Arrived for my appointment an hour early (as a new patient I assumed I would need to fill out paperwork) and was told the doctor wasn’t feeling well and they weren’t seeing anymore patients. I received no phone call about rescheduling and the people at the front desk seemed not to care. I understand that people can’t work when they’re not well, but the lack of respect for other people’s time is inexcusable. I had to take time off work to make this appointment and it was a complete waste of time.Also they don’t tell you this on the phone but the place is cash only and there’s no ATM.UPDATE 8/10/2021: Paradise Dental responded Lauren we apology for canceling your appointment but the doctor felt sick all of a sudden and we had to reschedule patients for the health and safety of our employees and patients. Thank you for your understanding.First of all, this is a LIE. They didnt cancel my appointment - they did not call to cancel and they STILL LET ME SEE THE DOCTOR. I actually went in and saw the doctor - she is the one who told me it was cash only. Secondly, two other patients with 3pm appointments came in, so they didnt call those patients to reschedule either.Furthermore, if the doctor was actually sick, why was I allowed to see her? Not only that, but what type of medical professional in COVID times actually comes to work when they are sick and doesnt immediately leave when they realize they cant work?This place is shady, duplicitous, and dangerous. Stay away, people - not worth the risk.

I am thankful for meeting good people who showed concern at this location. They gave me a decent cleaning and very reasonable prices for implants. I am tired of searching for a good honest dentist and finally after about a decade I think I found my go to dentist for the up and coming years!

My sister went to that office and now she has to go to another emergency dentist. No lamp to examine her properly. Man next to my sister was screaming. I wonder why? Paradise? Just the name.

Bad experiences with two docs here with the pulling of the teeth one doc tells me because the area I live in it’s no way she can prescribe me anything more then ibuprofen after pullin a wisdom tooth called my insurance company and they never even heard of such 🙄 then the other doc cracks my tooth next to the one he pulled and the receptionist gives me a prescription with someone else’s name on it so i can’t even get it like the worse experience ever, throw the whole establishment away please!!!

A very nice place. The staff was good to me and managed to calm me down, as I was in pain and awfully scared of any manipulations with my teeth. Next time I have a problem with my teeth I’ll surely go to Paradise Dental.

An excellent office experience. This office was clean. The dentist did a great job filling my tooth. No pain. All the employees where kind and courteous. I will recommend myFamily and friends.

I once visited here for a dental emergency. I must say that the team promptly responded to my dental distress and gave immediate treatment.

Great place. Staff is very nice and knowledgable. The girl on the front desk was very good in helping me with my insurance and benefits explanation. Doctor did a great job on my teeth, I am very happy.

The doctors are very professional. I felt very comfortable, the staff were awesome and the dental assisting speaks Spanish and she helped me with translation talking to a doctor. I recommend this office.

Definitely a 0 star! If you want to get killed, go here! They are not professional cuz they don’t even know that what they have done to you will cost your bleeding never stop! This place should be shutdown!

I like this office. Doctors and staff are very nice. Office is clean and beautiful. I had extraction done here and it was no pain at all.

I go every 6 months so they can tell me I have a cavity even thou they never do any cleaning and then they cracked my tooth while pulling! Get a second opinion always, I do like the staff and the cleanliness but cmon Ill give them one more chance to do right.

This place is the worrrrrst place you can go to. My brother was there two days ago. The took two wisdom teeth out without referring to an oral surgery. After he left we had to call the ambulance because they didn’t do the job properly and he was leaking two brockets of blood. Seriously I am not lying to you. The Oral surgeon told us this type of work a regular basic dentist don’t do. My brother was so bad he had to stay it took the doctors 5 hours to stop the bleeding. Pleaseeeeee don’t let just any wack job dentist do any work on your mouth get theee opinions first. Pleaseee! Do not go to this place.

The dentist who did the work is far the best i ever tried he is very professional and kind.The staff is also great.

HORRIBLE PLACE.....THE LITTLE DENTISTRY OF HORRORS! WENT FOR ROOT SCALING AND CAME HOME TO GRINDED DOWN TEETH WITH POOR FILLINGS. THEY DID IT ON TEETH I FEEL NEEDED NO WORK AND I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO DO THAT. THE FILLINGS KEEP FALLING OUT. NOW IM ALWAYS IN PAIN AND IT NEVER SEEMS TO GO AWAY. AND TO TOP IT OFF MY BRIDGE DOESNT FIT ANYMORE AND I JUST GOT THEM. I FILED A COMPLAINT AND NO ONE SEEMS TO HELP ME. ITS A NIGHTMARE IM ALWAYS IN PAIN AND MY TEETH WILL NEVER BE THE SAME OR FIXED. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Bad work they left in my family with the orrible teeth they damaged his teeth taking out his love and some cracked teeth this has caused very great damage to his person. When we went to the other dentist they said the damage they caused him. here they dont know how to work or what happens. This has. I write this so you know that THE person carries 2 to -Nos with pain every day.
