This office is very rude from the manager to dentist, I have multiple complaints. 1.) My daughter was finally scheduled (after being rescheduled multiple times due to Covid & in pain rotating between Tylenol & Motrin) for 5 teeth extractions, 4 wisdom & 1 cracked tooth today 9/22/21 appointment time was at 11:30am we arrived at 11:29am we came in with my 2 yr old grandson my daughter checked in & they gave her paperwork to complete so we sat down she filled out the paperwork & returned it to the desk. As we waited in the lobby the front desk clerk came out & brought my grandson toys to play with. We waited for 40 minutes then they called her back only to say they won’t operate on her today because we have the baby in the lobby. She states that it was on the paperwork not to bring a child which we misread. Mind you she can’t sleep or eat normally. We offered to drop the baby off or have someone pick him up. They then lied & said that she was 20mins late & that she would be messing up their other appointments & that they had 7 other patients as if to say they didn’t care about her pain & didn’t want to be bothered as they watched my daughter cry in pain. The dentist actually slammed her clip board down & raised her voice disregarding all other solutions. Then they called the cops on us because after asking for all of her information to transfer they tell us to have a seat in the lobby. Which I then refused. Very unprofessional, non sympathetic & non empathetic.

First time coming here for my braces and i love how nice and clean the place is , staff is well welcoming . i love how everything that was done to me today was explained and if i have any concerns i can definitely give the office a call . thank you so much for my braces !

Definitely would recommend this office to family and friends , the front desk here are really nice and respectful the doctor also takes his time with my concerns with my braces i been coming here for years now , and i would not want to go anywhere else . i love the staff !

The best orthodontic office in the northeast philly area! Great staff and prices!

I’ve been a patient here for over 3 years and the remainder of my time being treated here was a very bad experience. The doctor is extremely RUDE. He is dismissive, intolerant, impatient and ARROGANT. He is unwilling to listen to anyone’s voice in the room except his own! When being treated here, I thought the doctor would be open to hearing if you were in pain or even if something bothers you. Unfortunately this isn’t the case at this office, he talks over you and interrupts you before you can even finish your sentence. There have been several times were I was in pain, or had concerns and I was disregarded, and blown off. TODAY, when I tried to further explain my problem, he cut me off and told me that if I didn’t allow him to speak that he would remove himself from the room immediately. I didn’t even get to finish what I had begun to say. With out even hearing or acknowledging my concerns, this was his response. I will NEVER, return to this office for ANY reason to be treated for ANYTHING, EVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First off far most I went 2 times for my son to get braces and waiting still until this day for a call back, Since January of 2020. It had to be me to call them back and snap at them in order for them to send out a email or a letter to the insurance. After a month once again still waiting I called back once again for them to tell me that I had to call the insurance. The people here are rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Also my sister had her braces on here for more than 4yrs when she was only supposed to have it for 2yrs. I took her to another orthodontist and they removed them on her Same day appointment. They kept saying that she still had an over bite when she didn’t along with her jaw not being lined up properly.!!!!

The front desk crew is awesome they are the reason i go here!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Very RUDE very impatient. They called the cops on me because i was begging for them to see me or give me my paperwork I’m in pain . We were yelled at & treated very unfairly. DONT GO HERE

They are terrible do not get braces here, they put incorrect brackets on my teeth causing my teeth to shift and messing them up. My braces been randomly falling off since I got them I can never get in contact with anyone I can never get an appointment service is horrible a bunch of students not knowing what they are doing... don’t do it not worth it you only get one set of teeth

I absolutely love this place very nice and professional staff.. very clean.. anytime I had a concern the staff helped me ASAP I recommend going to this dentist if u or your children need braces!!☺️

Horrible!!! Can never contact anyone in the office & they dont return calls or emails. Ive talked to there answering service more times than I can count & no one reaches out to me. It took almost 2 months to get my son an appointment. He finally got in for a consultation for braces. I was told we would hear back about if it went through his insurance but havent heard anything!! Now months later Im calling to find out what happened & once again no one is returning my calls. I was also told by the answering service that they have no records of my son & that there are no x-rays or anything on file. How did my son just disappear in the system?? Where are his records? Why havent I heard back about if his insurance approved him getting braces? Im sick of calling & im VERY disappointed with the service Im receiving. Dont go here for your orthodontist needs!! Horrible customer service!! Theyre lucky to get even 1 star honestly!!

Had to wait about 30 minutes with an appointment. However, I was very impressed with the service this time. The 2 ladies, I believe their names are Laura and Kaitlin were very kind and patient with my son. Again, very impressive with their care. Thank you!

Id give no stars if I could. Sent my son to see the oral surgeon for 2 teeth that they said needed to be pulled (they had been pulled 2 years prior!) We changed insurances and informed them of the change, they were supposed to call me back once they got new approval, waited 3 months and they never called me back..now Im told they need special approval to schedule my sons appointment. They have no problem taking my $ but refuse to learn how to pronounce my sons name, Ive not spoken with a doc since his first visit over 2 years ago. I highly recommend you run as far and fast as you can away from this place.

Absolutely the worst orthodontist. Took my child for her first visit in October. They only put her top braces on. We were scheduled to come back to have the bottom ones put on. We scheduled numerous appointments for her, but the appointments kept on getting rescheduled. We went to the office for what was supposed to be her rescheduled appointment only to find out the Orthodontist was a no show. After several canceled appointments, two months of wasted time,and no bottom braces. I decided to take my child elsewhere, only to find out that her top braces were put on completely wrong, and that Allied had billed my insurance for a full set of braces not once but twice. Im now in the process of filing a complaint with the insurance company to get back the money that was paid to them. The front desk girls are very nice, but other than that the office is a complete disaster. Please do not go to this very unprofessional, poorly runned office, you will truly regret if you do.Update: I provided my phone number that they requested. No one ever contacted me.

Worst orthodontist practice. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They do not schedule you properly. I have come in multiple times expecting to be seen and do not have an appointment scheduled. In the time I have been going for my invisalign, my doctor has changed 3 times and no one ever tells me the same thing. Its very unsettling. Please save your money for a practice that knows what they are doing. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Overall they’re good, but their phone service is horrible they are never that busy to leave you on the phone for 45 minutes or more and I’ve walked in and seen people call and they put them on hold and just go on having a conversation or just sitting there. very unprofessional !!!!

Have been trying to make an app over the phone because my wire broke for 8 months now and they always leave me on hold for more than 30 mins. Still have yet to make the appointment.

I had the best expirence here with my child! The staff is great and the office is really clean!

I’ve had my braces on for 4 years because this orthodontist continues to cancel my appointments When the “doctor” isn’t there. There’s a different orthodontist who views my teeth progress every appointment. One doctor will tell me to wear my rubber bands one way, and then another will tell me I’m wearing them wrong. 🤦🏽‍♀️
