridiculous!!

This place is so unprofessional and the staff are lazy and rude. They sit behind the desk bit never answer the phone. This is unexceptionable, the Dr or nursing staff dont care as long as you have insurance theyll take anyone. Switching my Dr immediately.

This place is a disgrace!!!!! Only thing thats good is the doctor, staff is sooo unprofessional and they dont have a clue to even know what theyre supposed to do, and probably wouldnt do it anyway. They are just plain rude. And as far as phone etiquette, there is none, they dont return calls after you call them numerous times, they wont even answer the phones, and when they do will put you on hold and never get back to you. Staff are complete morons!!!!!!!

I have been going there for 6 years, the front desk ladies are so nice they always answer the phone when I call to schedule an appointment when I walk in the office they first to the greet the patients I love it there.

This place is the worst of the worst. The doctors are fine but the staff makes this place a nightmare. The wait time its way too long, I have waited for more than 2 hours. They never, ever pick up the damn phone and when you finally reach someone, they are talking to other people, they are rude and the attitude you hear in their voices is incredible and unnecessary. The worst experience i had, until this day I am still waiting for my medical records. A lump was found near my thyroid gland and i requested medical records back in august 11, went to the office 3 weeks later and spoke to the manager i was told that in less that 2 weeks i was going to receive my records. It is September 22nd and still nothing and even when i call and call no one is able to tell me anything. My insurance changed and in order to be seen by a specialist sooner i need to have my records. This place will let you die! Having 3 jobs makes it impossible to go to the location to be on top of them, Its very frustrating.

If I could give minus 13356677 stars I would called this morning and was in hold 48 minutes...your call is important my ass.. I was fourth ,then third in que to be answered..got to my call being next and a recording informs me there is a system failure and they cant take any calls....really..could have said that 48 minutes ago...stinks..

The doctors are really good. Each seems to know his limit, and will easily refer you to a specialist. I was having a rough day with my Rheumatoidlate Arthritis, and late for my appointment, and instead of turning me away, the receptionist fit me in with another Doctor. I can see why Einstien is lacking spaces for new patients. They really are that good. In fact, I came back to Philly for Einstien.

I have been the 4th caller in que for 20 minutes. I hate this office and their staff.I am still the 4th caller. 5 min later. In 25 min my status has not changed. This is a disgrace. My 70 yr old father needs an antibiotic for a cyst and no one answers the phone.

Everytime this week I been trying to get a hold of them on the phone but nobody never answers there phone 😡

This place is a disgrace. You can never reach the office by phone and they are very unorganized.

Wait time is outrageous, especially if you call to make an appointment you will be on hold over 20 mins to even speak to anyone and custometr service sucks! Will be changing doctors!

EXTREMELY slow. Wait time averages about 2 1/2 hours WITH APPOINTMENT. Clear your day if you decide to come here to get seen.

The receptionist that checks you out from your next appointment & referrals is super mean .. she has a really horrible attitudeYou never what a patient going Through ur only take a second to be nice

Absolute terrible hospital. Do not go here. Staff isn’t helpful and “doctors” aren’t much better. They do not care about your health.
