All the technicians there were magnificent. We had Brian and he could not have been more helpful and charismatic to boot. It was genuinely a fun experience.

Went in with my eyeglasses pad broken. The very nice gentlemen took my glasses and simply replaced them. Took all of 5 minutes. Did it for free. He was extremely kind and why I will always go to this store.

I went today to pick up my two new pairs of glasses and I am so happy. Brian helped me pick them out and I was so glad he was there. I had to go by myself and was so worried with making the right choice. Brian was so knowledgeable and quickly found a pair for me that I absolutely adore. Definitely recommending Brian if you dont know what looks good on you, he will figure it out in no time!

Horrible! They tightened the screws on my glasses that I have had for 3 years. Couple days later I tried to fold the glasses and the temple snaps on me from the hinge. I take it to them & calmly explained what happened. The employee proceeded to tell me theres nothing they can do about it and that i would need to buy new glasses. No remorse or anything for the fact the screw was too tight & proceeded to start the sleazy sales pitch on me.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. They fixed a pair of sunglasses by replacing some hardware with higher quality parts on the spot and in minutes.

I’ve only been here once so far but it was a great experience all around. Staff was friendly and helpful, the doctor was cordial and informative and my contacts came in so fast!

Make sure you have all your insurance information perfect before you go. I unfortunately made a mistake and gave them the insurance for the equipment only and ended up paying out of pocket. When I called back to fix the error they told me their policy was not to reimburse because that was the info they were given. It seems as though once they are paid, they no longer care. Oh, and still waiting for a call for test contacts to come in three weeks later.

The staff on the upstairs is great, but the ones who work directly with the Dr. Downstairs Sucks, when I arrived for my 2pm appointment as a new patient I was told the Dr. Had to leave early, no one thought to call me then they tried to lie and said my appointment was for 1:45pm. Unbelievable!

I ran into this office in a pinch for a new contact prescription. Instead of treating me with contempt for asking for an on the spot appointment, the staff in the doctors office kindly began working with me even though it was almost close to closing time. The office staff was professional, the man who did my preliminary exam was efficient and explained each step to me, and the doctor herself was kind and thorough. I would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic service. Everyone in the office was so incredibly nice, from the person who greeted me at the door to the doctors assistant, to the doctor herself. Highly recommended.

Dr Toscani who has an office in this Fore Eyes location is less than accommodating when it comes patients. It took me over 4 days and multiple phones calls and requests to speak with her. Once I made contact she made it clear she was more concerned with cranking out eye exams than my ability to actually see.

We are from out of town and my son forgot his contacts. Staff was so helpful and took great care of us in an emergency!

I have always been so satisfied with the service and quality and selection of eyeglasses at For Eyes. Lee was so caring, competent and skilled in helping me with my glasses this morning. I would go no where else in Philadelphia.

Terrible website and poor customer service. I booked an early appointment online and received an email confirmation only to walk in and be told that not only was my appointment not in the system but there wasnt even a doctor in that day. The receptionist blamed me for not waiting for a phone call from a technician (never mentioned online) and for not scheduling the appointment over the phone. I am usually a patient person but this was absurd.

They have a better frame selection for better prices. But they are very slick and their lab is not local, and makes mistakes.

Staff was very nice an adjusted my glasses for free even though I didnt buy from them.

First time patient- I called this location and was told to make my eye glass appointment online. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance with Dr. Toscani and received a confirmation e-mail. When I arrived the receptionists didn’t have a record of me in their system and could only offer me an exam without a doctor for the next day. Will not be returning.

OPTOMETRIST;I dread making appointments for doctors, so I ended up just walking here and asking for one and they were able to accommodate me even that day if I wanted to. The appointments are 40 min, so if you live/work nearby, this is a great place to come since theyre flexible. Dr. Ward is a young dude (easy on the eyes..hehe no pun intended) and the receptionist/techs were really nice and quick. The office isnt anything fancy, but whatevs.UPSTAIRS STORE;The people are usually older and so sweet. Theyve fixed my sunglasses for me (tighten/clean) and my regular glasses many times quick and easy and for free. Theyre a little slow trying to get you an actual quote for your glasses, but I understand they need to check your insurance, and do a buncha things. I ended up getting a great deal since they were running a 50% off promo for mothers day. The selection isnt greaaat Id say (not a ton of designer brands). But I found that good in a sense because I just picked one up that I liked and went with it. But if youre looking for more style, more selection, this isnt your place. They also could reallyy use a interior decorator to umf this place. That 50% promo sign was made in black and white on Word with cartoon flowers lOLLL, the old ladies who work there prob made it and didnt know how to make it look nice. The carpet is old, you feel like youre in the 60s when youre in there.. again whatevs, just a comment.

I have been a customer since 1990. Since they were bought out several years ago I have seen the quality of their glasses go down hill.I will not be returning.

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The protection plan doesnt cover lost or stolen glasses, so dont waist your time or money and go some where else.
