For the duration of three years our counseling sessions consisted of rich exercises , meditations, and discussions that not only gave me the skills to cope in the present but left me with a lasting grounding impact that affirms me, and my story, for what it is. When I met her during our Intake session, I was nervous since Im new at therapy. She was professional yet warm, personable and created a non-judgmental safe place. She has really helped me with my anxiety.
