While I always had fine hair, with menopause, I started experiencing thinning on the top of my head. I tried many different products, but nothing helped. Only giving 2 stars because of Dr Griffin he seemed very knowledgeable, the front desk/appointment scheduling staff does not even deserve a one star. I was misled to believe that i will get my first consultation appointment refund if i choose not to move forward with the treatment within five days after . But apparently a “new hire “ mis spkoe over the phone when she was making the appointment. Word !!

I had a FUE hair transplant procedure and PRP with Dr. Griffin and Maureen in January of 2021 and I couldnt be happier with my procedure and decision to go with GHR. I am writing this review of my own free will 10 days after my procedure and thought it was really important to share my experience for other people out there struggling with hair loss.I am a 31 year old male and for the last 5 years my front hairline has crept further and further back on my head. Naturally, Ive been self conscious of my hair loss and had been wearing hairstyles that have concealed my front hairline. When I finally got the courage to do something about my hair loss, I researched FUE procedures from NYC to LA to Turkey. Most of the best instagrams and social media platforms led me to believe that I needed to go to LA or Turkey for a great hair transplant, but I was wrong. After a quick google search I found GHR. Dont be fooled by their social media and website, its not telling of their skills and clientele. They work on plenty of guys my age and reconstruct lower and beautiful front hairlines.After my consultation with Dr. Griffin I was sold. Dr. Griffin is a gem of a man. He is emotionally intelligent, great bedside manner, and an artist when it comes to crafting hairlines. Maureen, his daughter and right hand women is even better. She is motivated and driven. You can tell immediately she is highly knowledgeable and could go toe to toe with any man in her field.About my procedure. I received 1800 grafts to my front hairline which brought it down 1-1.5 inches all in all. The procedure was painless for the most part. You couldnt tell that I had a transplant at all in the back of my head after 4-5 days. And after 8-9 days you cant really tell youve had a procedure in your front hairline. Their prices are the industry standard per graft and are consistent with other clinics. I will definitely post some pictures and updates once my hair has some time to grow!

Maureen is who I see when I go. She is smart, thorough and friendly. The whole office is professional. The place is clean and everyone is very welcoming. The results to my treatments were good. When I have questions, I can call or send an email and someone always gets back to me.

Very happy so far! I called and scheduled a consultation. The young lady that I spoke to answered all of my questions. She confirmed that Dr. Griffin has more than 30 years of experience and is personally involved in consultations, procedures and followups. This is very comforting because I have learned that this is not the case with many other hair restoration places. The experience of the doctor is very important to me since my procedure costs a decent amount and I want to have the best possible results. She explained that not only is Dr. Griffin a pioneer in the Philadelphia area, but also has the state of the art robot to assist in the procedure. She added that he has been doing this so long that he has experience with all of the previous methods used over the years. Ive read that many places have doctors that just have experience with recent techniques arent as good which seems to make sense. She also added that the Dr has some breakthrough techniques that only he offers as well. This all left me very happy to hear and excited to get started. Ill continue to add to this review throughout my personal journey. A+++ so far.

I did my research two years ago when I wanted to get a handle on my hair thinning issues. I chose Dr. Griffin and I couldnt be happier with the care I received and still receive to this day. His was quick to diagnose my problem and just as quick to get me on a regimen of topicals to help halt my hair thinning. I have also had 4 PRP treatments over the last year to boost hair regrowth. I just had a checkup last week and he and I are extremely satisfied in the results of my treatment. Ill admit that I was nervous when I started the PRP treatments. But, Maureen does a great job at explaining and executing the procedure and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I will continue with my care at this practice because of the great work they do. The entire staff is welcoming, caring, and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable...definitely a top notch practice!

Highly recommend! I did a lot of research before seeing Dr. Griffin and his staff. I was apprehensive at first given the very personal nature of my reason for visiting. They made me feel very comfortable right from the start. Dr. Griffin answered all of my questions. I ended up making an appointment for my procedure. They had great communication with me leading up to my big day. That day was long, but they made every effort for my comfort. Everyone introduced themselves with a smile. Throughout I was offered snacks, drinks, lunch menu, breaks, music, movies and more. Everyone worked together like a close family (which was soothing). The followup to my big day was equally good. I love Maureen . She has helped a lot with my Female Pattern Baldness a lot. My hair has fillin quite a bit! I need to go less often- I am on a maintenance dose. She gives good directions, so it is idiot proff!

Dr Griffin has no heart he doesn’t care about those who really need help he never even tried to assist he just turn me away rather then take a chance and a challenge. I feel that he could have did more then to just tell me to go to a support group. He just turned me away like I was nothing no feeling no compassion as a Doctor you should wanna help your patient if it was his family member he would want to find a cure or some way to assist. When did these Doctors just lose empathy for their patients when did they just stop caring. It’s sad people are really hurting people are really needing a doctor to care and they have no one and it’s sad you know it would be great to see the Doctor in the patient shoes and see how they would like to be treated the way Dr Griffin treat me how would he feel. God please give these Doctors a better heart so they can start to understand how there patients feel

Would not recommend. Would not give 1 star except that’s the worst I could do. I was referred to Dr griffin by my dermatologist, whom I’ve been seeing for over 10 years. My sister got sick this past summer so I had to cancel my appointment as she was having surgery. I cancelled the appointment 3 days ahead. When I went to reschedule the office scheduler told me I had to pay another deposit; in other words I lost the first deposit. The deposit, I believe was around 200 dollars. When I asked the scheduler why she didn’t remind me of that policy when I cancelled .... she said they had a 5 day cancellation policy which she had told me about months before when I made the original appointment . I’ll inform my dermatologist not to recommend Dr griffin. The reason I didn’t post this sooner was because I just saw Dr. Falcone in Bala Cynwyd this past week and had a GREAT experience.
