I had services her about 2 and a half years ago I tried going back but they didnt take me new insurance. the will falsely charge you for services you did not receive & then send it to collections. worst by far. no stars, epically shifty place

Back when Dr. Bazilian was alive this place was outstanding; I didnt mind paying the $150 intake and $60 co pay every visit because they took care of every issue I was going through. Now it is 3 years later and I almost went back but a person that works there told me that they would NOT fill my medication. Its a bad shadow of what it used to be.

Only had ONE visit with a Sharon Green who was referred by Care Connections, on 2200 Michener Street, Philadelphia, pa.I must say they only reason they got one star was because I couldn’t post any other way. .From the moment I walked through the door, it was dark and sad in the office.Staff was unfriendly.Then the therapist Sharon Green came out called my name and she had the same sad and stiff demeanor as the rest.Upon reaching her office, we proceed to fill out common paperwork that could have been filled out while waited to been seen, instead of eating into my time block of 45 MINUTES.After mentioning the co-pay 4 times and how I needed to pay up front . She FINALLY got into the consult part which was a measly 15 minutes after all the very common insurance paperwork had been done.All in all, I found her to be extremely cold. More focused on my copay then actually getting to know me as a patient.I DO NOT RECOMMEND, Sharon Green. Horrible demeanor. I don’t think she could care any less then she already does. Felt like I was speaking to a parking authority official rather then a therapist, who’s whole job is to help me through an extremely difficult time.Horrible experience !

Easily the most unprofessional scheduling call ive ever made. I was told that an appoinment would be 4-6 weeks i said ill call back, then i was hung up on. Avoid this place %100.

Went to there Roosevelt Blvd location and saw Sharon Green. She was super weird and made me uncomfortable. The office makes you fee out ALL THE PAPERWORK DURING YOUR VISIT, which takes away from your session time. You only get 45mins. Then rather then bill my insurance, the office billed me directly. Now they’re saying it’s too late to Bill my insurance and I have to come out of pocket. This is ridiculous and I would NEVER recommend!
