Excellent service (thanks Joe)! Glasses were completed timely and correctly. All around great experience, definitely will go back for future eyewear. Note: I had prescription already from an optometrist so I dont have any experience with the optometrist at Visionworks. Maybe in the future......

Amazing staff. The pre-exam staff and doctor were super professional and got my prescription corrected, very efficient and quick. Both the receptionist, and the sales guy up front were so nice and a pleasure to talk to.Would recommend anyone to get their glasses here.

It was my first time there and the entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. While ordering my lenses, Cynthia taught me so much more about the frames, and the type of lenses that will best fit my needs than any of the other places I have been too for glasses. I will definitely utilize vision works in the future. They couldnt have been more nicer and I believe Cynthia is a very valuable team member at this location.

Received a call this morning to let me know my appointment that’s in an hour is cancelled because the doctor had a family emergency. I asked when I can be seen and the woman says the end of May. Only after me stating I need an appointment before that because I scheduled for today for a reason did the woman offer to ask the doctor if she can squeeze me in next weekend but told me I wouldn’t know for sure until Monday. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment today at another doctors office.I’m completely understanding that emergencies happen but accommodate patients when things like this arise. I won’t be trying to schedule here again.

I had a nice experience on Fri 5/14 with a male staff member with short hair.. completely opposite experience today with a female staff member with long black hair at the counter who was generally unfriendly and cold...nervous about going back to this location for an eye appointment...really just needed help getting my glasses fixed that I got at another Visionworks.. getting the run around when I saw the frames they said they dont carry on their website...

I was in this place and the men and the Doctor are very nice, but the women who work there have a horrible attitude. I had the experience that my fiancés health insurance did not work and the lady retired thinking that he couldn’t pay for what he had to do, minutes later a different lady told me that my insurance only covers studies but not glasses and proceeds to retire and I told her that i could pay whatever i had to pay, I felt that they treated us a little in a way of rejection and that they judged us by our way of dressing or seeing each other, I repeat the doctor and the gentlemen were very kind, but the 3 ladies who work in this place NO!

I had an excellent experience at this location. My frames were broken and I was overdue for an eye exam. It was during the initial COVID shut down and thankfully this location was still open. I was greeted immediately and all of the proper safety precautions were being observed. There was a slight wait, but it is to be expected when there are limited facilities available to have an exam and lenses done. The doctor on staff was exceptional. She took the time to answer my questions and explained everything about the machine she was using to do the exam. Cynthia helped me with selecting my frames and processing my paperwork and she couldnt have been kinder! I was fitted for progressive lenses which was new for me. I was worried because I have heard that they can be hard to adjust to. Thankfully I did not have any issues and the frames are really flattering on me. I was very happy with my experience. The staff seemed extremely knowledgeable and I felt like they went out of their way to help me. I plan to use this location again.

My frames that Ive had for almost 2 years broke... I went to Vision works as a walk-in, was seen right away (eye exam not needed)..they were able to find a new frame, at 50%off the regular price, that my current lens fit in! And I like the new frame better than my old one!!Very courteous!

Great service and wonderful people. They really know their stuff--I had problems with progressive lenses Id had filled by a different provider, but Gary and his staff were able to resolve the issues. Now I go directly to this office. Weve been repeat customers for several years. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks. I was immediately greeted by a young man( I think his name was Craig) who assisted me with my paperwork and walked me back to the doctors office where he did some preliminary tests for the doctor. Dr Kristie Draskovic then saw me and was thorough and really made me feel at ease.I was sent back to the retail side and an Optician by the name of David explained my insurance information and helped me pick out two pairs of great looking glasses!All in all I was very pleased with my experience and will certainly be back! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I made an appointment during all of the covid madness and I was given enough time to look around for new frames and some great customer service. Their only shortcoming is that they dont deliver your glasses to your home when theyre ready.

I had a really great experience today! I went in for a routine eye exam, and to select a new pair of glasses. With my (Keystone East) insurance I get a really good deal at this place. the staff was really patient and helpful. Kristie Draskovic, O.D.was excellent! I felt like she was able to get an extremely accurate read on what I needed prescription-wise. The exam was thorough, and thoughtful. I was pleased over-all and will be going back!

When I looked up this location on google I have to say I was hesitant to use them after their low rating, but than I thought everyone has their own opinions and it would be unfair to judge them by other peoples opinions. I am SO happy that I gave them a chance because I have been nothing but satisfied since I have gone a year ago. David has gone above and beyond for me EVERY time I have worked with him. Just this weekend I had an issue where my glasses were destroyed completely, and even with it being a weekend, within hours David found a way to get me a completely new pair. After years of searching, I have finally found a place that I love !

I was hesitant to give Visionworks a shot based on online reviews, but they seemed to have a good selection and a great location for me. When I booked my appointment the earliest date was over a month away, but everyone at the store was great and helpful when my appointment finally rolled around. I had a weird issue after getting my glasses (a quirk with my eyes, not their fault) and when I went back they figured out my issues and fixed the problem on the spot. I really can’t stress enough how great the staff was! The only reason I can’t go 5 stars is the wait time for making appointments, over a month was a bit much — and I wouldn’t recommend a walk in here because it’s very busy. Still, a great experience when all was said and done!

Totally unprofessional!!Came here for an eye exam and was turned away! I chose Visionworks since my insurance lists them as a preferred provider. When making my appointment I made sure to give them my insurance information early, and I asked for the latest appointment for the day so I knew I could make it on time.I busted my butt to get to the location on time - fighting rush hour traffic, leaving work early to get to this location, and even having to Uber my way in - all to be told the eye doctor was not going to be able to see me!What a complete waste of time and money! When I arrived the doctor was still ON SITE but REFUSED to see me! She already had her bag packed and one foot out the door! The lack of professionalism is appalling!It just sucks since readily available appointments are not available and all they offered was to reschedule! Screw that! This was my first time using VisionWorks and will DEFINITELY be the last!Annoyed, frustrated, and plain disappointed about the treatment!

Greeted by Eunice & got an appt 4 Dr. D./exam an elite pro who found an issue my own Dr. (who wz out), missed. Cat made sure I wz ok while i waited & Craig helped me choose my frames & upgrades (5). Must have gotten on his nerves chking a dz frames but he didnt show it. At 72 I know good & that team left me feeling great. All 4 only $142 (2 pr w upgrades)! Ive paid a lot more 4 less. I cn only speak 4 me. Thx VW

Dr. Draskovic was so delightful. I wasnt expecting much out of my annual exam but Dr. Draskovic was such a breath of fresh air. She explained everything that I had going on and took time to educate me in a manner no other doctor has. I dont have any serious issues with my sight but getting the right lens for driving vs. reading is a big deal for me.I would highly recommend this Visionworks and Dr. Draskovic!

Really slow. Horrible at adjusting the frames to fit your face. I had to go to a different place to get the frames to fit properly. I would not go here again ever even if insurance covered it.

Decided to get contacts! Waited 2 weeks for them to order, they get the prescription wrong. Waited another week for a insert/removal tutorial, because you cant get them unless you do the tutorial and there is only 1 person in the entire place that can give you the training session and you have to hope your schedule is convenient to that 1 persons schedule. Did that, got a trail pair (wrong prescription). They said they would call when the correct prescription came, got the call, made appointment, went there and they say the contacts didnt come yet, after they told me over the phone that they were ready. Now at 4 weeks and still waiting. How do you order the wrong prescription? F this place

I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, received email confirmation of the appointment and went online and created an account in which I filled out my insurance info and eye medical history. When I showed up 15 minutes early (as instructed in the email) the person at the front desk had absolutely no record of my appointment. I showed her my email and she still had no idea. She muttered the words not this again, as if it was something that happened frequently. The manager came over and tried to find me in the system and I was not there. When I asked him if this happens ever he lied and said no. He requested that I sit and wait there for multiple hours while 3 other patients are seen with only a slim possibility of actually being seen. He was not apologetic at all. Obviously I walked out of there and did not reschedule. Ive learned my lesson. Always read reviews about a business before you decide to make an appointment or utilize their services. If you are willing to do even 1 minute of research you will see this place received numerous dismal reviews. Save yourself the time and effort and find another visionworks center, or a completely different optho group if possible.

Absolutely wonderful experience today, the general manager was extremely helpful. There was an issue with the computer so it was taking longer to find out how much I had to pay, gary and katie were apologic and amazing at trying to fix the issue. Gary even rushed my glasses, that were originally going to be ready sat, to be done within a hour. Best customer service.

I had an appointment for 5:15PM on a Friday night. Ive been to 2 other visionworks and this one decided that I was going to pay $50 for my lens fitting instead of my usual $10. Since I knew this was wrong as Ive had the same insurance for years I told them to call Davis vision (they are owned by Davis vision) and confirm since Ive never had to pay this. Dr. Lindsay Audette (who never introduced herself so I had no clue she was the doctor) gave me so much attitude that I was questioning the price and stopped the exam immediately and brought me back up front (without saying anything) and took the next person back, again, without explanation. Minutes go by and the general manager Gary Cahall came over and proceeded to mansplain to me by showing me what he sees and why I need to pay $50. This forced me to have to over explain THAT I HAVE NEVER PAID MORE THAN $10 BEFORE. Then I had to ask if he could call my insurance and confirm. Well, Gary Cahall didnt like that and putzed around for a while doing basically nothing and made me wait 30 minutes BEFORE HE EVEN CALLED Davis vision to confirm my insurance and exam copay price. Before he called he made NUMEROUS negative comments (to the doctor) such as Im NEVER going to get out of here and I can never get ANYTHING done to which she agreed grunting and rolling her eyes. This made me feel INCREDIBLY awkward and like I was a huge inconvenience. While on the line with Davis vision he proceeded to ask them to hold while he answered other calls (with other workers doing nothing) continuing to make me see how much he didnt want to be calling Davis vision. He then got off the phone and consulted with Dr. Lindsay Audette.Then....... nothing. After minutes neither him nor the Dr. Lindsay Audette acknowledged me at all. I had TO ASK THEM what Davis vision said. Gary Cahall (I believe he didnt want to admit he was wrong) said I dont know......... and the doctor then rolled her eyes AGAIN and said, Were just going to give you the exam for $10 as if they were doing ME some sort of favor? You expect me to believe you call my insurance company and they dont give you what they cover? And vision works is owned by this same insurance company????So, since I was already there over an hour (while contemplating walking out numerous times) I decided to go ahead with the exam.Dr. Lindsay Audette brings me back and mildly apologizes and complains about all the horrible things that happened to her that day which is why it was crazy in there. Definitely not a genuine apology and I considered it worthless as it was all about her. Is this location where you exile your bad doctors and employees???? I got out of there as fast as I could.So... two weeks go by waiting for my sample contacts to come in. I call them and GOOD OLD GARY CAHALL answers the phone. I told him my unique situation of why I was calling in to check if my contacts were in yet (I was having some eye issues and she ordered 2 trial pairs.. one she stated would be in a week one would come in 2-3 weeks) I explained I needed the one that was probably in already. His response is, So we didnt call YOU to let you know your contacts were in? I said no you didnt I just explained why. He said okay let me take your name and number and someone will call you back. Ive never had anyone not just put me on hold and check while on the phone to look in the drawer but hey, thats GARY CAHALL FOR YA! And guess what??? NO CALL BACK. Thanks, Gary.And now, after all that, the major reason I wished I followed my gut and walked out is that my prescription sucks its way, way worse off than before. So THANKS Dr. Lindsay Audette, Gary Cahall, and Visionworks. You lost a lifelong customer. Thanks Gary Cahall for giving me the WORST customer service Ive ever received and thanks to Dr. Lindsay Audette for being the most rude doctor Ive ever dealt with.

I tried to make an appointment and the man who answered the phone was unprofessional,unhelpful, and rude. He actually hung up on me when I asked if they took Tri-Care military insurance. I will not be giving them my business and I will be sure to share my story when Vision Works comes up in conversation..

I made an appointment with Gary to only find out that he never put it in the system when I came that scheduled day and time. I sat there for an hour for them to tell me I couldnt be seen. I never write negative reviews for anything, honestly this is my first one ever I think, but I explicitly explained to the optometrist that I only wear one brand of contact lenses and I requested that I get two scripts one for pure vision 2 and one for air optic n&d(in case I wasn’t able to get the pure visions in time and because certain places carry those boxes in stock). He did not say anything about only writing the air optics and explained he would write two scripts for me since I only wear my pure visions most of the time. The doctor did not document the fact that I pretty much only wear pure vision 2 and did not write a script for them(unlike what he told me)and have been for over 4 years. I was told by the representative that answered the phone that I won’t be able to get my script for the pure vision 2 for weeks since the doctor isn’t going to be in for weeks, and that I would have to get a new appointment to get fitted for them… complete waste of time and money since I didn’t try any lenses on during my appointment and was just written the script for the wrong contacts and glasses.I work two jobs and go to school full time and do not have extra time to spend on correcting someone else’s mistakes.I asked if they could contact him about this so that he can approve the brand I requested during the appointment and they refused. I worked for an eye doctor for many many years and understand how the whole contact lenses fitting process goes, but find it kind of funny how I didn’t even try any trial lenses during the appointment and was just handed the script for only the one brand that I told him was my emergency brand and not the one I wear regularly.I see this is highly unacceptable especially since I paid for the lens fitting particularly for those lenses and explicitly was told he would write the script for them. The fact that they refused to contact him about his mistake is a little unreasonable.I don’t mean to come off as rude but I just think that this is unacceptable, that they couldn’t even do the courtesy of checking with him about his mistake.
