The staff is very nice and friendly ….and very helpful and efficient ….it is not hard to get a appointment when needed ….the Dr. is very nice and was I very happy how she explains thing to you and is very good …..I would recommend anyone looking for a great dermatologist to go to this office ……also very clean and felt very safe with Covid going on ……..they took all safety precautions ………..highly recommend…………

The staff here are soo very friendly. Dr. Davida Krupnick is the best!! She is very friendly & knowledgeable. She is also very compassionate! She explains everything in detail to make sure you understand. The only thing I dont like is the fact that they dont give you any patient summary info. Sometimes I cant remember everything that was said or I cant pronounce the big words or doctor terms so it would be nice to have something to go back to. Especially when trying to explain to my family. All in all I would recommend this office to everyone I know!!

I was having issues with my balance and Stacy in Billing took the time to listen to the issue I was having and instead of passing me off to another department handled the issue, and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. All medical facilities should learn from this team!

Perfect visit. Great staff. Stopped by for a Psoriasis check in and they took great care of me, also gave me several paths to take care of my plaque psoriasis. Even worked around my insurance, to make sure my meds were covered.

Had a first visit today with Dr. Olga Brown. She was very personable, thorough, genuine and caring. She immediately spotted something suspicious on my arm. She answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown. Hope this helps someone make a decision to get on board. Lorraine

The doctor & the assistant are great! Both are very nice & knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all my questions & explain all the medication usage & where to get it cheap. My problem is the reception desk. I feel no matter who is at the desk, they do not know how to use there system correctly. I had a referral every time I went. They can seem to never find it. Sometimes I need to show them emails from my doctor showing them it is there. I almost walked out from my last appointment because they couldnt find the referral. Train your people at the front desk better.

Return visit. Again, in and out quickly. Course of treatment is going as planned and seeing major improvement. Love that they have new team members training along side. Definitely would recommend this practice.

What I thought was just a rash, as the nurse stated, turned out to be Shingles. I suffered for a week due to the misdiagnosis from this office! Completely unacceptable to diagnose something as such so incorrect when I provided as much information as I did!!! Maybe I’m the exception but I won’t be returning.beyond disappointed. Convenience did not work to my benefit.

From the front desk to Dr Collin everyone was so pleasant, professional and down to earth, manny the MA was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start! I was super nervous and thanks to them Now I’m totally comfortable and relaxed with my needed procedure.

Best dermatologist ever been to thank you for helping me with my problem

I had and appointment here 2 weeks ago on 4/3/2021.They charged my insurance 193 dollars to remove on mole from my neck and one from.my eyelid . The one on my neck was cut off . The one on my eyelid was frozen off . The Dr told me that the one on my eyelid would fall off in a few days . Here we are 2 weeks later and its still there. They charged me my copay of 35 bucks . I paid with my credit card. Now yesterday they send me a bill for my 35 dollar copay !!Now I got to get on the phone and argue with them about my eyelid and the 35 dollar copay . My insurance will not pay for them to traeat the same area again . This is a mess . I hope that they offer to fix their mess with my account and my eyelid

Sun Nguyen is an amazing. Ive been dealing with alopecia areata, and the treatment that comes along with it, for several years. The treatment can often be painful and uncomfortable. However, Ms. Nguyen recently used an innovative syringe from Japan to administer the injections and they were virtually painless!

Highly recommend! Super easy to make an appointment and everyone that works there is super friendly! Dr. Davida Krupnick is really nice and through!

Honestly, I did not have a great experience here. The doctor was nice enough but she rushed through my appointment so fast I didnt even get a word in edgewise. She was throwing out names of medications at the assistant without telling me what they were. Then says nothing is covered by insurance but I need to use them like money is no object 🙄 Im literally asking her a question and shes got the door open headed out and shouts an answer I couldnt even hear. I would never return to this place. The only saving grace was the receptionist, she was amazing and friendly.

Dr. Sue was great. Straight to the point and in 2 minutes she told me what was going on and what direction to take with my skin. Much better experience than I had in the past.....Thank you
