I really had such a great experience here at Harbison Eye Care. I came in and right they attended to me. I didn’t have to wait long and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and super nice. I order my custom frames and they arrived sooner than expected. The facility is very clean and at a convenient location. Overall, the staff is very professional and I recommend them.

This place is hands the best eye care place Ive ever been to. I broke my lenses and couldnt see. My insurance only covered the exam. I was given an amazing deal and they went out of their way to make sure i had my glasses the same day!

I recommend Kara!! Kara took care of me great, was so nice and helpful. She didn’t care how many glasses we took out but she did clean them right after. She has such great selections and so many pretty colors. She helps pick out your glasses and tells you what looks good. She is the nicest person ever!!

Where do I begin? I have never been to a eye doctor that is so attentive with the best customer service. I didn’t believe the hype as far as the reviews I read however, that team is amazing. AND I BELIEVE THE HYPE! From the moment you walk in to the door until you leave and even after. I believe the young lady name was Kara or Carol, she exceeds what is to have good energy. She shows you care and concern and she knows her stuff.The rest of the ladies are great too.Thank you Harbison yes Care. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

I had an amazing experience with my children at Harbison Eye Care! It started with a phone call to schedule an appointment for two children, they were able to take me the following day and both kids were seen back to back! They knew over the phone exactly what I needed to know in terms of insurance acceptance. When we arrived everyone was so kind! I filled out the paperwork and they took us right back. All of the staff were kind, sweet and patient with my young child who was getting glasses for the first time. They were also super kind to my older son that can struggle with appointments at times. The eye doctor was amazing she was down to earth, funny and extremely thorough. They answered all of my questions. I definitely will be back!

Excellent service! Very family friendly! I was able to get an appointment very quickly! I was able to accompany my kids into the exam room - that’s a huge plus in my book! They were kind and caring and helped my kids pick out the best frames for their faces! And took lots of time to help them each find a pair they were happy with! I highly recommend this eye care establishment!

I recommend Kara. She was great and was really funny, she gave me and my sister a good time. She gave her opinion and hyped us up on the glasses we tried on. She is a fun lady i would come back and ask for her. The glasses here are cute and look really good.

I have just started going to this eye place and so far I have received the upmost care for customer service. I had a great experience! Everything was so fast from the exam to getting my new glasses which I was able to get the same day! I brought my 9 month old son with me and everyone there were so nice and playful with him and did not mind at all. I will recommend them to my friends and family!

My experience here was truly 5 Stars! The eye exam was very thorough. The doctor and the staff were extremely courteous. They asked questions and listened to all my concerns and made sure I was provided the correct prescription and the lenses I needed. The frame selection was amazing. I purchased a pair of reading glasses and a pair with the progressive bifocal lenses. I was so extremely satisfied with my purchases that I went back to get a pair of prescription sunglasses. I highly recommend Harbison Eye Care! I will definitely be returning here for all my eye care needs!

Harbison Eye Care has been very attentive to my daughter when getting her eye exam, and picking out frames! We walked out with her frames the same day! I was also able to bring my frames here for adjustments even though I didnt purchase them here. Very personable service! Check them out!

Today I had a superior exam by Belfer! She was very kind, beautiful (shoes were hot!) and explained my astigmatism (which Ive had since a teenager) in a way I never heard before in informative ways! Took my 6 year old son here a few weeks ago! The staff was very nice and helpful and the doctor was amazing and patient with my son. They originally said the glasses would take about 2 weeks to be done but I got a call in 2 days saying they were ready for pick up!! I definitely recommend them. I’m even going to go for myself soon!

Walked in just to look at a few pairs of glasses my boyfriend and I saw through the window. Once inside the technician set us both up to get eye exams there I the spot. Everyone was SO NICE and helpful. We were in and out within an hour and in that time we both had an eye exam, my boyfriend had an eye scan, picked out new glasses, and ordered 6 months worth of contacts, they also gave him a pair of contacts to leave with today since the ones he came in were old. All around it was a GREAT experience and everyone that works there was so helpful and nice.

Every staff was very friendly! I came for contact lenses and during the training session, it took me forever to remove the lenses but the staff that was guiding me throughout the entire process was very patient and everyone was encouraging me to keep trying. Second time I removed the contact lenses, it took me 4 minutes on each eye and a few seconds to put them on. They were cheering for me! I love everyone here! Thank you for everyone’s patience and sticking with me until the end!

I’ve been to Harbison Eye Care twice within the past two weeks & I must say I love it! The first time I was greeted by Ashley who immediately sat me down to fill out my paperwork. Once my paperwork, was done Kim took me back almost instantly to do my eye exam! There is no wait for anything! I must say all the girls are AMAZING! This place is phenomenal! I was so well taken care of. I was just here for my contacts class- I was a complete mess, as I’ve never attempted to put contacts in prior to this appointment. Kara was awesome, she really tried with me and I was not a good student. But she was so so patient, and kept taking the contacts in and out of her own eyes, so that I could learn. While Kara tended to other customers, Ms. Flora came in to lend me guidance. Finally after all of their help and advice, and after they had both poked their eyes a hundred times to show me the way, I was able to get the contacts in and take them out. 😂 Thank you Kara and Ms. Flora, I couldn’t have done it without your help and your patience!!!!

The experience was just like as if I was back at grandmas house, EXTREMELY chill, I felt comfortable, not like at the doctors office where you sit up extra straight at the corner of the table all awkwardly waiting for the doctor just for them to leave you again. This was a the complete opposite, I was over here slouching in the chairs like it’s none of my business. I love the attitudes and the atmospheres of the staff 10 out of 10 would recommend!
