On 2/2/21 my phone appt. was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Received a call at 3:30 to check me in, was told doctor will call me within an a half hour to 45 minutes!!!!I explained that it was not acceptable for I wasnt home sitting around watching t.v. I was at work and had sat the appointment time aside so that I will be available. She said would you like to rescheduled??!!! I said NO because the same thing will happen again!.....Dr. called at 4:30!!! said what she needed to tell me..... I couldnt get a word in edge wise! Said she would send prescriptions over to my pharmacy. I called on pharmacy on 2/3 no prescriptions. I called GPHA back said a nurse will call me. No nurse called. Called pharmacy today 2/4 no prescriptions. Called GPHA back said will send prescriptions today. Left my other Health Center because they were not attentive to my needs and it feels like I never left!!!😡

Every single time I schedule an appointment, I get a cancel call. I have been going to gpha for my children I have been trying to get my newborn babys vaccines for the entire summer. His appointments have been cancelled. So today December 2, we had an appointment for 2pm. Pediatric usually allow infants to go in the back waiting room, however with this visit today, we had to stand in line to get registered that took about 20 mins so we lost out appointment time. They told us to wait for a cancellation, after an hour we were told to just reschedule for another day. Completely unprofessional!! Also at GPHA THEY DONT CHECK TEMPS FOR COVID 19, YOU HAVE YO FIL OUT A QUESTIONAIRE ABOUT YOUR SYMPTOMS, ANYONE COULD HAVE COVID AT GPHA!! FRANKFORD LOCATION.

I have been trying to call the 1-833 # for the past week to talk to someone... The WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS.....I have held on numerous times for an hour or so ...NOBODY STILL never picked up to help me address my case...VERY VERY POOR... I also requested a CALL BACK BY PRESSING 1... NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK

The worst experience. They don’t know what they’re doing. I’m expecting and had an appointment to get checked out to make sure everything is okay with the baby. After coming in twice in one day because they said they couldn’t see and to come back, they gave me another day. I told them that I done came in twice and waited for 40 minutes both times and really just wanted to check for at least the heartbeat. They told me that there’s was nothing they could do.

Had an appointment made 2 weeks ahead of time, with my insurance on file; they didnt tell me till I walked in the door that they didnt take my insurance anymore.

Gpha dental is the worse ever they r so rude and inconsiderate they don’t wanna help u when it comes to scheduling appointments they know they can do better with it but they choose not to I will never set foot in that place ever again and their attitudes are unacceptable I have nothing else to say time to look for a new dental office

I call to make an appointment and they put me on hold for the past 10 min I call 3 other time and no ones answer my phone call for 1 appointment , if they dont know to do there job give your chair to someone can do your job better and very helpful to patients.

Paperwork lost, forgot who I was I couldnt remember why I was here, I was so frustrated I had to leave . When I came back, it wasnt any better. Nothing but not as busy it still seems an organized in hurdy gurdy. 0.Running around not knowing what theyre doing. And so on.

My appointment was at 8:40am. I got there early at 8:15-8:20 and had to wait until 8:45. I went to the front desk and they didnt even realize I was there even though I had signed up. Even if the pediatric section was not opened yet, I still signed my name and they failed to read the sign up sheet right. Thats fine, its only been 5 minutes late, not a problem. I did not get my actual examination until 9:35am. I was very irritated, but I kept my calm. The doctor that examined me was a very judgemental doctor. The last time I saw her, she constantly brought up my race which made me feel very uncomfortable. She assumed I was unaware of a lot of things because of where i came from. Today, I had the courage to speak out about my hemorrhoid problem, mind you Im only 17 and had this problem for a couple of years until we switched doctors. She laughed at me. No one wants to tell anyone of their problems in that part of the body and she was being very unprofessional. Furthermore, I also had to get a shot. At this point, it was already 10. The timing is a big problem because I felt bad for my dad who had to go outside of the building 2 times to fill up the parking meter. no one was in the lab to give me the shot or anywhere in sight in the hallways. I get that managing such job is difficult and etc, however, I was already feeling impatient by that time. the nurse who finally gave me the shot did a quick job, but she had put the band-aid on the wrong spot that I have noticed recently 7 hours after the appointment. Consider the quality of your childrens care in this facility and their confidence to speak out a health problem. The doctors name that I had was Doctor Gujrathi.

I would love to give a zero, but I can’t! All the receptionist have really nasty attitude especially the one on the middle! The first one she’s light skin was on the phone talking personal stuff and not doing her job! First and last time here would not come here at all ! Unprofessional!!

My appointment was at 9:00am n it’s going on 12 n i’m still in the room waiting smh they need to do better i need a new doctor asap

They called me back to my room and i sat and waited for a doctor to come in for 45 mins! I think they forgot about me. Very slow 😫

The wait with an appointment is crazy for dental, dr or pediatric dr. It is always over an hour there. If you park at the meter make sure you bring a ton of change. You could be there up to 5 hours.

Ive called this place 20 time this morning and they keep hanging up the phone on me or answer and talk to other patients in the back round then we you get thru they say you have the wrong number and repeat it back to you and its the right number!!!!! please get your phone channels in order and you staff because there just as RUDE!

The worst city clinic in Philadelphia. Toilet paper all over the lobby and trash.The lady at registration was being so rude. The lady at the front desk didnt know anything because she was new yet on her cell phone the whole time. The woman in pharmacy was clearly miserable about her job and has zero patience. The woman In the business office was so unprofessional and made it seem like me being there was an inconvenience because she had just got back from her 1 hour break and was still eating. She had me wait almost 20 mins because she didnt know the password to her email, then sayswhat do I care its my last week she also forgot to give me my debit card back. The woman at adult registration gossip about patients and flirt with the security guards. After 3:45 or so they pretty much were just sitting around gossiping. Others around me complained as well. Its not so much the medical staff but the people in the lobby. Its horrible come on philly theres so many well deserved professionals out there. Please make some changes. I understand they close at 5 and they just wanna get out of there. But they are representing a bigger picture yet they think its all about them. My total wait time was about 3 hours. And please let me make this clear I had no issue with the medical professionals(nurses and doctors), just woman from registration, pharmacy, and security.

The person who met with me was not a doctor when I expected a doctor. She did not really know much about GYN issues. She pretended to know but was caught saying several things that were misleading. She also very appeared to not understand or respect racial differences.

Went to get iud put in, and they had to call 911 because the doctor put it In wrong, and I was in so much pain, sound like I was goin in labor. When 911 came and took me to the hospital they had to remove it, because she put it in wrong, it was half way out my cervix.....neva Go here!!!!!!

This is the worst unprofessional clinic I have ever seen in my life . Unorganized, and rude . Do not bring your kids to this clinic. I am from North Carolina and I brought my kids here it was the worst mistake I could have ever done .
