I called to schedule an appointment to get my braces done. The lady asked me my insurance company so I gave her the information then she tells me that they are not taking insurance for people who are over 21. So if I wanted to be seen she just wanted to inform me that the cost will be out of my own pocket. Then she proceeds to tell me if I was you I would call your insurance company and see if there’s another place that takes insurance.

3/2021- I’ve been calling and leaving messages with the call center but I can not get anyone on the phone. The person who answer from another country and could not help me! I was informed of an appointment which was never scheduled while I was in the office! Now they are telling me that they are only at this location twice a month which would have been great news when he took my 1000 cash deposit! Oh the call center also can not book appt for this location which is weird bc I called the same number before I paid my cash deposit! I am very unhappy with their services and I really wish they were open today bc I would request IN PERSON for them to refund me! I feel like Dr. Ameen Dollhylyn will take your deposit but doesn’t give you the full understanding of their policies. They are very unprofessional and I am upset I didn’t see these reviews because I could have saved a headache! I see old reviews and it’s a shame these same things are still occurring! A waste of time!

I have been coming here since I was 17, I am now 20. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for a YEAR now. I have called and called probably 30 times over the past year and each time I call the customer service reps are very rude and they say the same thing all the time. I have to contact the office coordinator or I will put an urgent message on this so we make sure the coordinator calls back this time I have NEVER been called back. My braces were ready to come off months ago but now my teeth are starting to transition back to how they were because these braces have been on for so long without any adjustment. I am in pain, my mouth bleeds from the wires and brackets everyday. They are slowly falling off my teeth. I am trying to switch orthodontists completely but I was on hold today for 50 minutes trying to get my records sent over to the new office and all I got was K Ill let the office coordinator know bye AND WAS HUNG UP ON. Like are you serious?? If they dont release my records today, I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney as well. This office is awful, if you care about your teeth dont go here.

I went to this place to get my braces. I paid It from my pocket. I got them removed two year and one month later. But one of my teeth in the bottom still moves. I believe that this people aren’t professional because they should have known that my teeth wasn’t ready yet. I still disappointed and this is the number one reason why I haven’t recommended nobody else.

Scheduled appointment and informed them that I required antibiotic prior to visit because of recent surgery. They had no idea what I was talking about.They scheduled me an appoint3, ignored my medical issue, did not return phone call inquiring about it and did not return email inquiring about pre- medication.Horrible customer service.Would never trust such a place to work on my teeth.Wouldve given a Zero, if possible.Should not be permitted to practice dentistry on humans or animals.

Very unprofessional. There isn’t any communication within the office and with their patients. Instead of making their patients happy they cancel appointments and with hold your information from being sent out. i have been lied to and my time has been wasted coming into this office. It’s been a month since my appt and my insurance’s Vendor for braces hasn’t received any information from them still. On the day of my appt I was told it’ll take 3-6 days. When I called back it was changed to 3-6 weeks. First they sent it on the day of my appointment, next they never sent it, then they will be sending it. Almost a month later “nothing was sent out”. As a soon to be medical professional we are taught if your not able to finish your days work make sure it is finished first thing in the morning. As a patient I feel unimportant, and I should never feel that way. If you want to save your time and not be disappointed please go any where else. If there was a option for zero stars that is exactly what they deserve from me.

The oral surgeon is horrible. I went to have my wisdom teeth removed. This nut case stitched my cheeks to my gums covering the holes where my teeth were pulled from. I don’t know why. Just stay far away from this place.

I had the extraction of all my teeth. I was terrified at the mere thought of having all my teeth removed. The oral surgeon allowed me the option to be put to sleep. He is also a superb oral surgeon in all aspects of the field. The whole office is very friendly gentle. I recommend this oral surgeon to anyone who requires one

This place is so unprofessional!!! It took forever to get an appointment, then as soon as I got one. They called the day before asking to reschedule. I come in on the day they suggested at 1 and didn’t get seen until 4!

I went to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled the staff was very nice and called and check on me

My teens wisdom tooth is growing in impacted and the general dentist referred us to an oral surgeon. I called this office since it’s close to where we live, I explained I needed to make an appointment for my child who was in a lot of pain due to an impacted wisdom tooth. I was told the first appointment was 6 weeks away and that’s just for a consultation. Needless to say I called another oral surgeon a little further away and was given an appointment two days later. Whatever happened to the days when doctors/dentist fit a patient in when it was an emergency?

Started going here to get my braces. The facility is ok.. not big but has enough space to hold. The wait time varies, of course. I wouldnt necessarily recommend this place for braces because they dont communicate very well with the patients or even with each other. You can have 1 orthodontist telling you one thing and on the next appointment youre hearing something else. Not sure about general dentistry or oral surgery.

My daughter who is away at college came home for a scheduled appt which was confirmed we get to the office and the office is closed!! They are very unprofessional no call stating they need to cancel appointments!!

Y’all need to learn how to answer the phone!!!!!!

I wish I could rate something lower then one star doctors are unprofessional and when they are called out about it they cancel your appointment because they get mad
