Guy is a know-it-all and has no idea what hes doing. There are way better career coaches in Philly. Dont waste your time. He is trying to sell you an overpriced package of life coaching lessons.He has a very unpleasant personality/demeanor, so Im not sure where he got all these positive reviews. I imagine he probably cherry picked his best clients.

Seth has a great approach to helping folks find the career that they want, not just one based on their prior skill set. He really takes the person as a whole into account, and for the first 5 sessions or so did not even use my resume. He really honed in on who I was, what I liked, what I was good at, and eventually what skills would translate to my next career. You have to put in the work, but he helps you every step of the way.I highly recommend Seth if you are looking to change careers and need some guidance and structure in doing so.

I admittedly didnt understand what career coaching was when I first reached out to Seth. I knew I wanted to go in a different direction with my career, but thought I needed help with interviewing and resume writing. I found Seths website at a point when I was incredibly unhappy with my job and was questioning every career decision I had made to that point. After hours of reading articles and talking to anyone who would listen, I knew I needed to do something, but I didnt know what. I wasnt sure if my unhappiness was a function of choosing the wrong career, selfish discontentment, or simply being in the wrong role at the wrong organization. My confidence in my own abilities was beginning to wane. A few articles I had read recommended working with a career coach. I was skeptical but decided to do some research on the idea.
