These Doctors are amazing and granted the surrounding company around Esperanza is not the best but they are just trying to help the community. But they are excellent with your care, they have a dental office as well here. It is a Christian Heath center run by a Christian Company who are just trying to help us. I promise you won’t regret going here

ITS RIDICULOUS TO GET A APPOINTMENT or even a question answered. I’ve been going here for 7 years because it’s nice and clean and quick but the phone service has drastically declined. I have called 4 times this week to get shot records couldn’t get through and didn’t get a call back, when I finally did today; THEY HUNG UP ON ME! it’s frustrating when it’s important.

This place has a Hard time with answering and returning phone calls. Every single time I call or leave a number for a call back, it’s never responded. I have to physically go to the clinic to schedule an appt . This has to be addressed and resolved immediately. No patient should have to speak to an operator. Most of us prefer to speak to someone (which the reason why receptionist are hired)

Good people most of thm but the phone calls is shtty,no answer and they wait to call you back 2 days latter 🤦🏻‍♀️ no entiendo si casi ni trabajo tienen most of the time.

I love my primary doctor Kristopher Ahn he is so caring and doesn’t rush my appointments and does everything in his power to help with any concerns or issues. Me and my husband both see him and we are so pleased by his service I’d definitely recommend him if you are searching for a caring primary provider!

Got the first vacuna here, next in two weeks. My wife has gone there since March and receives excellent care....

Terrible experience and That was just trying to register as a new patient spent the better portion of the morning trying to call and got no answer. Then I requested a call back, whom ever it was that did finally call back left the shortest unclear inaudible voicemail ever.

It took me a long time to get the first appointment but I love this clinic my doctor is Charlene Chen I can always get an appointment fast now the stuff is great and they really do listen I am a person that pays attention to every part of my body and Health and they at least listen to me and we work together to solve the problem I even want to find out more about the children doctors there for my children and the dental department my name is Sierra Thompson and when I had to take my 3 year old and my infant to my appointment they made them feel welcomed and got some activities for my child Kensington and Allegheny location is the best in my eyes even the guy at the pharmacy is really nice and helpful once you get in trust it was worth the wait

Very concerned. Found a young Lady cleaning her Crack Pipe on the front steps. So I went inside for my Dental appointment, but first reported the young lady. Too my amazement nothing was done. Then I notice 2 Philadelphia Police Officers and they heard me, but didnt do a thing. Wow.

I went their last Friday and they still didnt give me my medicine that the doctor provide for me.

Worst clinic ever unprofessional staff, doctors that supposedly speak spanish but not for a conversation and the worst thing is where this clinic is located at.

Horrible waiting room, had to wait 3 hours for my appointment, there were only 4 patients there so I do not understand the delay. If u go here make sure you have 5 hours to spare and nothing important to do. Disappointed.

I was going for 0 stars but it would not let me post it until i gave a star. I loathe the fact that they continue to make us call at certain times to make an appointment. I can make an appointment for a piercing at a tattoo parlor faster than I can make an appointment for an infection at Esperenza. It hurt my feelings that I can not speak directly to my doctor about personal problems and that they take forever to call back with information about my health and appointments. It is unacceptable.

I been bringing my kids here for years and it used to be great still has same day appointments but now they don’t even answer the phone call or call back when you are placed on quesed and you ask for a call back they never replay been calling since my son been sick and haven’t had no luck and don’t want to go there for them to tell me they dont have any appointment thinking of switch Doctor eventhough Dr. Leander is one of the best there.

Im trying like 2 month to get an appointment for.my,mom and im still not getting the appointment everytime i call they said they.dont have none because the doctor.made.arrangement to see her in the mornings now im trying to find another clinic this clinic is not bad but to made appointment yes is really bad

Often have to have papers filled out,have never had it done right even after 3 to 4 times and constant phone calls, forms werent even signed by the doctor . everytime i go there its a problem. if you want horrible care when your dying go here otherwise find a real doctor and save yourself aggrivation.

Ridiculous is the only word that best describes this place. Its impossible to schedule any appointment, especially an emergency dental appointment. Not worth the headache.

Worst customer service, longest wait times, no one ever answers the phone nor does anyone call back, and it’s a mission just to schedule an appointment. I would NEVER recommend to place to anyone!!!!

This is by far the worst place Ive ever been. Its impossible to get an appointment. They give appointments to make appointments if that makes sense and then on the day they tell you to call or come in its another excuse. If they cant even do scheduling right how are they going to manage someones health.

This place is a waste of time. Cant get a appointment with a doctor for months and when you call they always have a excuse. People need to boycott this location. The staff sucks, I guess they are only there for a paycheck.

What I like about this place you get either same-day appointment or the day after but its hard for them to pick up the phone especially after 9:30 am they dont ever pick up after that..

Bad service, one calls for an appointment and many things are invented and in the end they do not give it to you, I regret having changed for that clinic

The worst receptionist service never answer the phone even hook the call without answering. I need more operators to answer calls. Ive been calling since 9 a.m. at 11:53 p.m. and still no one answers now I get that they went to lunch

Excellent clinic a unique attention the doctors are an eminence I love my 100% recommended Dental doctor.

It caused me pain that the unprofessional employees would take the opposite and make my life impossible I think that if one goes to a clinic and complains it is because one feels bad and I do not want to be 4 hours in a urine-smelling cubicle pamper apart from the 3 hours I had waited outside has logic. They are Puerto Rican and I am Puerto Rican and very polite not as one of the reception incinining that I wanted to crowd when I only looked for medicines and help. And the Doctors Very Good and the social therapist who She even prays with you very good. A woman at the receptionists with hate does not know why but may God help her to be a better human being. This place has treated my children excellent, Dr. Montalvo and Laura Liar, have been super good with my two children. Sometimes you have to wait for a while in the lobby but it is worth the wait, the doctors check the complete children.
