Omg, I came to this office for the first time and my god the services was good! But most importantly I was in pain the dr exam me and release my pain and schedule me for another visit. The second visit I came in with 3 fronts chipped tooth I was glad we had to wear mask because my smile was not cute!But once I left my appointment a sister couldn’t stop smiling! My husband had a chipped tooth that we wanted looked at. Our first visit, they looked at it and cleaned his teeth (if you want to call it that). A little later we get the bill and low and behold, theyve charged us for x-rays!! Were both in the medical field and know how x-rays work so we knew x-rays were never done! We called them and our insurance company. When I called Northeastern they kept insisting that x-rays were done. The guy on the phone was very rude! So we went there and the office was closed! So I called again and they said they were at their overbrook office that day. But on their answering service it said the office was open! So we went there the next day and asked for a copy of these x-rays, the guy said the machine was down and to try again in a couple of hours. We went back and he says there was a mistake and x-rays were never done! Surprise, surprise! We had another appointment scheduled with them in the meantime. We got there 5 minutes after our scheduled time and the office was closed! When I called from outside their office, they tell me the doctor left early that day! No common courtesy at all, I rushed home from work so we could make it to this appointment and this is how we were treated! This is the worst place ever! We went to academy dental and got everything done there hassle free! Please dont waste your time or your money at this place!

Dr Patel was the best! The ladies at the front desk were actually friendly, funny and VERY helpful! I liked my experience so much that I booked my whole family for the next Saturday

My 1st impression of the Cottman Ave office was not good. After filling up my paperwork I began to think, what the heck am I doing here? I thought why not, Im not gonna judge by the cover. They were nice and Immediately knew why I was in there in the first place. Lets see how it goes. Ill update this at another time.

Worst dentist in Philadelphia, we had no insurance so we were paying our procedure from out of pocket, never did a thing and would schedule us for the same thing everytime. I then asked for a refund of my money, I literally had to wait months for a refund of just a part of what I paid. It is now been more than a year and I still havent recived a refund of $700 from them and lets not talk about the horrible customer service they offer at this place. Stay away from this place!

I Went to this office to have a tooth pulled recently and would like to say that the Dentist, Dr. Chadhalavada was so very nice and was very caring and concerned about my pain and comfort during the extraction. In addition, I had a billing issue that seemed impossible to get resolved but I was able to explain the problem with their complaint department and the gentleman was incredibly quick and efficient in getting it resolved. I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this. If anyone has any concerns please do not worry or hesitate to go there for all of their dental needs, you will receive pain free dental care. I appreciate the consideration they have given me.

Been coming here for 13 years. Wouldnt go any where else. Sometimes I get frustrated with timing but the care and the education they give you is well worth it.

I been there for a cleaning, they are nice people but Im not happy with the service, all they did was drill around some teeth and mouth wash; one front tooth is scratched, so disappointed.Place is outdated and not very clean. I will not recommend this place.

I,went to this dentist s office for a number of starting at her office on 63rd st. She took time with my teeth. When I, returned after maybe 1yr at her new office on 65th street I,noticed the building was new but her services seemed substandard to many young ppl doing the work that needed to be handled by her over booking just to get your money. Now my two issues issues are very serious to me,they put a substance in my mouth were a filling came out now I, am in need of route canal treatment in that area the second thing was too do a filling at the top of a front tooth,but dont know what they used caused discoloration on both teeth in front because they didnt clean it of the other good tooth ,its on going. I am seeing a new dentist now correcting her offices mistakes even wrote her a letter no reply.My advance is dont go there.

Their service is extremely bad and the office smells like weed all the time. The front desk would also constantly schedule your appointments on days they decide to close. Overall, I would not recommend this office even to my worst enemies. Thats how bad it is!I no longer go to this Dental Office because they gave me horrible pain after a botched $1,300 crown a few years ago. They originally promised that my crown would arrive in 2 weeks, but it took 6 weeks for it to arrive only to get sent back to the lab due to poor fitting, which took another 6 weeks for the new one to arrive. They ignored my phone calls when I respectfully asked for my money back since they told me to pay the full cost upfront. I ended up going to another dentist to fix their mistake. Horrible!

Terrible!! Didnt even do X-rays tried to refuse fixing my teeth after a wk regiment of antibiotics because the dentist had something to do? Three times in one month and only saw a dentist once!! Now my mouth hurts worst than before I went to get a cavity fixed. Dont have enough time to write the rest of this nightmare experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and save your teeth!

I went to work this office back in August to get a partial done on my front teeth, they had to do the job five times because every time they put it in my mouth, it would fall out. He receptionist Is unprofessional and the workers that work on your mouth are kids that don’t know what they are doing. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My son was seen on October 18, 2016 for a severe toothache. They took an x-ray, never saw a dentist or dental assistant. They told him they were going to call in prescriptions for antibiotics, pain medication. Needless to say they never called the prescriptions to pharmacy. So on October 19, 2016 we checked with pharmacy again, still nothing. Called Northeastern Denistry @ Cottman again, spoke to a young woman on phone about 945am who told me yes she say that they were ordered, didnt know why they werent called in but she would call them into pharmacy right away. I informed pharmacy to expect call. They never called pharmacy. Pharmacy called office got voice-mail left message. Never heard from them. I called several times got voice mail everytime left 2 messages, no response. No response to pharmacy. So we drove over to office about 1pm. Office was closed! Although according to website they are open Monday- Friday 930am - 630pm. I even called other 2 locations to see if they could help in anyway, no one answered phones at either office,, just voice mail at both loctions. Meanwhile my son is still in pain, & has NO MEDICATION for infected tooth or pain management. Needless to say I WILL NOT or WOULD NOT recommend this office to ANYONE! They dont even have an answering service like most dental & medical offices! DISGRACEFUL!!!!😠Theresa Smith

This place is the worst. Only thing I like is that they give young African Americans a chance. Thats it. First time I went the dentist herself was an hour and a half late. She come pulling up in her Porsche. Then I swear she only looked at my teeth. Said they are bice and told the guy to polish them. I went for a teeth cleaning. The second time...I walked in to ppl waiting in the hallway because the little lobby/ waiting area was full. My apptment was at 11 and 4 ppl said their apptment apartment was at 11. One guy saif he been there since 10:30. I waited another hour and a half to be seen. This place is outrageous. Like I said the ONLY thing that I LIKE is the fact that they have young African Americans working there. That gives blacks a chance at dentistry. Not too many decide to take up dentistry as a career.
